Theanna was everything we could've hoped for and way more. The facilities were nicer than I expected and the room was incredible! Staying here was like staying in a sanctuary and the food was amazing! Putri at the pool restaurant was so thoughtful and caring about my peanut allergy and...

Theanna was everything we could've hoped for and way more. The facilities were nicer than I expected and the room was incredible! Staying here was like staying in a sanctuary and the food was amazing! Putri at the pool restaurant was so thoughtful and caring about my peanut allergy and made us feel so welcome!! Maria and Beni at the spa gave us a great couples massage as well, so lovely to meet them! Lastly, special shoutout to Wayan who drove us to the airport. Everything is professional and taken care of. Can't wait to come back, can't recommend this place enough. xx

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Theanna Villa and Spa!! The villas are stunning—spacious, serene, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere was so peaceful, and the location is ideal, close to everything we wanted to explore. There were plenty of beautiful dining options nearby, and returning to the peaceful villas afterward made it absolutely perfect. The staff truly made our stay exceptional, always greeting us with a smile at every turn. Putri went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, always going the extra mile to make us feel very welcome and cared for. Sinta greeted us with such warmth and hospitality from the moment we arrived, making us feel instantly at home throughout our stay at Theanna. Dyka at reception provided fantastic recommendations on places to visit during our stay and we felt so appreciative of the memories we had on our little adventures around Bali. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our entire visit, and we can't wait to return in a week! A huge thank you to the team for making our stay so memorable and looking forward to seeing all of your smiling faces again!

My wife and I booked the one bedroom Aine villa for a week stay, here at Theanna, Canguu. The villa is well presented, clean and thought out with a plunge pool, day bed and sunbeds, to let the days just drift away..There is also a outside kitchen area (as if you are going to cook) during a romantic stay. Room service is available until 9.30pm to have cocktails and delishous meals sent to you without the need to leave your own oasis, if you wish. You can while away the hours in the outdoor/indoor bath, and the resort will even make their own bubble bath for you. There is a large,beautiful infinity pool adjacent to the resort bar and restaurant, if you venture further than your own villa, with plenty of sunbeds and seating on hand. Our package included breakfast, which included a choice of a meal from the menu, fruit, pastries, yougurt and juices from the buffet station. There is plenty of choice and you won't leave hungry.. The lovely Putri will do her best to ensure you have a wonderful experience, and she is so helpful and friendly. So, a big shout out to Putri and all the staff in the restaurant, who looked after us exceptionally during our stay. We also had treatments in the resort spa during our time and it was wonderful to be able to relax without having to barter prices and having the risk of our belongings taken, which we have heard of. The prices are very reasonable and Maria and Ade looked after us so well, thank you. Thank you to all the wonderful staff here at Theanna, they were all lovely and helpful. My only disappointment here, was the resort gym. I do like a morning workout and there isn't enough to be inspired about here. I did join a gym across the road from Theanna (Topstretching) which did cater for all my needs during the week. If you do venture into Canggu, be prepared for the busy roads as it's crazy busy at the moment.Lots of Insta posers looking for the next best photo. They are everywhere. There is a hotel shuttle bus (included) that takes you in and around the main strip of Canggu, we found this great to use and leaves throughout the day. The restaurants and night-life is plentiful in Canggu, the best in Bali so far. To many to check out in a week stay. So, unlucky us will have to book again and staying here at Theanna for sure. Enjoy !

Had an amazing experience at Theanna Villas and Spa in Canguu. The staff was extremely friendly and provided great customer service (especially Putri). The villa was very nice and clean + the food was amazing. Would 100% stay here again!!!

Theanna is amazing. From the villas, to the communal infinity pool, to the food (no surprise to see the restaurant rated in the top 5 in Canggu), to the wonderful staff, to the location (loads of shops and massages along the road - and about a 15min walk into the busiest part of Canggu (hotel also offer a scheduled shuttle to stop to Love Anchor market and La Brisa beach). Theanna cannot be faulted. Didn’t impact us, but worth noting there’s a backpackers hostel nearby to the left of the resort. Right sided villas (as ours was) less likely to be impacted by any music / noise.

