Wonderful condo in a fabulous location. Each night the sun set view from our balcony was spectacular. The condo is right on a sand beach with lovely breezes and soft wave sounds. Pretty place even if it rains! The staff is terrific. Dwight is all over the place, cheerfully and successfully fixing everything. Karine took housekeeping to the next level- keeping our entire unit sparkling even after we tracked in sand. (Did I say it’s on the beach?) She is such a pleasant and upbeat lady. The front office is very responsive and attentive. Definitely would recommend.

We recently stayed in unit 121 and absolutely loved it. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are all updated. The unit itself is a second floor corner unit with views of white sand beaches and clear water. The facility has a great pool and hot tub with plenty of lounge chairs....

We recently stayed in unit 121 and absolutely loved it. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are all updated. The unit itself is a second floor corner unit with views of white sand beaches and clear water. The facility has a great pool and hot tub with plenty of lounge chairs. The water was pretty calm everyday so we would snorkel to the reef right outside of the cove. Cocktail hour on the beach at sunset was one of my favorite things to do. The condo is in a quiet location on 7 mile beach with walking distance to restaurants, stores and athletic facilities. Can't wait to go back and stay here again.

We stayed in # 512. It is a ground floor unit with a walk out from the patio directly to the pool and the beach. The unit itself was absolutely clean, beautifully furnished and had all the amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. It's central location between Seven Mile Beach and Georgetown is ideal. It was also within easy walking distance to several great restaurants and food market for groceries. The condo staff, especially Christine, was very attentive and very helpful. We'll be back!

This is a great location. Our beachfront unit on the ground floor was just a few steps from the sand and had all the amenities that we expected. It was easy to walk to the grocery store and local restaurants on the days we didn't have a rental car or use a taxi. The staff of Grandview really stand out. They took care of any questions or issues very quickly and were a delight to work with. There's a reason that this place gets so many repeat guests - and we intend to come back ourselves.

The location of Grandview Unit 121 on a corner was perfect for the wider views and the breezes. Nice job on recent renovations with the best appliances, bath and kitchen fixtures. Games and TV choices were great when chilling at the condo. Convenient walking to needed amenities was really appreciated and the pool complex we really enjoyed. Outside your door are the best sunsets, reef snorkeling or diving, and even an inlet for swimming and socializing. The complex was clean and landscaped to perfection and would recommend to any family or couples as the place to stay!

Several restaurants are within walking distance. We rented a car and were able to go all over the island, which I would recommend doing. The stingray excursion was so much fun, highly recommend!

My wife and I spent 12 nights at the Grandview Condominiums from March into April, 2023. This is our 6th visit to Grand Cayman within the past 10 or so years. Previous years we’ve mostly stayed in the Seven Mile Beach area closer to West Bay, as we have found this to be quieter than the seven mile beach “high rise” and restaurant dense area closer to George Town. This trip, for various reasons, we decided to try Grandview Condominiums and it was a great choice. The complex is a block back from the “main” street, West Bay Road, so there was absolutely no road noise inside the unit or by the pool area. Still, it was only a short walk to XQ’s Pizza and a couple of other restaurants and a liquor, wine and beer store. Our unit, 612 was a bit set back from the beach, but the patio had a wonderful view of the lawn, pool deck and & ocean. Grandview has a nice beach with several chairs, tables and lounge chairs; we could always find a place to sit on the beach. There are also Palm and Grape trees providing shade when you need it. Along most of the beach, entry into the ocean would require navigating the uneven ironshore. However, there is a very nice, protected entry area just next door, ideal for prepping the snorkel gear and kicking out to some good snorkeling areas. The unit was nicely furnished and beds were comfortable. During our 12 days, we took full advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. The property grounds are very well maintained and the flowering shrubs were beautiful. Management was welcoming and attentive to any need (one afternoon, we requested for drying rack for our dive/snorkel gear and it was delivered within minutes). Also, a shout-out to Dwight (on-staff there). He helped us a few times and also provided us some local information. It should be noted that there is currently a tall construction project (maybe 10 floor condo) next door, to the south of the Grandview complex. While there was some noise from the construction, we did not consider it intrusive and work did not continue past about 5 p.m. There was also a bit of construction traffic on the road in front of the new complex, however this could be avoided by exiting Grandview to the north. We very much enjoyed our stay at Grandview and hope to return on our next visit to Grand Cayman.
