We just got back from a 4 night stay. It was fantastic! From start to finish, the entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional. My husband commented that management has created a very customer-Service oriented culture.
The food was the best we’ve had at an all-inclusive and the service was great! We especially appreciated a few people: Ernesto and Melquiades were the best on the pool deck. They were always kind, friendly, professional and made our experience so relaxing and enjoyable. We also appreciated Jorge and Gilberto at the Vela restaurant. Jorge was so cheerful at breakfast and provided wonderful service. Gilberto was so friendly at dinner and even gave us a plate of chocolate covered strawberries when he heard it was our last evening.
Every room is Oceanside and the views are spectacular! We enjoyed our morning coffee on our balcony while watching the whales. Stunning!
We also appreciated the respectful way staff handled a few scenarios at the pool. Twice, families brought their young kids to the adults only pool. They were politely asked to move to the family side. A guest also brought a speaker and was playing it loudly at the pool. Security asked him to turn it off, which he did. Staff ensured a pleasant experience for all guests.
Diamond status is recognized here.
There were a couple of minor cons to be aware of: the water pressure was the worst we’ve ever had. Anywhere. At best, the rainfall showerhead worked at 25%. As someone with long, thick hair, this was challenging on a beach vacation. Also, the drinks from the pool bar weren’t very good. It did seem related to how busy/not busy the pool was but we’ve had better drinks elsewhere.
We would love to return and recommend a stay here!

Our overall experience at Hilton Puerto Vallarta was great!
To start, our room was ready upon arrival, no long lines to wait to check in, and as Diamond members we got upgraded to a higher floor.
The location is about 40 minutes outside the airport and it felt very safe. Even when we went into town for the day, the security took our room number and where we were going, which made us feel very safe leaving the resort as well.
The pool area is very nice, but does not get much sun until the afternoon. The sky deck is a great area that gets sun early, but the down side is there is no pool, only hot tubs.
The breakfast buffet is good with a make your own omelette bar, mimosa & Bloody Mary bar as well as many other options.
The lunch at the buffet isn’t the best, but Cocomar is a great spot to eat and has great views. The staff here was some of the best we encountered during our stay, with a special shoutout to Armando for taking care of us.
Additionally, the food trucks seem like a good option, but anytime we waited in line, it would take 30+ minutes to even get to order.
The dinners we had were really hit or miss. La Luce was some of the best food we had while staying here, amazing Chicken Parm, pizzas, and overall pastas.
Sunan was also a great option with amazing views if you sit outside.
Auma was not our favorite where it lacked a lot of flavor. As well as we did not try the Mexican restaurant as the menu is very limited.
The shows and entertainment each night were really fun with casino night, and the Mardi Gras party that was thrown. But, once these nightly events were over there is not a lot of other options with the bars really dying out after this. We were hoping for more fun at night, and we did not find it.
In regards to the service, it was either really good or not good at all. We were lucky to have met Javier, Gustavo, Erick, and all poolside servers, who all made sure we were taken care of. But on some other occasions, we had some very poor service at the pool bar and at some restaurants.

Just spent a week at the Hilton Vallarta Riviera all-inclusive resort. Everything was top-notch, from the food, to the activities, to the beach, to the service. Our room was clean and gorgeous, two queen beds, a huge bathroom and a spacious deck with a sweet ocean view. Don’t believe what they say when they call it a “partial“ ocean view, as we had an expansive, full and fantastic view of the beach and ocean.
I’d like to give a particular shout out to the entertainment crew, Hugo, Saul, Blanca, and Alonso. Also really appreciated the exceptional service in the Vela restaurant from Jorge, and Andre at La Luce, the Italian restaurant. Out of all the restaurants on the resort the Italian, La Luce, was the absolute best. The short rib is not to be missed. Came here with my partner and we had a fabulous time, can’t wait to come back next year with my 9 year old son Jack.
You can’t improve on the quality of this resort, just go ahead and book it, you will not be disappointed!
One more thing I must mention is the prehistoric show that we saw on Thursday night. The fire dancers absolutely blew my mind, so tightly coordinated and choreographed. One of the best shows I’ve actually seen in my life, and certainly the best show I’ve seen at a hotel.

