AYANA Resort Bali

Rooms are clean and very nice ! Biggest king bed I have ever slept in. Pools and the grounds are beautiful. My only and biggest complaint are the instagram people !!! Soooo annoying. Asking people to move out of pools so they could have their shots. I feel like the hotel kinda encourages this behaviour as they had a roped off area for people to wait in to get their shot. It really ruined many of our days. We all paid to be there and use the facilities. Maybe have set times to do this not all day long. The staff were lovely.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Padi restaurant in AYANA Bali. The food and ambiance were beautiful, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Ary, Mayeni, Prima, Okta, Nanisa, and Rahaju for their warm hospitality and attention to detail. They made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the experience. A perfect example of true Balinese hospitality—highly recommended!

Ayana totally exceeded our expectations for our honeymoon. It was a perfect stay, and we had amazing experiences across the resort's pools, restaurants, bars and other events. Getting prioty seating for sunset at Rock Bar was a highlight, as well as the romantic candlelight dinner at Bale Kencana, and never at any point of our stay was anywhere too full - in fact at some stages we had entire pools to ourselves. All the staff were amazing but a few we wanted to acknowledge in particular: -Erma - our amazing housekeeper in Bali Resort. So lovely and made our rooms beautiful every day. -Pande - our driver to our next destination. A wonderful man who gave us some great tips for the next part of our journey -Diana (Kisik) and Budi (After Rock) for incredible service at their places. The way they both made us feel welcome was a true highlight of our time at Ayana. A highly enjoyable trip - and while Ayana is a more expensive way of holidaying in Bali, it was perfect for a stress-free, relaxing holiday, knowing that the staff are always friendly and ready to help you enjoy your experience. We can't wait to return.

We had such a wonderful stay and truly appreciated how family-friendly everything was. The children’s amenities were exceptional—from the thoughtfully designed play areas to the availability of nanny services and engaging crafts. Even the inclusion of children’s tableware showed how much care and attention goes into making families feel comfortable. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. One feature that really stood out was the app used for communication—it was so simple to navigate and made connecting with different services seamless and stress-free. A special thank you to Lia, one of our children’s nannies, who was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and caring, and always took photos of the kids so I felt reassured they were happy and doing well. My children adored her, which gave my husband and me the chance to relax and truly enjoy some quality time together. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families!
