We had a great stay here! The ocean view room is definitely worth it! The staff made me feel valued as an IHG Platinum member. I appreciated Terra and Kylie for all their help during our stay. The beach club is great, we enjoyed our days there! We also loved that they had free snorkel mask rentals (although bring your own fins if you want those). The rooftop bar/restaurant PomPom was also great!

Just spent a fantastic week here. The hotel itself is impeccably kept inside and outside. It has a very modern feel and vibe. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The restaurants and bars on the property are all outstanding. ….food and drinks fantastic, and service unparalleled! The pool area is very beautiful and the access to Bonny Moon Beach club is a nice touch. Can’t wait to come back!

This place is the closest we have ever come to a Disney-like”happiest place on earth!” experience .The staff and premises were top notch. We have never been treated with as much respect, compassion and kindness as here with the wonderful staff found throughout the hotel environment. They bend over backwards to give you the service and the time to talk to you and basically turn your trip into a one- of - a - kind experiences. If you want to be catered to, this is the place… from the towel person, to the waitress in their restaurants. So Excellent!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the hospitality was outstanding. Staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive. The facilities were top notch and the location was great. Access to the beach was a bit confusing at first but once we figured it out we were fine and enjoyed the beach amenities. The beach was stunning. All in all, I highly recommend Hotel Indigo. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our time at the Indigo. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a sense of hospitality that made us feel right at home. The Indigo Team truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Every member we encountered was not only attentive to our needs but also took the time to engage with us on a personal level. Whether it was the friendly front desk staff who offered us a refreshing welcome drink or the housekeeping team who always greeted us with cheerful hellos, their genuine enthusiasm added a personal touch to our stay. We especially appreciated how they remembered our names, making it feel like we were valued guests rather than just another reservation. The attention to detail in service, along with the beautiful ambiance of the hotel, contributed to a memorable getaway. We felt completely welcomed and cared for, which truly enhanced our overall experience at the Indigo.

Vick has been really helpful by the pool. Very personable and kind. Shows extra attention and remembered us. We are enjoying our time here and this is due to the incredible staff at hotel indigo! We will be back and look forward to our next stay

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff is tremendous. Food was great. Pool and pool staff was awesome. Food and drinks flow! Front desk told us about the public bus and it was perfect to get to other areas of the island. Rooms were awesome as well. Highly recommend!

The Hotel Indigo has exceptional service, is very clean, and is close to the beach with access to one of the best beach clubs on the island. However, once you get into the room you could be anywhere in the world; comfortable but corporate. We chose a harbour view as we thought it would be better to see the sunrise, but the traffic noise is too much to sit on the balcony or have the balcony door open. I also have a fundamental problem with hotels adding non-discretionary service charges to a hotel bill (I prefer to tip when I see experience good service), as well as resort fees for items that would typically be included in a room rate.

It is a new place so you do expect it to be at a certain level of..technology. But i think the person who designed the rooms was single... The main concern are the lights... so there are no reading lights on either side of the bed. If you want to...

It is a new place so you do expect it to be at a certain level of..technology. But i think the person who designed the rooms was single... The main concern are the lights... so there are no reading lights on either side of the bed. If you want to read and your partner is sleeping you have no choice then to turn on those big lights on both side of the beds. There is only one switch on the right side of the bed and it turns on both lights... So even you wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, that is it you turn on both very bright lights. Same for the night tables , there is actually only one " real " night table on the right side of the bed. The other side is more a bench where you put your personal stuff. ALso the TV is kind of annoying, the sounds doesn 't correspond to the lips of the actors and the image goes away every minute or so to become tiny little squares, before getting back to normal. There is also a gap between the door and the floor , so you can hear very well when people walk in the lobby and talk loud in the middle of the night. ANd reverse too, while you walk in the hallway to get to your room you hear what is going on in the rooms... The shower is really good, but only one sink in the bathroom.. ANother little detail..the elevator has just one card reader on the right side...it can be very frustrating at times when the elevator fills up and everyone is pushing to get to the card reader. It would be also very helpful to have sign directing you to the pathway to go to the beach and not having a front desk clerk ( young lady black hair , glasses) just telling you ..Just go this way... It may be clear to her because she is used to it, but take in consideration that your guests mailny do not know the place as it is their first time around and everything can be overwhleming. ALso make sure you have you credit card or cash with you when you go to the beach and want to order some drinks or food as they won't charge to the room. But the staff for breakfast made you forget about everything ! They were amazing, kind, friendly, sensitive, professional. It was the best service I got since a long time. Thanks again to Marc, Rodnell, JP , the food manager and all the other morning staff. The food was also excellent. The evening hostesses were not as friendly so we went out to eat. We did not go around the pool or at the pool bar. But the attendant at the pool did help us out to find our way around and was really kind and professional ( much more understanding that the young lady at the reception). But ALexander and Big MAc from the reception desk were amazing and would put a big smile on your face. ALso big thank you to all the bellmen who were always there to help you out with a big smile. Overall it is still a great place to stay ( you will get use to the room ..if you do not stay to long !) , the staff is overall amazing and will try to go out of their way to help you .