The food and facilities were top notch. The room was clean and room service/housekeeping were prompt. The food was honeslty great, with alot of variety. The service was 5 stars. I'll give a special shout out to Ernesto (by the pool). He was extremely attentive, kind, and genuine. We spent most of our time at the pool and he made our experience that much more enjoyable. Jorge at Vela was great. Brian at Sunnan was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable on the menu and the ingredients included; food allergies were accommodated with ease. The cabanas are totally worth it, shoot for # 1-7 to be directly in front of the beach. If you're looking for something to do off resort, Vallarta Adventures has a booth setup by the pool. We booked a whale cruise and saw a whole lotta whales, worth a look! Can't recommend this place enough.

Across the property, all of the staff were warm, helpful, and engaging, especially the Food & Beverage teams. Managing Chef, Johnathan, who was personally so gracious, ensured that we were treated like VIPs (we are not!) by his teams across the restaurants where we ate: Cocomar (Chef Adrian, Manager Juan, and Server Mario), La Luce (Server Alejandro), Sunan (Chef Jordy and Servers Ian and Fernando). And the rest of the F&B staff across the other restaurants were equally customer focused and very warm. This getaway from New England cold was just what we needed, SUN, good food, Entertainment, and truly authentic Mexican warmth and hospitality! Bravo

Exceptional Stay—The Best Hilton Experience!
I have stayed at this hotel seven times now, and it continues to exceed my expectations every single visit. This is by far the best Hilton I’ve ever been to! The staff here is truly what makes the experience so special—they are warm, welcoming, and make you feel right at home.
From the moment you arrive, you are treated like family. The service is impeccable; you are never left wanting for anything because the team anticipates your needs before you even have to ask. Everything is brought to you with a smile, making each stay an absolute pleasure.
A special shoutout to the incredible pool waitstaff and entertainment crew—they are absolutely top-notch! They bring so much energy and make every day so much fun. Whether it’s keeping drinks full by the pool or organizing engaging activities, they go above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience.
A huge thank you to the amazing team, especially:
Juan, Edwardo, Mel, Javier, Alfredo, Omar, Jorge: at the pool
Ricardo: at breakfast
Loise
Mario at the steak house
Blanco Hugo Saul and alanso with the entertainment
I truly appreciate all the effort and hospitality, and I can’t wait to return for another amazing stay!
I will be back again soon.

This week I stayed at the Hilton, Puerto Vallerta and was surprised to discover some very tacky and graceless hospitality. The front desk staff George who checked us in did not elaborate on the included amenities, such as that the meals would be included in the price of our room. The staff was clueless and unaware of what amenities were included and also unable to communicate something's due to lack of fluency with the English language. As a result we were eating out and not taking advantage of what was already included in our bill. We flagged this to the attention of the front office manager who refunded to take accountability and also did not seem to comprehend. For instance, she herself did not know the amenities that are included in the price of the hotel room. Unfortunately for us the staff’s ignorance and lack of language skills made it a very expensive and chaotic stay. The hotel is always smelling strongly of Windex, the solution used to clean windows, dulling the ocean smells. The hotel is always noisy and the food despite it being in the plentiful, is as tasteless as its service. Best to avoid.

This week at the Hilton upon check-in by George, I experienced thorough incompetence, incomprehension, and graceless hospitality. No instructions were provided on what amenities were included - resulting in an elevated bill for me as I did not know meals were included. Upon checkout when I expressed this to the Front Office Manager, she said to me “well, I double checked what you said with my staff and my staff told me they were accurate, not you.” A bit of bias there, wouldn't you say? Lack of effective communication and difficulties in communication via the English language resulted in a suboptimal experience. The concierge Sandra was unable to understand and provide recommendations. Everything took 10X as long as it needed to take. The food, while inclusive, was terrible and of poor quality. The hotel was noisy and music loud at night so it felt like a college dorm during Spring break. The hotel smells strongly of windex, the window cleaning fluids especially as you walk into its main lobby.

Our favorite restaurant at the hotel
Wonderful way staff and excellent food. We had the flank steak done medium and medium rare with the mashed potatoes. We also ordered the rib eye on another night and it too was delicious. I suggest you order extra chimichuri because everything is delicious with it.

