Just at the end of a fantastic week at the Voyage Belek. We came to play golf, which brilliant, but on our days round the pool, we couldn’t have been looked after any better.
The food was varied with plenty of choice. We ate at 3 A’la Carte restaurants that were open and they were great value.
We have been looked after on a daily basis by Ferdi our Voyage assistant, informing us of activities, entertainment and managing to get our group into the A’la Carte restaurants when they were busy.
Suphi in the A’la Carte was excellent as was Lockman in the adult only restaurant. Sevda always had a smile on her face whenever she served in one the many bars s we frequented !
These are just a few of the staff that served us regularly, but I can honestly say every single member of staff who served was brilliant.
We can’t wait to come back

We were in the Voyage Belek 9-16th February and it was absolutely fabulous. The weather was so good - not a drop of rain which meant we could enjoy all the VB has to offer. We had a fantastic time enjoying this gorgeous hotel with the most delicious food in DeGusto, a patisserie making yummy cakes that are also just simply works of art too, scrumptious handmade chocolates, the steak a la carte was fab and they treated us so well when we went there to celebrate our anniversary. The drinks are all top class; cocktails especially good. Entertainment: Spoiler Band were great and Power is fronted by a lady with a powerful voice who gives a great performance. Don't miss them. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff work very hard to try and ensure everyone has a good time. It is much appreciated 🙏. If you haven't been yet, go. We are looking forward to returning to this fabulous resort. We stayed in the Main Building and we loved it.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel most welcome. We were allocated our rooms in A Block and then taken there after we followed the checkin process. We were joined to a what's app group also...this was really helpful and Faig and the team kept us up to date with everything that was going on throughout our stay.
Our rooms were lovely. Very tastefully decorated with plenty of space. There was a mini bar that was replenished every day and toiletries made by L'Octainne.
We went to the 24hr restaurant as it was late and we were hungry. Choices were a plenty and service lovely.
The food during our stay was amazing...plenty of choice and portions were large.
We did book 2!a la carte restaurants (Wen and Steak) at and extra charge but these were absolutely value for money
We spent our days at the adult pool/bar area in a sheltered spot enjoying the winter sun and varied drinks menu served by staff who were always so happy to help.
Some of the areas were shut off due to the ongoing continuous improvement of the hotel and didn't spoil our holiday.
Our lunches were spent at the adult restaurant where Yousef and Mehmet were always on hand for a laugh and a joke but delivering exceptional service....nothing was a problem to them.
We went to one show at night which was great but not to our liking.
The main atrium bar was busy and the staff were all run off their feet some supervisors helped them others let them struggle...hopefully this will improve.
This was great return break for us and it still meets the high standards of previous visits.
Would recommend this hotel very highly.

