Memorable experience

Perfectly located hotel to all of the museums. Lovely and attentive front of house staff, particularly Richard who has made our last two stays memorable experiences. Highlight a small issue with our room aircon. Following which we were immediately upgraded and seamless transfer to new room. Nice job
