Awful hotel, not a 4 star hotel
Completely awful. This is not a 4 star hotel. 1 at its best. Room doesn’t even have the basics. Food I am sure is leftovers from another hotel that they cooked into some sauces. Everything is run down. Staff are not helpful. Stayed 1 night and refused to stay another....

Rooms in disrepair and cleanliness of rooms hit and miss. Had to “chat” with concierge multiple times. Broken room fridge, beer and sodas not replenished. No coffee shop with espresso! Only after dinner at restaurant. Highlight was food. If you go to the buffet, Juan is the best server ever.