This was our third visit to the Voyage Belek and it definitely won’t be the last.
We were treated like royalty 24/7, nothing was too much trouble. Never have we ever been to a hotel where every single member of staff is so lovely, warm and smiley. We are frequent travellers and visit Türkiye 5 or 6 times a year and Voyage Belek is our favourite hotel by a mile.
Pre holiday comms with İnci were fantastic and she arranged for us to have the exact room we had requested. I wanted to say thank you in resort but every time I saw you, you were busy or we were eating. Thank you İnci!
On that note, the food is absolutely insane. It is so beautiful, you have to be prepared to put on a few kilos while you are here! You can order pretty much what you want when you want. We didn’t even use the main buffet. We took full advantage of the beautiful A’la Cartes. Our favourite meal of the holiday was in Kabappa, the tavuk şiş was the nicest I have ever had and we eat a lot of Turkish food. The service could have been a little better in there but I think it was an off night as we had the staff were lovely when we were looking through the window one evening.
The steak and Chinese A’la Cartes were fantastic. The food and service second to none.
It was so lovely to have a fantastic greeting from Yusuf from the adult restaurant when we first walked in. Yusuf, Mehmet and Recep always looked after us in there, as did the Managers, always such great welcoming smiles, running to get my husband a warm simit.
Hasan makes the best cocktails and Uğur Bey is catching him quickly; Uğur works so hard and remembers exactly what you like to drink. His attention to detail is faultless, a fantastic mixologist.
Hüseyin was little a little whirlwind running round looking after everyone. As soon as your glass was empty he was there to serve you, such a lovely guy.
Other great cocktail makers were Emre Can and Şeyda from the beach bar. We found ourselves walking across there from the pool bar because you couldn’t really get a good cocktail from the pool bar. We definitely missed Halil Ibriham. Well you have to burn off those patisserie calories somehow!
The patisserie and all the staff there are a credit to the hotel. There were a few rude children but the girls kept smiling and gave impeccable service, as did the manager who rightly so is very proud of his work and his staff. The cakes are out of this world. So beautifully presented and they taste amazing. I miss the limonlu tart (lemon meringue pie) so much! The best I’ve ever tasted.
Ferdi is just lovely, we left our key in the room one day and he helped us, remembering our name without us even saying it. What a top guy. Our assistants Sarvenaz and Faig were great. I am learning Turkish and Sarvenaz took the time to help me, speaking slowly in Turkish so I could understand; she is very sweet. Faig came to the A’la Cartes to see us to check everything was going well. Fantastic personal service.
The entertainment staff were great and remembered us from last year, even though we didn’t join in with the activities. Ginger and the curly haired guy (sorry I didn’t get your name) always had the time to talk with us. The young entertainment guy was a bit rude, serving the Turks kites before us when it was clear we were there first; he soon looked embarrassed when I said “Önce biz buradaydık!” (We were here first). People have said Turks get priority but apart from this one time we never felt that way. It was Turkish school holidays so the hotel was busy and we were always treated impeccably.
Our cleaner Zeynep was delightful! Such a lovely hard working lady. She made the best towel animals we have ever had. I have very long blonde hair which falls out a lot and she cleaned our room every day to perfection.
We missed Zeynep and Fatıh in the Bar Room but we were still very looked after. I can’t remember the guy’s name but he was lovely giving us fab drinks with fruit, crisps, nuts and chocolate on the side, I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name.
All the food is outstanding, the little sandwiches and croissants are all beautifully presented. We didn’t have one bad meal. The staff serving the fried chicken and sandwiches were so lovely. There’s no rubbish pre-fab chicken here, it’s chicken breast.
The drinks are all premium spirits and bottled Corona/Miller/Bud. There a free premium ice-creams such as Cornettos, Magnums, Twisters etc.
Even all the Managers take the time to talk to you and ask if everything is ok. Everyone wants you to have the best holiday.
One evening there was an awesome band with a fantastic guitarist and trombones. They were a class act that we would have paid to see. Cocahontas are getting a bit repetitive now so we welcomed the new talented band.
We can’t wait to come back. If you book here you definitely will not regret it. First class hotel with first class service, drinks and food.

Check in went well , drink offered and quickly taken to our room in A block, sadly, and we didn’t realise until the middle of the night, the room was by some sort of generator which kicked in on and off through the night, so sleep was disturbed.
Nothing much had changed since or last visit at 1st glance but we soon discovered the clientele demographic had. Staff and service levels have too.
This was our 10th visit however, we were disappointed.
Service poor, wrong drinks due to language barrier and no QR code ordering. Food in buffet cold. Big tipping Russians dominating service.
GR did not believe my feed back and asked if I was sulking by no longer replying to their messages. A friend was staying similar time and they had a great experience, so maybe a one off due to poor weather forcing everyone inside.
Evening bands in Bloom bar were really good but super busy with not enough seating and we couldn’t get served.
The saving grace was 24 hour restaurant, service was good, food good and hot.
Daytime entertainment was non existent particularly when wet weather, the team just disappeared.
I am returning April which was booked prior to this visit, but that will be last visit if no improvement.

Usually stay at Maxx next door. Decided to try Voyage.

Room is ok. bit small, but did not spend much time there. Noisy 'tho as the halls and floors are stone, heard a lot of noise from room above.
One night, 01.45 Door rang and a door opened. I got out of bed and said chap retreated. A bag pick up mistake. Did not really go back to sleep.
Food is generally pretty good. lot's to choose from in the buffet restaurants. Staff very friendly.
Main bar area is bright and entertainment every afternoon. Service is slow from 19.00. More managers than servers.
Had a visit to a couple of the ala carte restuarants. Carino, the steakhouse was outstanding. Better even than the steakhouse at Montgomerie.
Must point out a server. Mr. Mustafa. He served in 2 different eateries. Absoulute diamond class service. This man needs to be a manager and train others. A joy.
Poor service regarding luggage collection, so I went up and got a trolly and took the golf bags up to reception myself. No big deal. Got fed up waiting after 90 minutes.
Karaoke in the Bloom was really good fun. Loud, but good fun. Slow service in the main bar in the evening. So ordering may take a while.
So. Was it £700 cheaper than Maxx. Yep. Was the drop really noticalable? Marginable.
Small room. Bed's not that comfy. Clean? Certainly. Staff very kind and cheerful.
Waiter Mustafa was the standout of the whole visit.
Oh and I love how Voyage take care of the cat's. Bowls of water and food.
Respect.
David
