Amazing hotel in the greatest spot in Vienna. Form the first minute of entrance to the lobby to the last minute when we left to the airport. The room was like a flat, romantic welcoming , tasty huge cake, Clean -12!! comfort! breakfast - superb variety and again amazing service....

The room was like a flat, romantic welcoming , tasty huge cake, Clean -12!! comfort! breakfast - superb variety and again amazing service. We definitely will come back.

My wife and I visited Vienna to celebrate her birthday and chose this splendid hotel due to its location and top reviews. We were not disappointed. We stayed 3rd to 7th March 2025. Our welcome and interaction will all staff was exceptional - they are a credit to the hotel....

My wife and I visited Vienna to celebrate her birthday and chose this splendid hotel due to its location and top reviews. We were not disappointed. We stayed 3rd to 7th March 2025. Our welcome and interaction will all staff was exceptional - they are a credit to the hotel. Our standard room was well equipped, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The buffet breakfast was great with several made to order options. The breakfast manager was an exceptional host. My wife was presented with cake on her birthday breakfast (without prompting) and another confectionary treat awaited her in the room. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend others to do so.

I can only echo everything good that's been said about this hotel. It is very well located in the centre of Vienna, has suitable windows to make sure it's still nice and quiet, lovely staff, good food, comfy beds, beautiful rooms, and the entire building was probably the cleanest building...

It is very well located in the centre of Vienna, has suitable windows to make sure it's still nice and quiet, lovely staff, good food, comfy beds, beautiful rooms, and the entire building was probably the cleanest building I've ever been in - extremely impressed!

The location on Stephansplatz cannot be beat... we had a cathedral view room on the 4th floor with a magnificent view of the cathedral and the bustling plaza below... what fun! The free breakfast buffet was huge and varied... with personal waiter staff service for coffee refills, etc.

Excellent hotel. Would definitely recommend if planning to visit Vienna. Beautiful view of the cathedral while eating breakfast. Staff all very professional and friendly, as well as providing great advice on directions to tourist attractions and places to eat. Very clean. Facilities all in very good condition. Food and service was very good. Great location, just a few strides from a tube station and not far from all the city's shops, bars, cafes, restaurants as well as Hofberg Palace. So glad we took our time to check out the various hotels and decided on this one. We'd like to return to Vienna one spring time and will stay here again.

Amazing hotel! Room was well equipped and spotlessly clean, all the staff were friendly and welcoming. What a wonderful location, get a cathedral view room if possible. to really soak in the atmosphere of the city! Such good value for this level of service and detail.

A genuinely lovely experience. The staff at any hotel make or break your experience and the staff at the Boutique Hotel am Stephanplatz were first rate. From the Desk Staff trying to work out if the Vienna pass was worth it for us (it wasn't) and even phoning them to check details on the very overcomplicated website to the staff in the breakfast room who were universally lovely or housekeeping who were very sweet. We had a room overlooking the square, which was just lovely to come back, too, and look out onto a fabulous view. The triple glazing and built-in blinds worked a treat for soundproofing, and internally, the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. To the extent that when we went down to breakfast on our first morning, I was surprised it was busy because I hadn't heard anyone else in the hotel. Breakfast is excellent and the range is as good as I have had anywhere and better than most. Everything was beautifully fresh and regularly replaced. The hotel is in a fantastic position in the middle of the innerstadt and a 5 to 10 minute walk to the Hofburg Palace and Spanish Riding School, The State Opera House, The Albertina Gallery and the Leopold Gallery. We took to tram to the Belveder Palace but walked back in about 25 minutes. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink very near by and I am vegitarian, which can be tricky but was not a problem in Vienna. Would happily come back

In over 30 years of visiting hotels, this is by far the hotel that has shown the most attention to its guests. The staff is charming, professional and always willing to attend to any need. The room that faces the Stephansdom is wonderful. It has the best view, when you close the windows you don't hear ANYTHING, they are totally soundproof. Everything is top notch!

Absolutely wonderful. The suite overlooking Stephansplatz was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. Magical experience, and worthy of all the great reviews here. Highly, highly recommend: our stay in Vienna was made even more special by knowing we were returning to this hotel.

From the Prosecco welcome to the kind reception staff to the fantastic room with cathedral view all breakfast staff so professional and welcoming. For the first time in 50 years of travelling I can honestly say this hotel is faultless . Since arriving home we are telling everyone not only to visit Vienna but they must stay at this hotel .

We chose this hotel over others due to the superb central location . What a great choice we made , not only for its close proximity to all the sights , but for the outstanding customer service we received . Deanna on Reception is a superb ambassador to the brand , very friendly and has great local knowledge . Nothing was too much trouble for her . The room was beautiful and with a superb view of the Cathedral. Comfortable bed and pillows , warm temperature in the room , heated bathroom floor, fluffy towels , Molton Brown toiletries, Nespresso coffee machine .. all superb. Last but not least , the housekeeping was 100% for all 5 days of our stay . Everything we used was immediately replaced like for like. Care had clearly been given to make sure didn’t have to ask for a thing . Probably the best housekeeping we’ve come across . Huge thank you to Heidi. Also to Merton for helping us with our cases when we checked in. Thank you all so much ! Apologies for not reviewing the breakfast .. the bed was so cosy, we slept in every day !! What are holidays for ?! Highly recommend this hotel, oh and also Vienna .. beautiful city !

We loved every bit of our stay! The room was spacious, bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the mini bar goodies were a nice addition too. Breakfast was delicious and filled with lots of options for every preference. Staff were extremely kind and helpful when we dropped off our luggage early before check in. And the central location just next to the Cathedral could not be beat! This hotel made our trip to Vienna and the Christmas markets even more magical.

This is our second stay at this wonderful hotel (after previously brining our family here during Christmas a few years ago). We love the location: central and beautiful, providing you with access to absolutely anywhere in the city on foot or via underground. The hotel staff is amazing: professional, helpful and energetic. The breakfasts are just fantastic - from the amazing service to the very fresh and great variety of food (and a view that cannot be beat). We would definitely return once again to this wonderful place.
