It is set in beautiful grounds/gardens over a very large site but it is quite easy to walk to anywhere or get a lift on one of the hotel golf carts which are easily summoned. There are eight different restaurants to choose from all themed differently and the food is excellent and there is a good wine list to choose from and all drinks, cocktails, spirits etc

I actually visited October 2021 it was fabulous ! I would go again in a heartbeat, but unfortunately, my health hasn't been the best, but when I get sorted out, I'm going back . The management was fantastic, and the staff were wonderful down to the cleaning ladies. Brilliant Holiday...

We went in early October and have debated long and hard over whether to review because we are long-time IKOS fans who have been to Olivia, Oceania and Andalusia and been 5 star all the way. Sad to say our Dassia experience was really lacking. We went Deluxe and it was not remotely worth it: after check-in we never saw a concierge again. The one time we ordered room service it took hours, and when it did arrive it was stone cold and they forgot our drinks. We used the WhatsApp to try and book wine tasting and never received a response. Our Deluxe room was in the shade and when we used the retractable roof in the garden to get a bit of sun, thousands of dead leaves descended and weren't cleaned up for days. The Deluxe pool had amazing service but a really strong smell of drains, and one day it was shut down summarily after someone's kid defacated in in (not the hotel's fault, but really irritating that it wasn't promptly dealt with and we all had to evacuate in mid afternoon until the next day). The sunbeds across the resort were tatty and the beach buddies were laughably peevish if asked to help put brollies up and down (compare that outlook with your other resorts where they proactivly assist). Flavours (which we have LOVED in the other resorts) was lacking in choices and ergonomically terrible with people tripping over one another. Every time we went there the service was dreadful - we were served tea twice without cups or sugar, it was tricky to get a seat in the adult-only area, and the staff were visibley stressed. Getting a a refill on drinks was next to impossible. The restaurants were clearly understaffed and not operating to capacity which makes it all the more infuriating that the services was pretty lacking in all of them - you really shouldn't have to stand around waiting to be seated in a restort that costs this much. I don't know if it was an end-of-season thing, but compared to our other IKOS experiences it was just lacking ... and given the price charged for a not-very-deluxe experience, we would never go back.

Amazing! Best holiday of our lives! We booked a room with a private pool for our honeymoon as we wanted complete luxury and that was exactly what we got! From the second we arrived staff were amazing and the resort was stunning in every way. All the restaurants and bars had the best food and drink. All the pools were exceptionally clean and staff were always right there with towels and drinks. The entertainment was great too, we had planned to go on a few adventures off the resort but ended up never leaving! The beach was stunning and always had plenty of sun beds available. There were kayaks, paddle boards and other water activities that all came included in the price too. We also had our own personal concierge George who we could text anytime if we needed anything, which was great for making any last minute reservation changes or booking activities. You need to pre book the restaurants for dinner as well as the spa as they can get full but we always managed to get squeezed in if we changed our minds. Also the room service options are really good if you just fancy a night in and the tv connects to your phone so you can watch your favourite shows/movies if you ever want. We are already planning our next trip!

This was our second trip to this hotel following a wonderful break in October of last year. We felt we received excellent value for money. We only book the promo double sea view rooms as we feel that is all we need. The rooms are large airy with good sized balconies and lovely views. They are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The mini bar is restocked daily as is tea and cofffee etc. The hotel has lovely grounds which are always immaculate. The public areas are always clean including the pools and the beach. The staff are without fail excellent. I am very sorry I did not write down any names but the young woman who served every afternoon at the adult only pool in Sky building was amazing. Always smiling and nothing too much trouble. The restaurants were, if anything even better than last year. We were not impressed with the grill house last year but this year it was excellent. All service was cheerful and prompt and personal in all the a la carte restaurants. We only used the buffet for breakfast once and it was fine but we preferred Ouzo for breakfast. We usually skip lunch as we eat too much otherwise but the bar snacks in the afternoon are excellent if you get hungry. The pizzas in the italian a la carte were lovely one lunchtime. The beach service was good and the beach clean and everything well kept. The Tesla hire car was lovely and clean and clear instructions were given on how to use everything. We had a lovely day out. We also ate in Corfu town as part of the local experience and that meal was also excellent. Reception staff were helpful when I was stuck booking a restaurant for one night and secured the booking I requested. We loved it last year and enjoyed it just as much this year. We will be booking again for next June very soon. We just have to decide whether to return to Dassia or go to Halkidiki. I have a feeling we may just be lazy and return to Dassia though. Thank you Ikos and we look forward to returning next year.

Had a holiday in early Oct at the Ikos Dassia which had been highly recommended by my sister in law. It was outstanding. We were greeted by hot beautiful smelling face cloths after our journey and immediately handed a lovely glass of fizz on arrival. We got a concierge WhatsApp group chat set up and this was available to us from 9am until 9pm daily. This was fabulous and we often contacted them to ask for a bottle of red wine sent to our room as we would stay in after dinner. We made use of the Tesler which was absolutely fantastic & I would highly recommend doing this. We hired a boat from Maria and this was one of the highlights of our holiday. The restaurants are all amazing serving top class food and offering a wide variety of wines. We particularly loved The Grill House, Kerkyra & the Asian. The hotel is immaculate in all areas. One particular member of staff called Kassiani who worked at the Sky pool bar gave such an excellent level of customer service I have to give her a mention. We have already booked for next year which says it all really.