This is our fourth trip to Puerto Vallarta and our third time staying at this hotel. The first time we came here, this hotel was named Fiesta Americana. That experience led us back the second time right after Covid. However, the hotel was changed to Hilton. The experience was also great the second time around so we decided to come the third time. The overall experience this time was ok. All the rooms here from the ̀5th floor and higher will have a spectacular ocean front view with incredible sunsets. The rooms are good size with standard amenities: water, beers, soft drinks, ... and are stocked up everyday. However, the foods at the restaurants seemed to be degraded with a lot less varieties and not as tasty.
The two restaurants that we graded fairly highly were La Luce and Sunan. The foods at these restaurants were above average; however, the staffs were really friendly and tentative. We especially would like to recognize the following staff members:
At La Luce: Esteban, Mario, and Keila.
At Sunan: Karen and Brayan.
At the beach: Omar.
The nightly entertainment was exceptionally great. We enjoyed every one of them.
One thing I would like the management to pay attention to is to train the receptionists at all the restaurants to smile a little more and show some enthusiasm as they are the front line of guests' experience.
With all that said, as we have been to many other places in Mexico and around, it's totally up to your own taste and preferences. You would need to try to experience it on your own. In my opinion, you would totally enjoy the experience anyhow. Safe travels.

I was looking for a new PV all inclusive to try since my previous favs had deteriorated and became disappointing. This is my new place!! The outstanding feature is the staff. They are consistently cheerful, helpful and available. Kudos to Mario in Cocomar seafood restaurant, Blanco and Arturo for their tequila expertise, Juan and Eduardo's pool bar service (outstanding) and Estoban in El Luca Italian restaurant. The hotel is a bit of a maze to familiarize yourself with but the rooms are first rate, comfortable and clean. The balcony is right-sized for coffee and cocktails. We spent 7 days and sampled all the restaurants. The food everywhere was very good. Reservations were easy on the app available within 26 hours of dining. Now making plans for a return next year.

They were attentive and gracious, even remembering our names and expressing interest in our family. It added to the warmth of our visit. We also appreciated the in-advance communication and generous room upgrade arranged by Juan Reyes. He even followed up afterward to ensure we'd enjoyed our stay
If all-inclusive is your vibe (we could only do a couple days of that much eating and drinking), you'll enjoy the amenities and the wonderful hospitality here.

Spent eight nights here to celebrate my birthday and from start to finish it was an incredible experience. Juan was amazing pre-arrival in making sure we had what we needed for our stay and arranging a special romantic dinner on the beach for my birthday.
Our room was an Enclave Governor's Suite and it was amazing. Bedroom, living room, 2 bathrooms and a HUGE wraparound balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Great views of the ocean and sunsets. The Enclave experience was also wonderful. Private check-in and check-out without having to wait in line. The concierges were able to make our dinner reservations well in advance of the 26 hours allowed on the app. Eduardo and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was nice to go up there each morning for breakfast away from the hustle and watch the whales go buy.
Special shoutout to Jorge who made the whole experience wonderful!! And him surprising us the final night with a birthday desert and small gift was such a sweet touch! We would come back just to see him again!
The pool was nice - we aren't big sun folks and it was nice to be able to find some areas that stayed somewhat shaded most of the day. They rules say no reserving of chairs, but that rule is very well followed. Get down there by 8 or 9 and reserve your spot if you are picky. If you aren't too concerned, there always seemed to be chairs available. A couple of days we rented cabanas which were relatively inexpensive (about $60/day) and saved us the hassle of getting down there early to secure our spots. Wait staff around the pool was friendly and attentive. Ernesto was great and always knew when I needed my next beer! The food trucks were a nice touch but the burger one tended to get backed up and it took awhile - easier to order from the pool waiters if a burger is what you are looking for.
We ate at the steak house, Mexican, Italian and Aisian restaurants. All had good food and service. For some reason, the Italian restaurant only had one option for house red wine (all the others had two) and we were not a fan so we had to buy a bottle in order to enjoy wine with dinner there. The highlight of our dining was definitely the private beach dinner. Hector was an incredible waiter, touch us a lot of spanish and was right there when the sun set to make sure he got some great pictures to remember the experience. It cost extra but it was definitely worth it!
All in all it was a relaxing and incredible eight days. This was our first time here and we can't wait to come back. Thanks all for a wonderful birthday week!!

The hotel manager Fernanda Vidal offered no resolution other than to fill out a report and perhaps let us use a cabana by the pool. staff members that we would like to give special thanks to are… Marco, Martin, Jaqueline, Omar.
Yey for the martini bar…. And pool attendants are great.
The one thing that could use improvement is the selection of wine and beer.

