The entire staff was very friendly and flexible and accommodating. The aquariums in the lobby, bar and restaurant kept the bright light and open space coverage alive into every corner of the hotel!

The bedroom and bathroom were well appointed. This is a convenient location for exploring Duck, Nags Head and beyond.

Great hotel and staff. Stayed in an oceanfront room, and enjoyed the sounds of the ocean as well as the view. In a quiet area, but within walking distance to restaurants. Every staff member here is so courteous and helpful. The level of Cleanliness is Perfect. The only place we stay at coming to Outer Banks. Been staying here for years. The food is better here for dinner then most of restaurants in Outer Banks and breakfast also. **Outstanding General Manager...

Initially on my survey I rated 3 bad experience at check in not with desk clerk but with someone name Chris. Then I came down for breakfast and met Rachel who was my waitress and wow what a huge difference if she doesn't make you feel welcomed after meeting her....

Hotel location is wonderful, right in front of the Kitty Hawk pier. The Aviator Tavern was wonderful great food and drinks. Definitely recommend the sticky hot wings. Our bartender Tim was excellent, the place was packed and we never had to wait on a drink.

Huge hotel on the beach. Room was beautiful with great views. Parking was great with lots of spaces. The hallway to the room smelled like a wet dog. There were way too many dogs walking around in the lobby. The air conditioner was very loud and blows right on you...

We live nearby and were having renovation work done on our beach house. Returning to the area, we wanted to stay here as we are HiltonHonors members for years. We have traveled throughout the U.S. (including Hawaii), as well as in Ireland and England, and we have stayed at many Hilton products. Having watched the Kitty Hawk Hilton Garden Inn under construction we wondered how nice the hotel was. We have heard various opinions from “locals” about the hotel. Now we have first hand knowledge. This is a very nice hotel. Staff are very friendly, check-in and out are well handled, and the room was very clean and comfortable. We went out for dinner, not knowing how nice the in-house restaurant is. We had breakfast the next morning and found the restaurant tucked in around the bar area, it was quite nice. We wished we had stayed the night before for dinner. Nice seating, good menu and clean. Staff friendly and food good. In short, we find the Hilton Garden Inn a first class establishment. If you stay here, we dont feel you will be disappointed.

Great location, tasteful renovations, nice pool and cool outside bar. What else could one want? The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious and clean, housekeeping was excellent. The only complaint were the mushy pillows, which we remedied with purchased pillows at nearby Walmart. The views from the balcony were perfect....

Not far to travel north or south.

Hubby and I didn’t want to rent a house for the week, and this was the next best! Was able to bring our fur baby, Smokey (which is a plus) and stayed Thursday through Sunday. Hotel was full but because there were so many options to hang out, we didn’t...

Hubby and I didn’t want to rent a house for the week, and this was the next best! Was able to bring our fur baby, Smokey (which is a plus) and stayed Thursday through Sunday. Hotel was full but because there were so many options to hang out, we didn’t care. From the restaurant (thanks Daryna!) to the outside area, pool, beach views by the pool, the pier, and being semi oceanfront, we enjoyed our stay. I thought having a market where you can buy items (charcuterie, popcorn, fruit, snacks, and wine/beer/seltzer) was a nice touch! This hotel provided you with it all so you don’t even have to leave to go find something to eat, fish on the pier, fire pit at night, and of course the beach. This is a great option if you don’t want to rent a house for the week:)

A very nice beach experience. Oceanfront rooms are highly recommended. These are typical Hilton Hampton type rooms . Nice beachfront area . There's a pier in front but you still gotta pay to use it.there is a outdoor and indoor pool and a sauna.
