This Hilton is not top notch like most. The pool area is very slippery; slipped getting in the pool then slipped again walking on the tiled area. Not very safe for a pool area. The maid service comes late each day so be prepared to not have your room cleaned...

This Hilton is not top notch like most. The pool area is very slippery; slipped getting in the pool then slipped again walking on the tiled area. Not very safe for a pool area. The maid service comes late each day so be prepared to not have your room cleaned till late afternoon. Our toilet needed to be resealed and the nite light didnt work which we asked them to do 3 times, but it was never repaired. The food in the Emotions Restaurant is mediocre. The Rib Eye was very fatty. We told them my spouse was celebrating her birthday. They said they would do something but did not. Over all the staff is OK. Would not come back again.

The only thing I will recommend to the hotel is to at least provide 2 bottles of complementary water per night in the room. The spa is a must go to during your stay here. The massages are to die for! A truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Excellent location on Avenida Balboa with views of the Pacific and the city. Easy pedestrian fly over highway to Paseo Maritimo and beautiful, if hot and humid, walk to Casco Viejo. Cordial and very helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast, including the best fresh fruit juice bar! Amazing pool with Pacific views. Spacious, well equipped fitness center overlooking the ocean and men's locker room with immaculate showers and steam room. Excellent restaurants are a very short walk away.

The Hilton hotel is located on Panama City's main avenue bordering the Pacific Ocean. It is very centrally located. We have very mixed feelings about this hotel. It seems to operate without the slightest direction, giving it a very impersonal and rather unpleasant character. Without the invaluable help and assistance of Katherine S. in the front office, our stay would not have been very pleasant. For the price charged, around €300 a night including breakfast, the service is inadequate and the value is not there for the guest. There are some aspects to be seriously reviewed. The elevators are a real ordeal and a journey in themselves, as the time is so long. The pool is not well managed and the management of deckchair availability creates conflicts with some very rude guests. What's more, the whole place doesn't give an impression of cleanliness. The breakfast service is good, and the man at the egg station does a good job - fast, efficient and good. Car parking is not free, unlike many local hotels. Count 15 USD per day at the casino under the hotel. Not good value for money. I wouldn't particularly recommend this hotel, which lacks charm and interest.

Incredible hotel! The staff were all wonderful and friendly! The breakfast buffet had lots of yummy options! The roof top pool was a lovely spot to relax! Nice bars and restaurants in the hotel. Incredible views from the rooms, super comfy beds, large bathroom.

The Hilton was an excellent place to stay. Room was large and comfortable and clean. Staff were very attentive. I left behind my iPad in An Uber and hotel staff contacted police who contacted the driver and my iPad was back in my hands within a few hours! That wouldn’t have happened back home in Chicago! Panama is a very safe.city. The police are everywhere! Even at night you feel safe walking about.

Outstanding hotel with top notch amenities! From the roof top bar to the spa, everything was clean, in great condition and easy to access. Compared to the U.S. the spa was surprisingly affordable. We were in walking distance from great dining, bars and parks. We highly recommend this Hilton.

Super efficient pre-arrival, arrival and departure. Prior to arrival the concierge(s) were helpful in making a booking for transport to hotel from airport to hotel. Follow up to verify arrival details a few days before arrival was also fantastic for guest service. Upon arrival it was very busy BUT we were quickly and graciously welcomed and received a complimentary room upgrade ( wow, the suite was fantastic with amazing views). The facility is lovely, relaxing along with an amazing staff. Everyone was gracious, helpful and had the warmest smiles! We enjoyed the Blue Bar, the restaurant, the rooftop pool and even the exercise room was pretty nice. One of the concierges helped us locate an excellent Panamanian restaurant which proved to be excellent! Departure went smoothly and efficiently with another hotel arranged ride from hotel to cruise ship. We loved our stay st Panama Hilton and are already thinking about another visit!

First of all - I want to say a big thank you to Patricia Ruiz the front desk supervisor and her staff. I had a great time in Panama City but staying in Presidential Suite was an experience I will never forget. I have no idea why we were upgraded but it was the icing and the cherry on the cake. It was my birthday the next day but I only mentioned that after being told we were being upgraded. The views were breath taking. Floor to Ceiling windows in a suite approximately 3500sqft just for my wife and I. Unfortunately I can't post the video I took of the suite TripAdvisor only allows pictures. I don't have a bad thing to say about the place. Breakfast was great. A good selection and items done how you wanted them done. All the staff I interacted with were great too. Location was perfect and as stated previously views were amazing. We were on the top floor(27) over looking Avenida Balboa, Cinta Costera, and the Pacific. We could also see the boats waiting to go into the Canal. Casco Viejo and the Amador Causeway. Muchisimas Gracias Senora Ruiz y El Hilton

One of the best hotel downtown, super well located in the Balboa Avenue. The room was very comfortable and cozy. A separate office, a beautifully decorated bedroom with astonishing seaview and a huge bathroom with its own bathtub with city view. Service at checkin was amazingly friendly. The gym is ample and complete, with all equipment one may need. Plenty of aerobic equipments also. Breakfast had all you can ask for. Again service was flawless. The staff were so gentle and kind.

The front office staff and valet (Benjamin?) went above and beyond to help us. We were able to check in early, and they helped us track down my husband’s cell phone he left accidentally in our taxi when we got dropped off at the hotel. The pool bartender was excellent...

We were able to check in early, and they helped us track down my husband’s cell phone he left accidentally in our taxi when we got dropped off at the hotel. The pool bartender was excellent and it was nice the pool stayed open late. The room was clean, food was great. This is a great location, too. Only a couple miles from Casco Viejo. (We were going to stay in Casco) but it’s nice to come back to a quiet hotel room. If ever back in Panama City we will stay here again.

My partner came here for stem cell treatment and expected a clean and stocked hotel...This is a 3 star hotel first off.......No towels no robes no slipper no laundry bag or slip...took 3 hours for stuff to bring robes, slippers and towls...bathtub doesn't get hot water...tv didn't work the first...

My partner came here for stem cell treatment and expected a clean and stocked hotel...This is a 3 star hotel first off.......No towels no robes no slipper no laundry bag or slip...took 3 hours for stuff to bring robes, slippers and towls...bathtub doesn't get hot water...tv didn't work the first night..phones didn't work for 2 days and couldn't call are family because they are having construction and had no network available..for a master suite this was a joke! And definitely only a 3 star hotel..I will not advise anyone to come here if you have 5 star expectations..by far the worst hotle we've ever stayed at. Staff was nice but that's the only positive thi g I can say ...also got scamed at the imagination show fml also no balcony or windows 🙃 and wake up to construction every morning! Super annoying 😑
