Creating a Bond at Grand Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive Adults Only
Please allow me introduce myself: My name is Estefania Ochoa and I’m the Wedding Specialist at the Grand Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta. I would like to introduce you to two lovely brides: Shannon & Tramaine. In June, they married at Grand Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive Adults Only, and this is their perfect wedding story. As a certified planner for Equality Weddings, I am so proud to be able to say that I am a part of it.
I went back and forth over emails and phonecalls with the couple, and finally, they made their decision and said “I do" to the hotel. If I had to confess, I'd say was honestly a little bit nervous...I was excited to get to work, but at the same time, it would be up to me to bring their dream wedding to life. But if you just listen carefully and if you really care about you couple, you can be amazed at all the little details you can catch from them: how they talk, how their write, and you can even feel their mood just reading an email.
When I finally met them, it was like waiting for your friends. We had been planning their wedding for over, so I had gotten to know the brides really well, and it was incredible to finally meet in person. When I first met the lovely couple, they were relaxing in our private lounge, the Grand Club, and they welcome me with the biggest smile I could ever imagine. This was the moment that I realized fully that while I was welcoming them to the hotel, but they were welcoming US to be part of something much bigger: their true love story.
Upon their arrival, I prepared a surprise for them at the room. Shannon and Tramaine didn’t expect it, and I soon got a text saying they were surprised and delighted about the love message written with rice on their beds. The message was: “ The future Renne’s: Superhero / Unicorn. This was how they always signed their emails, so I thought it was a fitting tribute. Those little details are the key. Pay the attention to them, and you can plan a wedding even beyond your own expectations.
Their wedding felt very intimate. They held it at the Presidential Suite, with an outstanding view of the bay. We used only white flowers, just to enhance the beauty of the place. The bride's "first look" was on the altar, where some tears of joy welled up in their eyes. The reception was held at Gulietta restaurant, with its big windows inviting us to enjoy the sunset and savor the beauty of the moment.
Here is the review from the brides:
“My wedding was so beautiful because I picked this location.
From the minute I started planning at the Grand Fiesta Americana to the day I walked down the aisle, the service and the communication was impeccable. They went above and beyond to make our day amazing and special. The staff was so pleasant and kind. The wedding planner was perfect and she made sure that not only I was taken care of but all my guests as well. We also spent our honeymoon there and we truly enjoyed not only the resort, but what Puerto Vallarta also had, which is a beautiful city."
Sometimes you are thinking how to surprise your couple, or what to do for them to remember you, but this time I was surprised for this lovely brides because they left me this written hand note in Spanish. Neither of them speaks the language, but this couple really wanted to show their appreciation, and it warmed our hearts! Here is the note :
"Thank you very much for everything you did for my wedding and also for dealing with all the last minute changes that happened, everything was absolutely beautiful and you did everything possible to make sure that my day was not only special, but also absolutely perfect. We are truly a rock star and we appreciate you and everything you did to make our wedding day more than impeccable.
Shannon & Tramaine Reneé"
At the end of the day, those little details are the ones worth remembering!
