This was our first trip to Branson and we were glad to have stayed at this location. It was the perfect location for the many shows we attended. They upgraded our room at no charge and it was great. The breakfast crew is amazing. Each morning their were 100's maybe even a thousand or more joining us and were able to get seated and fed in record time. From the time we got in line to when we finished breakfast we were in and out in 30 to 45 minutes. Definitely a place I will again stay when we return to Branson.

Our room smelled like wet dog. The air conditioner had an issue with so much humidity in the room. It felt like even walking on the carpet it was wet. My hair went super curly so that just shows how humid it was. The staff that finally came into the room after trying 3 times(morning, afternoon & evening)and asking the front desk to send someone up did not seem like he really cared. I am thinking he really is overwhelmed in his job because the rooms need major updating. He basically said the air conditioner was working and we said the issue was the humidity and he just walked out. Then last night the alarm went off in the middle of the night and everyone had to evacuate. There was no staff to be found anywhere. What the heck! We had no idea what was going on and everyone was just waiting in the parking lot wondering what the issue was. Then someone said they were told we could go back in. We got settled to go back to bed and it went off again. We decided not to go back out a second time. I am being 'generous' with my 2 star review. There should be a staff member at every exit door explaining what it is going and giving us the official ok to go back in. We will never book with this hotel again. We come to Branson every year since we live only two hours away.

This was our second stay at Thousand Hill Resort Hotel. Clean place and affordable. I booked the updated King room. Although it was nice, it did not appear updated. The breakfast was decent. It is a nice location and walking distance to many things to do. Right across the street...

It is a nice location and walking distance to many things to do. Right across the street from the aquarium and our favorite eating spot, Cakes and Creams.
We will book here again.

I could find nowhere on their website any mention of this.

We had a ‘king leisure suite ‘ on the top floor.
The bad: Room was dirty & old. Needed updating badly, the couch was torn & some of the upholstery stained. The ‘balcony’ was a joke! Concrete floors, paint worn off & no chairs. The toilet seat was 1/2 off with a bolt missing. Kids running up & down the halls yelling and screaming well after midnight. Breakfast was not worth going downstairs for. Only sausage, which I can’t eat, I was told bacon was too expensive. Are you kidding me!?! We paid $788.85 for 3 nights & bacon is too expensive!. No cleaning during your stay, you gather your towels, put them outside your door & go to check-in to get clean ones. The towels laid there for 2 days! Parking was awful.
The good: our bed was very comfortable! The blackout curtains were also good. The part of the bath room where the jetted tub was located had been redone & was beautiful! However the tub itself was stained & scratched. When we reported the toilet seat was falling off, maintence was there quickly & it was fixed within 15 minutes.
We won’t stay there again.
Tips: check to see what events are scheduled during your stay. There were ball tournaments, both boys & girls, when we were there. Then a dance competition, hence all the kids. Bring your own blankets & some cups for the bathroom.
The rooms look nothing like the good pictures they show.

I want to start first in saying that the hotel maintenance (which we saw too many occasions) housekeeping that we didn't use. and restaurant staff (only two breakfast visits) one item can't ruin it for them, just drain the. EGGS.
We searched and searched for a hotel so we could enjoy a ROMANTIC getaway with morning breakfast in our room. So I found a corner room with a view, that offered ROOM SERVICE, they listed it, even though they QUIT OFFERING IT LAST YEAR, rather than take it off their page. When we arrive for 4pm check in. We went up and it wasn't the room we paid for the room started cool, but not for long, we were unpacking I didn't want to start it off complaining about the room, but we walked into the other room and it was 25-30 degrees warmer, the hallway was already hot and humid. I went to call the front desk and it didn't work. Off to be front desk, they called maintenance to meet me there, I ask why didn't we receive the room we paid for, instead of an apology, another employee made snide remark, you have a bigger room. I'm livid, trying to keep my head as the maintenance staff we were expecting. It took them what seemed like forever but the AC unit, couldn't be repaired. The maintenance man could see we were frustrated and I didn't want to make that trip back to the front desk. He said he would go and bring a cart while he secured another room. We repacked everything by the time we were moved. To the other room with crappie views and unpacked again it was almost 3 hours, it blew our dinner plans. The new room we never got cold AC until the last night, just cool but a bit muggy. They have a microwave in the room, but ours, you had to call maintenance if you wanted it fed through the wall unit. I just put the unit on the end table
Every morning by the time we left we were soaking wet with sweat, the hallways, were warm but the elevators were hotter, the lobby not muc