The beach is absolutely beautiful—clean, relaxing, and picture-perfect. We especially enjoyed the complimentary kayaks, and Israel from the staff was amazing. He walked us through everything, gave clear safety instructions, and made the whole experience fun and easy.
The food is a true highlight. There are multiple restaurants to choose from, including seafood, a steakhouse, and international options, all of which can be reserved right from your phone. Every meal was delicious, and the quality was consistently top-notch. We also had a fantastic dinner for Easter—it was beautifully done and made the holiday extra special.
Daily entertainment kept things lively without being overwhelming, and the kids club gave us a chance to relax while knowing the little ones were having fun and being well taken care of. The spa is a must—so peaceful and luxurious. The Enclave Lounge was another standout with its quiet atmosphere, great food and drinks, and excellent service.
Our room on the 12th floor had breathtaking views, and the in-room dining was always prompt and perfectly prepared. The bars throughout the resort were fun, with a wide selection of drinks and friendly bartenders who made great cocktails.
Every staff member we encountered was professional, kind, and truly cared about making our stay memorable. Whether you’re looking to relax, enjoy amazing food, or have fun with the family, this resort has it all. We’re already looking forward to our next visit—it’s 100% worth it!

Hilton Vallarta was a nice property, the views were beautiful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. As a couple w/o children we wouldn't stay here again. This resort would be better for a large family from toddlers to elderly but not ideal for us. Pools are limited and small & full of children, we didn't use the pools as they closed too early for night swimming for adults only. Also the food was very bland- we are not picky eaters but besides breakfast with a fresh omelette bar we were disappointed, not a lot of fresh fruit, dry desserts etc. Drinks were good & staff were kind. All inclusive was not worth it for us, we preferred to go out and explore the town. Puerto Vallarta is so beautiful & safe, we will return and rent a condo or an apartment in the future vs a resort.

I initially booked the Hilton Puerto Vallarta Riviera using Hilton Honors points without much of a plan—but it turned into one of the most memorable trips I've ever had. My girlfriend and I were blown away by the experience from start to finish.
One of the highlights was the couples massage at the spa, where Virginia and Gabriela went above and beyond to create a calming and intimate atmosphere. We felt completely relaxed and cared for.
Later, we enjoyed a private romantic dinner that was nothing short of magical. Hector, our waiter, provided impeccable service with genuine warmth, while Chef David crafted a delicious menu that felt personalized and thoughtful. Paco, our bartender for the evening, mixed up custom cocktails that paired perfectly with the sunset view.
What made this trip even more special was how easy it was to coordinate everything. I simply emailed the hotel staff and they helped organize each detail seamlessly—no stress, just enjoyment.
If you’re looking for a romantic escape with top-tier hospitality, I can’t recommend this resort enough. This trip was unforgettable, and I’m already thinking about when I can return.

Overall, our stay was OK. We were there for five days, four nights, and it was our first time in PV. Overall, the hotel has a few cosmetic errors, and the food is mediocre for the most part. Enclave is a waste of money, and the service is nothing special.
Room - We stayed in an Enclave Governor Suite on the 14th floor and experienced issues the second we walked in. The floors were still a bit dirty, the AC was not working, and the jacuzzi was leaking water. After calling maintenance, we got the jacuzzi fixed and figured out the AC. The main shower head had a lot of calcium buildup up so the water pressure was terrible, and then the sink started leaking, and it took two days to fix. The cherry on top was seeing a roach crawl from the dining table to the sofa on our last night. Not the luxury I was promised or imagined.
Food - The food was just OK. The only highlights were the food trucks and the grilling station outside by the pool. Besides that, room service, the Vela buffet, the Enclave lounge buffet, Sunan, and Seasalt were mediocre. Everything was just mass-produced and didn't really have much flavor to it. I get that all-inclusive restaurants are not known for their food, but everything just flatlined. My partner said it best: "Frozen cafeteria food."
Service/Enclave - With the enclave upcharge, I was promised exceptional service everywhere I went, but that was not the case. For the most part, our 'premium enclave bracelets' did nothing for us service-wise. For the most part service was average, and we rarely got to know any of the workers. The only times we had a 'premium' experience were with Omar at Sunan and Patricia at the Enclave lounge, They were the only two who were sweet to us and gave us memorable experiences. It was lovely to have a cake delivered for our birthdays. Everything else would just take too long. There we moments where we couldn't even get a drink, making us feel like we were being flat out ignored.
Hotel - The hotel is very beautiful but needs a revamp. The hallways are creepy with flickering lights and have smudges everywhere. The elevators were dirty and wet most of the time. The pool has tiles chipping off (I did scratch myself!) The gym had a leaking fire sprinkler that splashed water everywhere. It's sad to see such a premium hotel with a breathtaking location look dingy and mediocre. The best part was the beach area. The beach is fabulous and you're able to see fish swimming in the water. Also, the nightly entertainment was great; so many great performances!
Overall, I don't see myself staying at this property again. Although it has a great beach, that does not justify the price point. I would love to see them revamp the hotel and make Enclave something more premium, other than private check-in and a private lounge. Although this trip was memorable, the hotel was not a standout for me or my partner.

