A small, quiet hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly, and the hotel wasn’t crowded when we visited. Thanks to the (free) loyalty program, we received a complimentary upgrade and a welcome gift of chocolate and cozy socks! Rooms Our room wasn’t very large, but it was perfect for us. The bathroom (shower only, no bathtub) was spacious and clean. The room included a small fridge, a safe, and a TV with about 20 channels (with an option to connect to the internet, which we didn’t try). The hotel also provided two complimentary bottles of water. There was no balcony, and the window didn’t offer an interesting view, but since we went out to explore, this wasn’t an issue. Nearby Attractions The hotel is very close to the Old City, which is filled with historical and religious sites (check out the website of the Old City Development Authority for more info). From there, it’s a short walk to the City of David. On the other hand, Mamilla Mall is also nearby, offering a variety of shops and restaurants. Food & Drinks Compared to other Dan Hotels, breakfast was relatively modest, but still featured a good selection. The food was tasty and well-presented. Personalized omelets were available upon request. Good to Know There is parking behind the hotel, and if it’s full, a paid municipal parking lot is located right across the street. Several synagogues can be found in the area

Good and not too expenjsive hotel, friendly staff and excellent location. It is walking distance (25 minutes) from the ancient city with an interesting archeological site (2000 years old grave caves) 5 minutes walk away. Nice restaurants ("The first station" complex) are nearby.

Great hotel with perfect location, accessible by walking to many significant attractions. The staff with Gonen (the hotel general manager) management, did his best to make our accommodation unforgettable. The room was big, clean and with very nice view. I recommend this hotel warmly.

What a wonderful experience staying at the Dan Boutique Hotel in Jerusalem. The hotel itself is ideally located within walking distance of the Old City and public transport is about 50m from the hotel. The hotel rooms are spacious and have everything you will need. The breakfast is high quality with a great selection of foods. The cleanliness of all areas of the hotel is excellent and the staff are very helpful and the friendliest we have come across in our 3 weeks in Israel. We would highly recommend staying at the Dan Boutique Hotel on your next visit to Jerusalem.

What a lovely little hotel in Jerusalem, a hearty welcome and an enjoyable stay. Most comfortable and welcoming. We came after a Jerusalem wedding to stay overnight and will do so again. Rakefet of guest relations eas charming and attentive.

The location of the Dan Boutique is perfect for almost all activities in Jerusalem. It is located just up the street from the "old" central train station that has been turned into a gathering place with cute boutiques and crafts kiosks, open air restaurants under a canopy and free entertainment...

The location of the Dan Boutique is perfect for almost all activities in Jerusalem. It is located just up the street from the "old" central train station that has been turned into a gathering place with cute boutiques and crafts kiosks, open air restaurants under a canopy and free entertainment in a central core area. It also is a major stop for most bus lines traversing the city. Just beyond and further up the hill is one of the gates into the "old City." The hotel itself has nice amenities including a full buffet breakfast (we recommend taking this as an add-on to your room). The buffet includes hot & cold cereals, eggs (either pre-made or to order omelets, meats, sauteed veggies and salads, fresh fruits and juices, breads and rolls, and pastries. The rooms are small by American standards but efficiently laid out so one has plenty of room along with an ensuite bathroom with full bath/shower. The windows of our room overlooked the Church of All Nations next to the Garden of Gethsemane and the City of David with its tombs and archeological antiquities. The staff at the front desk is very helpful in providing you with maps and information regarding major tourist sites and transportation to get you there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend the Dan chain of hotels as a medium priced alternative when visiting Israel.

The lobby was very inviting and our room was spacious and well appointed. Complimentary breakfast was provided, but the quality was just OK. The hotel was conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the Old City of Jerusalem. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in Jerusalem.

Every single staff member was extremely helpful and kind. The guest services staff asked daily to check if our needs were being met. The proximity to the old city was perfect. Station one, a great food spot, was conveniently located walking distance from this hotel.

There was so much food that in our two week stay we did not get a chance to try it all. Staff very friendly and helpful. They even prepared box breakfast so we could go on an early morning tour. We will stay there again.

We had four nights at the hotel as part of our tour package. It was extremely comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and well equipped (fridge, sofa, super king size bed). We'd love to stay again