All of the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We are in The Grill House, Ergon, Ouzo and Flavors all delicious. The sky pool area is our favourite and staff are always friendly.

Our second time going to Ikos (first time at Dassia) and it was exactly what we expected. Just amazing. You pay a premium price and everything you get with it is beyond premium. We had a small hiccup at one of the restaurants and the public relations manager was very quick to rectify and ensure we felt looked after. Me and my husband are very active people so we spent literally every day of our 10 day holiday down at the sports centre either in the gym, playing tennis, or both! We cannot praise Fiovas Rouvas and the rest of his team enough. They made us feel truly welcome without it feeling forced like they had to only because of their job. They took the time out of they day to always just speak to us, have a laugh, and talk sport. Cleanliness was spot on, food was just incredible, scenery perfect. We booked Olivia for next year, however have sadly had to cancel due to finding out I am pregnant and due roughly the same time as the booking. But we will most definitely be back at another Ikos soon. Cannot recommend more!

This was our first time at an Ikos resort. We stayed in October for 7nights - The resort was fully booked, it seems to be very popular, especially with the UK travellers. Ikos Dassia is a nice hotel and has a lovely beach front location. It’s clean and the interior design is cool and contemporary, We found a small amount of facilities at the hotel a little worn out, nothing major though. The staff were always very pleasant. If you're looking for a very quiet hotel then this probably won't be for you, however because of the size of the resort there is plenty of space without it seeming overcrowded and there are plenty of places that you can settle during the day, be it at the pool or beach or simply read a book in the lovely lobby areas. Our room was in the Sea building, we had a sea view promo room - the room was very small and cramped, including the bathroom, this did surprise us, for a property of this size to have rooms so small. Decor of the room was a bit bland and lacking character. The dining and drinking options were good - A vast selection of wine and nice cocktails at the bar too. We manged to eat at all the restaurants on the resort. Most of the food we had was good but not great all the time - sometimes not consistent. In one of the restaurants I ordered a poached peach dessert, it tasted like it was out of a bottle, a preserved peach. Favourite dish was at the Grill House - The sea bream main dish was excellent. Service at all the restaurants and the bars was, quick, and efficient. Apart from Kerkyra, the morning ala cart breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Special thank you to Georgia at Ergon, she was great, we ate here a few times for lunch, and she was always so welcoming and friendly. The wine tasting in Ergon was also very good. Buffet at Flavors was particularly good at all times. The pool area does get busy, so you need to get your sun bed if you prefer to relax near the pool area. We were disappointed as we could not get good beds by the pool one day, when we eventually got 2 beds, we noticed that there were 4 beds beside us that had been empty for hours but looked as though they were occupied. A few hours later two men turned up, when the pool staff asked where they had been, he just said 'oh we went to the town in the morning'. He then was on the phone to someone saying ‘the beds are still here’ some people are just too selfish, taking up sunbeds and not be there until the afternoon. The hotel should have a policy that guests cannot do this. We did question the security of the place on a couple of occasions - the fire exit was left open at night on the floor we were staying on. We informed the front desk of this. Good DJ entertainment / live music in the lobby areas, we always finished the evening with a drink in the bar, a nice atmosphere to end the day. There was entertainment in the theatre area in the evenings. One of the other guests described the entertainment as 'cruise ship quality'.... (I'm not sure if that is a good thing?? .... i've never been on a cruise ship) Overall, a very pleasant stay but not fantastic.

Ikos Dassia is truly our happy place. Everything about the hotel, the facilities, the restaurants, and the wonderful, friendly staff is designed to make your stay perfect. Wonderful food, comfortable rooms, and a beautiful view. Not to mention the glorious beach. We have been before, and we will be back...

I honestly don’t have enough space and time to write what a fantastic time my husband and I had at the Ikos Dassia. I would love to experience what the other hotels are like but the pull to return is overwhelming l! I would like to specially thank Karin, who was always there to assist with any query and just gave our holiday that special touch. Even willing to assist when she was off duty. The cleanliness of the hotel 10/10 We stayed in a deluxe junior suite , could not fault anything. The friendliest of the staff 10/10. It would be remis of me if I did not mention those that made our first trip to Corfu extra special- The one and only George- unforgettable..he and his team went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was faultless!! The food amazing ! The Grill became our go to place for breakfast and dinner . We did sample the other restaurants but the Grill was our favourite. I could not do this review without mentioning his staff - Tasos, Tomas, Diana, Florentina, and Ioannis all a credit to the establishment. Thank you Ikos Dassia. Keep up the good work. We shall be returning next time with the whole family.

We had such an amazing week at Ikos Dassis, really relaxing enviroment with a lovely beach and facilties, and the food (Asian restaurant a fave) and room were stunning. Special thanks to Timos, Katerina, Elena and Chrysa for making it so special.
