I was immediately upgraded upon arrival. The hotel is always charming. The staff, a lovely young man named Italo helped me. The new decor is warm and welcoming. The junior suite was lovely and comfortable. Great bed and pillows. The door valet was so helpful and polite.

We loved our stay at The Eliot and found the location absolutely prime to everything we wanted to do in Boston. Our suite was elegantly appointed and very spacious, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Should we return to Boston we will absolutely stay at this charming hotel.
Charming hotel
Very charming and cozy hotel. Though a bit small, the room was very comfortable. Large closet. The front desk staff, doorman and housekeepers were extremely personable. Enjoyed the holiday decor. The restaurant staff were delightful. Delicious food. Great walking and shopping area.

Well, as seasoned Boston visitors how did we not know about the Eliot. Beautifully appointed, friendly and helpful staff what more could you ask for. A great place to relax and enjoy your break. All in all a great stay. We’ll be back as soon as we can

We had an amazing experience at the Eliot hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay - particularly the reception staff and door staff. The rooms are beautiful with extremely comfortable beds. We also dined in Uni which was fantastic! I would highly recommend ✨

Lovely Hotel
Lovely hotel in great location right on Commonwealth and Mass. The staff is exceptional. Very helpful and friendly. Most of the rooms are suites which is very nice. Very comfortable beds and space. This is our second stay at the Eliot and we will definitely be back.
