The resort is beautiful, and the staff were absolutely charming, welcoming, and always very helpful. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay. The resort is, however, extremely large, which can sometimes make the experience feel a little less intimate. Breakfast in particular can get very busy and, at peak times, almost feel like being in a busy train station rather than a relaxing resort. This was probably the only aspect where we missed a little more peace and exclusivity. We also had a few disappointing and somewhat confusing experiences regarding access to the swimming pools with our 9-year-old daughter. We were surprised to discover that not all pools were accessible to her. We were even refused access to the Three Monkeys Pool because we were told that children under 12 were not allowed. However, the very next day, we saw several children there, which made the situation quite difficult to understand and rather frustrating. Fortunately, our experience at the Forest Pool was completely different. A very special thank you to Satika for her warm welcome, kindness, and excellent service. Her attention, smile, and professionalism truly made a difference and helped make our pool experience a very positive one. Overall, despite these few points, we had a wonderful family stay and would like to thank the entire team for their hospitality, kindness, and attention throughout our time at the resort.

AYANA Bali exceeded all of our expectations. The resort is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, luxurious facilities, and breathtaking ocean views that make every moment feel special. One of the absolute highlights was Rock Bar. The clifftop setting, spectacular sunsets, and vibrant atmosphere make it a must-visit, whether you're staying at the resort or simply looking for one of Bali's most iconic dining and cocktail experiences. We also loved the resort's private beach, which offers a peaceful escape with crystal-clear water and a unique setting that's perfect for relaxing away from the crowds. Breakfast was another standout. The selection was extensive, featuring both international and local dishes, all fresh and beautifully presented. The quality and variety ensured there was something to look forward to every morning. From the exceptional facilities to the warm hospitality, AYANA Bali delivers a truly world-class resort experience. We can't wait to return.

WOW Ayana is truly the best resort in the world! We love it so much that we have already returned for our third stay, this time hosting our dream destination wedding at Ayana Sky. WEDDING VENUE Ayana Sky is one of many wedding venues at Ayana. It is dreamlike and absolutely beautiful from every angle. It is a huge space that is located on a cliff that has a 180 degree breathtaking view of the sea. The landscaping is beautiful with manicured gardens and the layout is perfect as it contains designated spaces for the ceremony, cocktail reception and dinner reception. There is a stunning amphitheatre for the ceremony which is by far the most jaw-dropping ceremony venue we have ever seen. It was truly love at first sight and picture-perfect. There is a large grass area for the cocktail reception which also extends to a sun deck, gazebo and a bridge. The sunset from the sun deck is unforgettable. There is so much space available and we were delighted to be able to be creative and turn our dreams into reality. We set up a bar around the tree, a photo and video booth, live painter corner and even a badminton area! The dinner reception area is another vast plot of land with amazing views. There is sufficient space to host a lot of people and include a dance floor. We were blessed with wonderful weather and we hosted our dinner reception under the stars but it is also possible to set up a marquee in the case of bad weather. The food and drinks were generally good and we received positive reviews from our guests. Although there is a 10:00pm curfew for Ayana Sky, we were able to continue our celebrations indoors! Ayana recently built its own night club called After Rock that serves as the perfect venue for a wedding after party. The massive LED screen and incredible DJ kept the energy electric all night and our guests loved the late-night food stalls we added on. CUSTOMER SERVICE The Ayana experience is particularly wonderful because of its amazing personnel. Tiffany Lin provided an incredibly comprehensive and beautiful tour of all the wedding venues at Ayana and coordinated our menu tasting. Throughout our long Zoom calls and in-person meetings, her professionalism shone through; she answered every single question and made us feel entirely welcome and at ease. Tiffany’s expert advice was invaluable in helping us select the perfect spaces to host our multiple wedding events. We want to extend a special thanks to our wedding coordinator, Cristina Lawby. We were continually amazed by her professionalism, dedication, expertise and incredibly fast response times. Planning from overseas meant we had endless questions and concerns, but Cristina managed everything in a highly organized and detailed manner. Our plans and decisions changed all the time and Cristina helpfully kept track of everything. Wedding planning is not easy but we always felt like we were in great hands and that we could count on Cristina to make our vision come true. She is very attentive and made sure every detail was perfect for us! We were particularly impressed with the After Rock staff who ensured that every spillage was attended to within the minute. They were able to ensure that our dance floor was kept clean, tidy and safe. Special thanks to Budi who we met on our first visit to After Rock during our site visit. He gave us a wonderful tour and went above and beyond to make our visit very fun and memorable! RESORT What makes Ayana truly wonderful is its sheer size and the plethora of facilities and activities available. The estate spans over 100 acres and offers distinct types of accommodation styles (Villas, Resort, Segara and Rimba) to suit different preferences and budgets. Everything across the property is easily accessible thanks to a frequent tram service. There are endless facilities in Ayana and you can easily stay for a week and not have seen everything. There is a private beach, a museum, a farm, a spa, several gyms, 14 swimming pools, a museum, a farm, a spa, childcare facilities, putting golf, tennis courts and a massive garden. The estate also contains around 30 dining outlets including its own night market village with traditional performances (which is only open on certain days)! There are plenty of paid and free wellness, cultural and learning activities such as normal/SUP/aerial yoga, aqua pilates/zumba and various food and drink workshops. Ayana has its own phone app which provides a virtual concierge service and includes a map and detailed descriptions of all of its facilities and activities. There is something for everyone and the entire estate resembles an upscale amusement park. CONCLUSION Ayana’s wedding team is very experienced and reliable and is able to run their events effortlessly and very efficiently! We are 100% satisfied with choosing Ayana for our wedding and it is undoubtedly the most perfect destination wedding venue in the world.

