The resort and beach are wonderful but the best part is the staff. Everything is so friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff, Lizbeth, Miguel, Said and Eduardo were full of energy and so much fun. The Zumba and aqua arobics were top notch because of the staff. We played card games, they had live entertainment, we learned how to mix cocktails and did some cooking and the parties were all great. Our housekeeper, Monica did an excellent job. We were here four weeks and we can’t say enough good things about our experience. We met so many great people.

Entertainment staff is always vibrant and energetic and friendly they make it a real pleasure. Eduardo, Lizbeth, Said and Miguel!! New games, aqua aerobics, water volley ball in the Pool, black jack, Mexican lottery, bingo, name that tune, Zumba !

I am an elite owner at villa palmar and have stayed at Flamingos a few times. This trip we had to wait at the airport an hour for our shuttle to the resort, because the resort didn’t inform them of our arrival. Then, at the resort we had to wait...

I am an elite owner at villa palmar and have stayed at Flamingos a few times. This trip we had to wait at the airport an hour for our shuttle to the resort, because the resort didn’t inform them of our arrival. Then, at the resort we had to wait an hour for our room. Our one bedroom was beautiful with a jacuzzi tub, but no hot water in that bathroom. The expresso coffee maker would only make coffee and couldn’t steam the milk. Then, we were moved to a studio as there were no one bedrooms available when we made our reservation. The microwave was too high to be usable for anyone under 5 feet 5 inches. The management has decided to remove the table and two chairs in the studios, so there is no place to sit and eat. The palmito market had someone else’s name to charge items to our room. The resort is still beautiful and the people are friendly.

Lizbeth at Black Jack does a great job very friendly. all the activities staff are friendly Miguel, said, Eduardo but lizbet is the best I enjoy all the activities whit they. I love this resort, and thank you for everyone for doing my days incredible

We’ve been coming to this resort for 12 years because we love the people, and the resort. The people who work here have been working here for years, and that says a lot about the resort. From the very beginning when Antonio, Alonso, Luis, Eduardo, Alberto, and Oswaldo greet you with “welcome home“, through the check in with Jose at the desk, on all the way through to the pool, where Regee, the concierge , and the waiters, including Cristobal, Alejandro, Fernando, and Alex, this really does feel like home. We’ve made many friends here and will continue to come in the future.

The best part of the resort in comparison to many others is the very clean and warm pool. The towels are always available into the evening and Regge pool concierge gold out of his warm to make our experience perfect. I do not find this concern and effort in most...

The staff is very good. They all work hard to meet the guest requests. The pool is great and the water was the perfect temperature. Our favorite waiter is Agustin Garcia. He us fantastic. We come back every year. Always a great time with no worries

Tip: The town next door is called "Bucerias". The town is a small walk over, but the food is out of the world! Go explore.

Lizbeth is the best water aerobics instructor! She has tons of energy and is very sweet. She also leads Zumba, volleyball and is involved in the night time entertainment activities. She works all day and always has a smile. She’s enthusiastic throughout her many activities.

We were at the villa for 2 week starting march 6 2025. We played black jack and poker every day I also played volleyball several times The entertainment staff work very hard every day to keep everybody entertained. Specially lizbet, Said and Miguel We will definitely be back again.

We had a restful, refreshing, wonderful vacation. We stayed 9 days all-inclusive and out of our past 10 holidays in Mexico, this was one of the best. The staff were very friendly. The pools, grounds and landscaping were meticulously maintained. The rooms were clean, well-stocked and included a small kitchenette....

We had a restful, refreshing, wonderful vacation. We stayed 9 days all-inclusive and out of our past 10 holidays in Mexico, this was one of the best. The staff were very friendly. The pools, grounds and landscaping were meticulously maintained. The rooms were clean, well-stocked and included a small kitchenette. We enjoyed the restaurants, especially the flavours, quality of food and the servers at the Tomattilos and Japanese restaurants (excellent service from Miguel and Luis at Tomattilos and all the staff at the Japanese restaurant!) We really enjoyed getting up early and walking the trail into Bucerias and exploring the nearby town and it's beaches. Thank you for a terrific vacation!

Regge the pool deck manager has always been the most pleasant long time staff member who always goes out of his way to accommodate us and all the guests here at the Villa Del Palmar Flamingos. We love how Regge always greets us every day during our stay.

The servers in the Mexican restaurant were really great. Especially Andres and his crew Patron David Elias Jenny Enrique and Rofo. Top notch service. Facilities were wonderful. The beach was great. The food was fantastic. The room accommodations were very nice.

