We felt taken care of even as we arrived to The Restoration. Angel warmly greeted us and made check-in a breeze, as she let us know all the wonderful amenities. We were delighted to hear we would find a breakfast basket outside our door in the morning and every morning during our stay. How delightful it was to make a slow start to each day of our vacation! Angel was always there at the end of our days of exploring, curious to know where our feet took us. She was helpful in arranging rides for us when we were too tired to walk again at the end of our day. Angel made our vacation even better than we hoped.

Jenn had the perfect energy and made it a great experience!! She truly made sure we were good and was able to answer every question we had. Cannot wait until the temp warms up to experience the outside ambiance! Would definitely come back and ask for Jenn as my server!!!!

Great rooftop spot near our vacation rental ! Our server was Lizzy and she guided us through the cocktail menu. We enjoyed the espresso martinis. Not too sweet and a great caffeine boost. Would come back to see Lizzy and enjoy the views again for sure.

Jenn was beyond amazing great food and even better service. What a great experience!! Definitely worth the visit. Menu offered a wide selection and the drinks were made expertly. Would highly recommend the Burrata. It was and is amazing. Oh and the rooftop views were a nice cherry on top.

We had the pleasure of staying at The Restoration Hotel in Charleston last minute, filling in a night before our original hotel booking. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The ambiance is fantastic, and the rooms are spacious, with a living area, kitchen, bedroom, and luxurious bathroom—complete with high-end amenities that cater to every need. The hotel offers a fantastic free jeep shuttle that takes you anywhere in town, and the drivers have great recommendations for local spots. We loved the rooftop bar and restaurant, which served unique cocktails and delicious food. The happy hour was a highlight, with complimentary wine and charcuterie, which added a nice touch. The rooftop pool was a bit tepid during our visit but would likely be perfect in warmer weather. The staff at The Restoration are exceptional—attentive, friendly, and welcoming. But the cherry on top was the morning picnic basket delivered to our room. It included a beautiful continental breakfast with egg bites, fresh fruit, pastries, and yogurt—just an extra thoughtful touch that truly went above and beyond. Our only regret was not staying here for our entire trip. It completely outshone our previously booked hotel, making it feel like a snooze fest in comparison. We can’t recommend The Restoration enough and will definitely return next time we’re in Charleston!

The hospitality at this hotel was excellent. We pulled up at 9:30 pm and were immediately greeted by Angel at our car. Angel was so kind and took care of all our needs and got us checked in right away. The room was large, clean, modern, and in a perfect location which was walking distance to every thing. This is a great hotel and we usually like to try different places when we return. However, throughout our stay Angel helped us with all our needs (and her nightly cookies were a sweet touch!) that I would 100% stay here again because of her hospitality. We hope to see her again when we return! I would definitely recommend this hotel. You won’t be disappointed!
