If only i could stay longer! Wonderful hotel and so clean! Beautiful room, nice breakfast and great location, next to railway and metro station and just 2 stops from Innere Stadt. On top of all, the personnel was very polite and helpful. Everything was perfect!

Modern, stylishly decorated hotel with friendly staff, and conveniently located near the metro, trams and rail (around 30 mins to/from the airport). In a quiet area but with a variety of restaurants nearby and Lidl within 5 mins walk. Also, very close to the Prater amusement park. Breakfast was excellent and the standard rooms comfortable, if not huge. The room was far too hot (almost 24 degrees) - even though the heating was not on, and the air-con did not function (perhaps switched-off for the Winter). What lets this hotel down though is the housekeeping, which is not up to a 4 star. Our coffee cups were left used and not replaced our entire stay, and they left us with half a toilet roll most days . Another day we returned and the room had not been made-up by 4pm. We had been walking for hours and needed a shower and (like the toilet roll) had to go downstairs to get towels. Such a shame, as this could be a really great hotel.

The bed was lovely and comfortable with a duvet for each side, which was great. The breakfast assortment was outstanding, which catered for everyone's taste, fresh fruits,cold meats,cheeses, pastry, warm ham ,eggs, and sausage. Huge variety of cereal options with yoghurts,milks, and soya milks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the underground and tram centre at Praterstern. A very enjoyable stay in Vienna helped by a great hotel.

Highley recommended hotel , rooms excellent staff brilliant cleanliness perfect facilities spot on , breakfast excellent , location ideal. On my next trip to Vienna I will be staying at this hotel and advise other travellers to as well .Great value foroney.

The included buffet breakfast was sumptuous with a vast array of delicious choices. We would, and have, recommended Der Wilhelmshof to our friends and family.

Lovely hotel. Great location, access to underground 5 mins walk. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast had a good selection. The artwork around the hotel is interesting. The room was comfortable with a good bathroom. Thank you for a nice stay.

A great stay at the Der Wilhelmshof - a few things stood out in our stay: - breakfast was amazing! There was soooo much choice and lovely things to eat (sweet, savoury, meats, cheeses, breads, cakes, fruit, hot food). It was such a wonderful start to the day! - the room was spacious and clean - location was great, right near the Prater park and the transport/train station (access to the U and the S trains which we used) - lots of restaurants nearby that we enjoyed - welcoming staff, nice bar space Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot and would stay again!
