Reception Greeted with a welcome drink which was very nice. Staff excellent and quick checkin. Room The room has a great view of the coastline and was bright and airy but the wardrobe space was limited, so I used the mezzanine as a place to store my clothes. So although the room looks amazing it’s not been thought out practically. If you are of a certain age the stairs to the mezzanine are steep and this may be an issue. The room was cleaned daily and any issues were quickly resolved. Food I can recommend all of the restaurants for food and service but if you only try one the steak at WOW was fantastic. Staff All the staff we met were fantastic and very helpful, full credit to the hotel.

A lovely hotel with super lovely staff. My only criticisms are.. the beach was dirty and the staff needed to clean it daily and the rooms are a little close together. Choose a room as far away from the main hotel as yij can yonavoid the hum of the generators.

Exceptional experience while my husband and I celebrated our 15th anniversary. We stayed in the Loft Luxury Guestroom with Private Pool. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne, fruit tray and some bite size desserts. The bed had an Abaton tote bag and two sun hats. There was even a menu to choose a different pillow type to be brought if you weren't happy with the one you had on the bed. The hotel staff was very courteous of our needs and also gave a welcome drink that tasted delicious. Breakfast had many options to choose from and we sat every morning looking out into the beautiful view. There were also many dinner options, but we relaxed each day and ordered room service instead. Since we went in the off-season many people weren't there and it was nice and quiet. We used the indoor pool, spa three times and enjoyed the daily activity, which we chose to do the making of Greek Salad. Our only downfall was our private pool. It wasn't heated, but we still got in it. There could have been a little more privacy with the design. Other than that the cabanas were nice to relax in and have a waiter bring over a drink. The water was perfect to get into. We had never been to Crete and we were so happy we chose this hotel as it was overwhelming with all the hotels around.

Fantastic holiday at a Stunning hotel. The rooms are luxurious and the choice of food is excellent. The beach is a few steps away from the pool area. Every member of staff is so helpful and will do anything to ensure your stay is memorable. Highly recommend!

Perfect romantic lunch and had the best experience due to the lovely Agni, Valentina and Marieta. The food was impeccable and fresh - the best sushi in the world! The drinks were sublime and interesting. The desserts… well that just topped it off. You must visit for sure!

The whole team will ensure you have a perfect and unforgettable stay . The architecture is beautiful. The pool area is beautiful and the beach with its rocks and sandy areas is impressive! The warm welcome at the Buddha lounge morderated by Marrieta is outstanding! From breakfast to dinner and especially at the bar, you will be treated like royalty at all times and experience an unforgettable holiday.! We recommend a short trip to Agios Nikolaos! We had a beautiful view from the room to the sea What we missed is entertainment programs especially at night!

This is a place to go to just relax and let them look after you. Far away enough from the bars and bustle of Hersonissos to feel utterly relaxing but close enough to walk if you wish to, quick cab ride if not, should you wish to venture into town. Highly recommend and would definitely go back...and again...the food..just fantastic!

The resort is top notch! Pool bar service is outstanding. The rooms are amazingly beautiful as we have a view of the sea. Last leg of our Greece vacation and was a great way to end at this resort!! Highly recommended this location if traveling to Greece.

Great views, location, service, food and more. 👌🌞 Came for some late summer sun and got so much more than we expected Pool vibes are top, love DJ, great cocktails and delicious snacks. Also, Claudia is just the best! Always available and helpful.