The resort has beautiful facilities, with a stunning beach and a gorgeous rock pool. The restaurants are all mostly good, although they’re spread out across the property, so you’ll usually need to take a shuttle to get around. That said, it doesn’t have the authentic Bali feel I was hoping for, it feels more like a luxury resort that could be anywhere, with a huge number of tourists, especially influencers taking 1000 pictures of themselves. Despite there being around nine pools, they all seem to be very busy with loads of kids, and during peak times it’s extremely difficult to find a sun lounge. (Had to put towel down at 9am) also all pools except the rock pool were actually quite cold. Our toilet has been broken multiple times, the tv needed to be fixed and our shower was cold on one day as the hotel had no hot water. All in all it’s a beautiful hotel but it’s not for everyone :)

We stayed at the AYANA Resort for the first time on a second trip to AYANA with the first stay in Rimba. I must say the Resort Suites are so spacious and welcoming that our family of 4 has a hard time to say good bye 😅 The resort offers so many facilities, with more 10 dinner restaurants and 3 breakfast restaurants, several pool areas, a private Beach and the Rock Bar - we didn’t have a need to go out of the resort for anything- so if you look for a holiday to fully unwind and just enjoy sunny days without thinking about any practicalities this is the place - clean, comfortable and calm!! We will definitely be back soon and a special mention to Gues De, Arvy at the Padi restaurant and Aari at the Sami Sami restaurant - Also it’s the best India and Italian Food I have had so far on my 21 days trip 😀

We held our wedding at AYANA Resort Bali, and it was truly the best decision we could have ever made! Both we and all our wedding guests stayed at the resort, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Planning a destination wedding can easily feel overwhelming, but Cristina ensured everything ran completely smoothly from day one through to the main event. Because of her dedication and incredible organisation, we were able to relax and genuinely enjoy every moment of our special day without a single worry. Unmatched Guest Experience & Service Having all our family and friends stay on-property turned our wedding into an unforgettable group vacation. The resort facilities are breathtaking. The staff across the entire property treated us and our guests like royalty, ensuring everyone felt warm, welcome, and thoroughly pampered.

The Ayana resort and all its properties are an amazing collection of pools, restaurants, and beautiful views. My brother's family and I stayed at the Ayana Resort and Ayana Wana for a week and we are very happy that this is our introduction to Bali. The only danger of staying at Ayana is that you might not feel the need to leave the resort and explore the rest of Bali. Both resorts have a different feel and yet have the same high level of hospitality. The 4 resorts at Ayana (Segara, Wana, Rimba, and main resort) each has a its own restaurants, pools, and personality. Spending a week there, we had the opportunity to try all of them and each one was superb. The breakfast was mostly the same with small variances but the views and the ambiance were different. The pools were all different. Ayana resort pool had the sunset view while Wana pool had all the pool toys. There were also adult only pools which allows you to chill without children around you. The only negative is that the pool that you see on Youtube and Instagram is at the Ayana Villa and is only available from 7 am to 9 am unless you are staying at the villa. With that said, the kids with us were 100% satisfied with all the pools. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Our room at the Ayana resort was large and comfortable. Housekeeping includes a turn down service in the evening which is nice. Getting your room cleaned twice a day is definitely a luxury. My brother's family had the connected room at Wana and they absolutely loved it for their family of 4. Plenty of room for the kids. The negative about Ayana has to be its location. Jimbaran is in the south of Bali and is easily accessible from DPS airport in about 40 minute (depends on traffic). However, if you want to go anywhere else in Bali like Kura or Seminyak, it can be quite a long trek because of the traffic. Plan on an hour or more especially during the busy period or just plan all your excursions to start early in the morning. Fortunately, you do not have to leave Ayana to have a relaxing time but most restaurants outside of Ayana will be significantly cheaper than eating at Ayana. The amenities and what you get when you book at Ayana is pretty good. If you get an hour at the Thalassotherapy Pool, do not miss it. It is a wonderful experience and a good massage. The gym was also very good and has all the equipment you need for your daily work out. Finally, the internet and wifi was strong throughout the resort. Ayana resort certainly checks all the boxes for a relaxing vacation and is family friendly. I would definitely recommend Ayana for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing resort in Bali. Extra bonus for those who have young kids that love pools. Ayana will not disappoint.