Moytr was an awesome housekeeper. Very clean and thorough. Property amazing. Love the property, staff extremely friendly. Annoyed people save chairs by the pool- staff could stop this. Food is mediocre and restaurants and gym is not even 3 star, but the stafand housekeeping amazing. Highly recommend

Just got back from 7 days at Villa del Palmar Flamingos! We were a couple that travelled by ourselves. Overall we were very happy with our time here and happy with our choice as there are SO many places to choose from. We opted for All Inclusive and feel that it was worth it for us. The resort is about a 20 minute cab from the airport which is perfect. Check in was quick, as there was no one really in front of us. We were upgraded to an ocean view Junior suite, but I am not sure there is a bad view from any of the rooms at this resort. We were in building 3 on the 5th floor and it was lovely! We could see most of the pools, as well as the beach and ocean from our deck. You do get pressured into a time share meeting right upon arrival from the concierge. He conveniently goes over everything the resort has to offer and gives you maps and such, and then slips in that you can have a bunch of free stuff if you come to a 90 minute presentation. we said yes, and then after talking to a couple other guests over the next couple of days, decided we did not want to go and did not use/received the free stuff either. Everyone said it is more like 5 hours then 90 minutes and we didn't want to spend a day doing that when we knew we were not interested. The service at this resort is top notch, not a complaint at all regarding service. Depending where we sat at the pool for the day, we had amazing service from Conrado and Jorge. Drinks are delicious and the pool menu/pizza menu are perfect for an easy and delicious lunch. We ate at the taco bar a handful of times too and they were delicious as well! Juan at the Italian restaurant was very good! He remembered our order from the first night we ate there. Breakfast buffet was good, I had a made to order omelette every morning. They didnt have your typical American hashbrowns, or bacon or breakfast sausage available at the buffet. But after seeing other guests with bacon and asking them where you got it, they said you just had to ask your waiter. Very odd, but when you ask, they will just bring you a plate of bacon to your table. We would have liked a buffet lunch and dinner option, as we don't always feel like going out to a restaurant, so we did miss that. But I guess with the resort being about 50/50 time share and regular guests, a buffet may not be economical for them to do. We LOVED the Italian and Japanese restaurant. We didn't eat at the international one as the menu didn't interest us. We ate at the Mexican restaurant once and it was ok. Very similar to the Monday night Mexican dinner they do outside I guess. This resort does not have nightly entertainment like most do. We had a show for the Mexican night and then they did a Michael Jackson show on Friday night that we sadly missed because it took a little longer to get a table at the restaurant. The daily pool entertainment staff were great though! Always something to do if you want. We enjoyed playing BlackJack by the pool. The hotels location was great, we walked to Bucerias on the beach one day in about 30 minutes, and all the way to end of the beach the other way until we hit a Marina another day. That was about 3 hours round trip though, so be prepared. We used the gym once and it was good. They have everything you would need for a decent workout. We did the Hydrotherapy on our last day and that was amazing! We have done it at other resorts before, so had mediocre expectations, but this was phenomenal. The men and woman have separate areas and there is a spa host that guides you through the process and lets you know when its time to get out of the dry or wet sauna. She offered water and green drink throughout the whole process and ice towels as well. Highly recommend! We probably would have done it again if we had done it before our last day. The only thing that was disappointing, which only affected us a little in the end, was the last day. I guess once you check out and they cut off your bracelets, you lose all of your all inclusive privileges. we have never had this at any other all inclusive resort we have been to, which is 5 or 6 other resorts. We did get a late check out of 12, so we were only 1.5 hours without of privileges, but we talked to another guest that wasn't leaving until 5pm! So be aware of that depending on your departure time. I do wish the coffee bar at the Palmita market was included in the All inclusive, and its off the ice cream and crepe parlour isn't open until 5pm everyday. All in all, we would say it was the best consistent service we have received at a resort. The pool area would be great if we brought our kids, but we would prefer the option of a buffet dinner with little ones who don't enjoy sitting through dinner yet.

So we got a call Friday night from the resort wondering where we were unbeknownst to me that I had made the wrong reservations so we arrived in Mexico a day late and we were short one day for our stay on the other end Iris went out of her way to get us that last night…. Although we always stay at Las Estancia, we always visit the hotel for our cocktail hour and sometimes to eat in the choice of their 4 restaurants, which are all first class. The El Patron, a Mexican restaurant, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and you will enjoy being served by Javier, Lius, Fernando and Enrique The La Trattoria is a pizza bar at lunchtime and an Italian restaurant at night. Look for Aldo and Eileen at night and Marcus at lunchtime. The Japanese restaurant, which has just been renovated, is good, and we received excellent service from Edel and Douglas. The hotel lobby, which is where we go for the cocktail hour, has the best espresso martinis made by Maria, who remembers our drink every time. We enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of Las Estancia but also the more upbeat feeling at the Flamingo.

Amazing visit as always. The Spa was wonderful with Lily escorting me in the “wet” areas making sure that I didn’t slip, a wonderful massage and facial from Elena who couldn’t be nicer and helped me with my Spanish. Antonio the bell hop always welcomes us and makes sure we have what we need to vacation. We especially love Caesar, the Elite concierge who greets us with the warmest hug and takes time to chat with us during our visit. Gemma and Mary at the elite concierge desk were always available to answer our questions. We love this resort from the weather to the service to the spectacular rooms. Of all the villa group resorts Nuevo Vallarta has the best beach for both laying out and for swimming. Reggie is always a pleasure to see at the pool and is quick to help with umbrellas or seating. This year I also enjoyed the best aqua fitness lead by Liz- she led the Zumba class - 45 minutes of real activity and then the water class and it was the first time I’ve experienced a real water aerobics class- she was excellent! Fantastic time in Nuevo Vallarta Flamingos Del Palmar- hard to beat for the price, value, views, experience, and just good people who are there year after year 💕that says alot for the resort that the staff stay for a long time!
