Each time I stay here it exceed my expectations. Check in is always pleasant, efficient and they even offered me champagne! The rooms are comfortable, clean and well appointed. The Witney is easily in my TOP 3 for cleanliness! My stay at the Whitney was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! The friendly staff was always responsive and attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable. We were fortunate to stay in a lovely corner room, and the overall quality of the Whitney hotel is exceptional. During our nearly two-week stay, I wasn't feeling my best, but the staff's warmth and attentiveness were heartwarming. I requested a mini fridge and a kettle, and everything was set up upon our arrival—no follow-up needed! Until now, we've been loyal fans of the Liberty Hotel, but sadly, it has declined. The hotel feels tired, and while the staff is friendly, things just don't get done. I wholeheartedly recommend making the switch to the Whitney. My only minor suggestion would be to expand the in-room dining options, which were somewhat limited. However, considering the length of our stay, I can say the in-room dining food was delicious! We'll definitely be returning to the Whitney in the future.

Hotel Whitney, beautiful, pleasant, like being at home. Perfect location, in the most elegant part of the city, offering a beautiful view of the sunset over the river. Efficient, friendly staff. A pleasant surprise that left us wanting to come back soon.

Great location away from central tourist area yet easily walkable to all attractions. Opposite a tube stop and at end of that bridge that is an easy walk to Cambridge. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a sofa and table, coffee machine and large bathroom.

We arrived early and were able to cool our heels in the back garden which was very nice. The rooms are absolutely outstanding -- features, style, quiet, comfort. Bathroom is amazing. Most importantly, the staff are very helpful, polite, and prompt. Carol at the front desk in particular is always helpful and friendly -- and very accommodating. Thank you Carol!

We spent our first 4 nights in Boston at the Whitney and really enjoyed it. The location in Beacon Hill is fabulous for exploring Charles St and beyond. The hotel itself has a good selection of rooms and we were upgraded to a suite overlooking the road despite me requesting a room with a view of the Charles River. Whilst not wishing to turn down an upgrade it should be said that you do get lots of traffic noise particularly as the hospital is nearby so lots of ambulances go past at night. For us this was a problem and we would have said something if staying longer. If you’re a light sleeper make sure you request a different room. In the upside the service is great and the restaurant is lovely. Best thing though is its location.

From the location of Beacon Hill to the beautiful rooms and the exemplary service, this is the place to stay! Not to mention all the amenities and little things that make your stay memorable. They DO it all!!!!. Including delicious food in the restaurant on-site which you can also have sent up to your room. Looking forward to visiting again!!!!

It is a beautiful hotel with a luxurious, warm, and welcoming stay. Spacious rooms with amazing amenities. I love the steamer in the room, the nice television, I love the shampoo and conditioner. They even give you makeup wipes, which is a big plus since I forgot mine. Agnes Hayes, the general manager, greeted us at the front with a glass of champagne. She made it an excellent stay for us. She was well organized and even got us our room before our check-in time. It was a wonderful experience.