One of the best all-inclusive resorts in PV

My husband and I just returned home after 10 glorious days at the Hilton! I don't usually write reviews on TA but the Hilton was truly an amazing resort to stay at. I would highly recommend! I will try and highlight below a few things that weren't previously mentioned in other reviews.
Pools - the adult pool is about 40 metres...great for swimming laps. During this time of year, the sun hits the adult pool shortly after 9 p.m. The family pool on the north side is in the shade until much later. Lots of chairs but if you want your favourite spot then you need to go down to reserve around 7ish.
Beach - we walked the beach a few times a day to get exercise from all the good food. But you can only walk so far from one side to the other. Sandy beach for most part and during our time, the waves were rough. But in front of resort , the rock barriers provide some protection.
Food - we ate at most of the al la carte restaurants. All were very good...some of the best food at an all inclusive that we've had in Mexico. The beef filet mignon was thick and cooked to medium rare as I liked it. Too many good dishes to mention. On Sunday's they have Paella near the food trucks. And at the veggie food truck the guacamole and chips were amazing. Oh, and even the Vela buffet restaurant was great with great food selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Entertainment - unlike many all inclusive resorts that would have the usual Michael Jackson shows or dancer, the Hilton had a few unique performances like the Fire show and the Aqua light show. Very impressive and enjoyable. Most nights they had some type of entertainment in the lobby area...singer, trumpet player etc.
Staff and customer service - like all other reviews, the staff at the Hilton truly stand out. Our room was nicely made up each day by housekeeping staff. Too many names to mention but here are just a few. The pool servers work hard each day...Daniel where we regular sat. Cesar, Ricardo, and Jorge at the Vela Food Hall. Omar at Sunan. Hugo and Blanca from the entertainment team worked hard. And Luis at the front desk!
Anyway, I could go on and on but those were a few highlights. It's a great all inclusive in PV!

This was our first time to Hilton Riviera Puerto Vallarta. My wife and I loved this place. Rooms were very nice, clean, and well maintained. There was a slight issue with the room not cooling, but it was fixed promptly. Here are some shout outs: Juan Reyes greeted us and took care of all of our check in. He really made us feel welcome. I highly recommend the cabanas. It's $60 all day, or $80 (comes with 2 leg massages). Our waiters were awesome. Ernesto & Melquene??? were both "johnny on the spot." My wife always had a drink in her hand and food whenever she wanted it. Our waiter at the morning breakfast was Jose Luis. He was very attentive. The hostess, Susy, was very pleasant and remembered my wife's allergy to pineapple, and to top it off, when someone tried to use our room number, she recognized it was ours and ask if the individual was with our party. He was not, so thank you Susy for catching that. Kaila, a bartender in the Martini Bar, was very nice to us. We asked her a lot of questions and she kept us entertained. Last, but not least, Victoria in the Spa gave the perfect massage. Everyone else was great, but these individuals stood out.
Food was pretty good. There were some up charges though for items such as steak and lobster. It was expected.
The security guards checked you in and out of the property. We felt very safe. Also, transportation via taxi or Uber was fast. We never waited longer than two minutes to get a ride.
Can't wait to go back!

Exceptional Anniversary Lunch at Cocomar – Hilton Puerto Vallarta
We had the most amazing anniversary lunch at Cocomar, and the team made it truly unforgettable. As Diamond Club members, we’re used to excellent service—but this experience was next level.
Captain Juan, Waiter Oscar, and Chef Adrian went above and beyond to make our 24th wedding anniversary feel special. Juan welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, Oscar delivered thoughtful, attentive service throughout the meal, and Chef Adrian prepared the most delicious, beautifully presented dishes.
The setting was stunning, the food was incredible, and the hospitality was heartfelt. We left feeling celebrated, appreciated, and already excited to return.
Highly recommend Cocomar for an elevated, intimate dining experience—especially if you’re celebrating something special.
Thank you again, Juan, Oscar, and Chef Adrian—you made our afternoon one we’ll never forget!