WOW! Our favourite hotel in Bali. Why? Well first it has to be the accomodation itself - our "room" had a delightful private outside area with pool (partly shallow and partly deeper), two sun loungers, mini kitchen with fridge and double day bed. Then into the huge bedroom with very comfortable bed, through to another space for clothes etc and through again into the large bathroom with indoor/ outdoor shower and bath. Magical. Everything very clean as expected. Service was excellent throughout - from reception, to every worker - always a big smile and a hello. Restaurant breakfast was very good - as vegans we were happy by the good choice, although some of the staff do get confused at what vegan is, so you may need to ensure they understand. We liked the location as easy to walk down the main road all the way to the beach, and lots of vegan restaurants around which were all excellent too. We also used the spa - whilst at hotel prices (instead of the much cheaper spas on every road in Bali!) it was an excellent experience - great massage, facial, body scrub and flower bath for us a couple, and still very good value compared to the UK. Would love to come back!

What a delight. A quiet, comfortable place to relax and indulge. Fabulous food, wonderful staff (Putri is a gem!), very comfortable rooms - ideal for couples. Lots of young honeymooners and us 34 years married and enjoying being spoiled. Highly recommend Theanna

The staff and service here is incredible. Particularly when I got the most severe food poisoning (not villa related). Agus called us a doctor to the villa, found a wheelchair and even drove me to the hospital at 2:00am free of charge. The support my partner got from the villa...

The staff and service here is incredible. Particularly when I got the most severe food poisoning (not villa related). Agus called us a doctor to the villa, found a wheelchair and even drove me to the hospital at 2:00am free of charge. The support my partner got from the villa by all the staff constantly asking how I was was so lovely. If we hadn’t of stayed at this Villa I don’t know what would have happened! On my return from hospital Putri in particular was so emotional that I was feeling better and you can tell she really cares about all the guests. The rooms are so clean and is helped by the daily housekeeping. The free shuttle bus is also a highlight. 10/10 would recommend staying here on your next trip to Canggu.

Amazing stay at Theanna. The villa was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff were amazing – extremely helpful and friendly. Location was very convenient to access the main area of Canggu both by walking and scooter. Definitely recommend the spa and cooking class with Putri, Lilis and Herra. Would stay again!

From beginning to end we’ve been blessed with friendly, attentive and professional service. Everyone knows your name. And nothing is too much to ask. For example, we were scouting Canggu for some brass figurines (sentimental value) and could not find what we wanted. The reception team stepped in, and not only found them somewhere on the island, but bought them for us. Incredible. The location, villas, food and especially the staff make Theanna one of the best places we live stayed. Ever.

We stayed here for 4 nights to start our honeymoon in Bali. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in Canggu! It’s a little far from the beach but perfectly tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The resort offer a free shuttle service to the centre of Canggu but there are also plenty of shops restaurants and bars in walking distance to the resort. Delicious breakfast and room service available to order through WhatsApp. Yummy happy hour cocktails, whats not to love. Our room was spacious and immaculate. We loved our private pool so much we didn’t want to leave! The best thing for us was the staff, they were all so attentive and friendly, it really made our trip more special. They prepared a flower bath and decorations in the room for our honeymoon, a lovely touch. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect and they excelled. Thank you, we would love to return in the future!

Stop, look no further!! This is the place to stay in Canggu. The staff, the rooms, the food, the pool, the spa, all 5/5. We stayed in a Kirana villa and it was amazing, very clean, and powerful A/C. The employees here always greet you with a smile and will answer any question you have. We arranged several taxis to different areas of Bali and they were very accommodating. We had been traveling for 2 weeks prior so we had a good bit of dirty laundry, they were able to do it all (paid ofcourse) by the next day. The restaurant (Ketela Eatery & Lifestyle) food is great, I could not get enough of the beef rendang and Nasi Goreng were excellent. Putri and so many others here are so welcoming and friendly. Also the spa is very easy to make an appointment and is amazing, my wife and I have gotten several massages but this was the incredible, we both got the 90m Theanna. Overall this resort was nothing short of amazing. Take their shuttle to the beach, surf, drink, eat, then hop on a grab or simply walk back and stop in all the shops.