Let's start by talking about the room. Room for 2 king size bed. The room was nice upon entering but oh boy where do I start. First there was a mini fridge with alcohol and it was packed we called to have them removed because we don't drink. Second there were only 2 drawers which were big enough for maybe some underwear. We stayed for 2 weeks and we had alot of clothes. Third this room was made for only 1 person. whom ever designed this hotel should be fired. Fourth the bathroom had onl 1 sink. The shower did not have any pressure and would go from hot to cold and smelled of chlorine which dried our skin out. Fifth our plug for our phones were by the bed where the cleaning crew had to make the bed and broke the plug to our phone charger. Getting daily coffee and creamer for our room was a choir in its self along with continue calling for more towels and washrags. The staff was nice that being sai‹ better have a lot of money to dine at this hotel. The buffet for breakfast will cost you for 2 people will cost you 130 per day and have 250 to 500 per night to dine at the restaurants. Beautiful island but do the research and stay elsewhere.

Perfect Hotel Experience We had read how great their customer service was & that was a big part of our decision to stay there. We also liked that the hotel was new & they had golf carts to quickly take you to the beach. The reviews were right. The staff went above & beyond in every way. With my knee replacement I quickly realized I needed to be able to do some physical therapy exercises daily & called the concergie to see where I could buy an exercise ball. The concergie spoke with her manager & they actually loaned us an exercise ball from the gym to use in our room while we were there. They brought us a nonslip mat for the bathtub & a different chair to use on our balcony because the original chair was too low for me to sit it with ny knee. The hotel texted us often to see if we needed anything & every person working there was friendly & helpful. The infinity pool is wonderful. It overlooks the ocean & is great to swim in. We had a great view of the pool & ocean from our balcony. The beach is a 5 minure walk from the hotel but we took the golf cart to the beach because it was so convenient. We didn't eat often at the hotel because we wanted to try local food but the food at the hotel was really good especially Milkberry (sushi) & breakfast at Catalina.

Stayed: February 2025 Who we are: Couple from NYC, 30s Just returned from a week at Hotel Indigo—here are our key takeaways: Beach: Like many of you, we were initially concerned about not being right on the beach. I’m happy to report that the 2–5 minute walk was absolutely no issue. Unless you have mobility challenges, there’s nothing to worry about, and golf cart rides are available if needed. The beach itself is stunning, and Bonny Moon was fantastic—beach chairs, towels, and sunscreen were all included. Food: Pricey but good. Breakfast was excellent, and we also enjoyed a few meals at the Kimpton, Ritz, and some local spots. Rooms: Clean, modern, and new. We had a ocean-view room, and watching the sunsets from our balcony was a highlight. We did hear the child staying next door a few times, but it wasn’t a major issue. General tip: If you’re booking with IHG points, I highly recommend sorting everything out well in advance. Dealing with IHG customer service (which appears to be outsourced) has been a nightmare, especially when it comes to adjusting or correcting points. That said, this is no reflection on the onsite hotel staff, who were attentive and professional. We had a great time.

Beautiful new hotel. Large clean modern rooms. Very nice service. Many high quality restaurants. It is a short walk (5 mins)to the beach. It was not a problem for us and Bonny moon beach club was excellent. The hotel does run golf carts to the beach. But if I had small kids I may not choose to stay a distance from the beach as it is a little harder to just go back to the room. The pool was very pretty and had a wonderful shallow area for children.

Exquisite!! This hotel has the best service we have encountered anywhere in the world! Everything about the hotel from views to room decor to restaurants and pool service are top notch! Don't let the location scare you away! This hotel is on the beach but there is a park in between the beach and hotel. There is a nice pathway to and from the beach and they also have golf cart service! The beach restaurant and bar are wonderful and servers on the beach are super attentive! My husband is having hip surgery next week and they more than accomodated his needs as he couldn't walt long distances. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and entire experience in beautiful Grand Cayman!