My wife and I had the pleasure of eating at Maxal tonight while visiting the Hilton Riviera Puerto Vallarta. The dishes were nothing short of spectacular, including octopus tostada, cochinita pibil, chicken breast with great mole, and tasty churros for dessert with chocolate dipping sauce. The coconut margaritas were out of this world! Our engaging server Exael from Michoacán made table side guacamole which was beautifully done and not to be missed! All in all, this restaurant ranks very highly from both the flavor and ambience points of view.

This was our second time at this resort and we will absolutely be back! Every time we always feel so welcome and catered to by the staff. We have such positive experiences with everyone we meet. We mainly hang out by the adults only pool and those pool servers/bar tenders work so hard. We really loved being served by Mel and Eduardo those guys were the absolute best! We were also greeted with a smile every morning by Ricardo at the breakfast buffet. We cant wait to come back for our anniversary next year.
We love wearing the room key as a bracelet because it makes the stay much more relaxed!
Food is great, drinks were flowing, and the live entertainment at night was always fun to see!
My only small complaint is the air conditioning in the room being very weak when we first arrived, but we always travel with a portable fan it it dramatically helped cool the room off.

My husband and I stayed at this resort for our first wedding anniversary.
Pros: The property itself was in a great location for us - we wanted beach, pool, and ocean views. You can hear the ocean everywhere in this resort, it is fantastic! And you can watch pelicans diving into the ocean. The service was truly fantastic, we did not have a bad experience with any employee. Marco the bellman was great - he had a lot of suggestions of things we could do in town. We did a couples hot stone massage at the spa and Victoria and Magali were fantastic. We did a romantic dinner on the beach and Hector, Emilia, and Chef Mario were fantastic and made the evening really special for us. Our favorite bar was the Mojito Lounge and Fernando the bar tender there made great mojitos. Our favorite restaurant was Maxal and Hilberto, Christopher, Eduardo, and Ernesto were really friendly and had great service. We also did the tequila tasting, which was a lot of fun, and the cocktail making class (Josue the bar tender was great there). Daniel at the pool kept the mojitos coming!
Cons: the swim up bar in the adult pool needs revamping, it is looking a little aged and is at a weird height. I also felt it could have been kept cleaner. More indoor activities would have been nice - my husband and I are early risers, so after being down at the pool in the heat for 6 or so hours, we would have liked some in door activities to do. Finally, the bars should be opened earlier than 5, especially the martini bar that is the only place with indoor games (pool table, chess, cards....).

They remembered our names everyday and made us feel so welcomed! We had so much fun with them at the pool and we loved all the pool activities. The bartenders and servers — Ernesto at La Luce, Medardo and Nora from Velo, Daniel and Alberto at the pool, and Isay from the lobby were so awesome. I’ve never had such exceptional service and it was so fun walking around the resort and feeling welcomed everywhere we went. The resort games and amenities were awesome. We had so much fun at bingo night and silent disco and we loved watching the dancers at celebration. The food at La Luce and at the breakfast buffet was so delicious. I already miss the food served here. Good selection of alcohols and different beverages too. We would absolutely come back here. Such a fun and fabulous experience!!!! Highly recommend.

Excellent food, excellent service that was it. Erik and Estaban took very good care of us. Helped us celebrate a birthday. La Luce is now one of our favorite restaurants at the Hilton Vallarta. Highly recommend the salmon and lasagne bolagnese.
We had the best pool waiter name CHRISTIAN excellent service . On top of him game.
Went over and beyond to make our stay memorable.
We were here to celebrate my boyfriend b-day. He brought him a birthday cake. That caught my boyfriend totally by surprise. Will definitely return next year

We visited the Seasalt restaurant where you can find the best ceviche available! When you visit, as for Ana. She prepared the most incredible kit with really good local sauce.
At Maxal, you will eat real authentic Mexican food. It’s delicious! You will be greeted by America who will find the perfect table for you and ask to be served by Chris. They will both provide you with the best recommendation.
You will enjoy a healthy breakfast and plenty of choices at the buffet. I recommend you sit outside with the beautiful sound of the sea. If you ask for Esmeralda, she will be quick and efficient. Plus, she is funny!
And the housekeeping team was detailed and my room was always well taken care of.
Congratulations to your team and HR. Great services!!!

A big thank you to Hugo and Angel, our servers that evening — they were kind, attentive, and made the night feel really special. They even surprised us with an anniversary cake and drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. It really made our celebration memorable. Highly recommend both the hotel and Seasalt restaurant!
