Wonderful resort and in a fantastic spot. Staff are excellent and the resort amenities are great. We booked a sea view deluxe room, top floor with a wonderful view. Restaurant meals are lovely, pool bars for a snack or light meal. Gardens are stunning and the pools awesome. We came with our family, the grandkids loved it. We looked around and Karon is the best place for families. Minimal feedback only to enhance the experience: TV needs updating to better quality and programs/channels as some of us need a break from the Phuket heat at times.

I had an incredible stay at the Thavorn Palm Beach Hotel in Phuket! The entire experience was top-notch, from the warm welcome to the sad goodbye. The breakfast buffet was truly exceptional, with a vast array of delicious options to suit every taste. The pools were stunning, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. But what really made our stay stand out was the outstanding support from the staff, particularly Pond and B-Boy. Their friendly smiles, helpful advice, and genuine care made us feel like part of the family. Thank you, Thavorn Palm Beach, for an unforgettable stay! We can't wait to return. Will we return? Absolutely!

We spent in Thavorn 10 days and it was amazing. All staff was very friendly and helpfull ( especially Mr.B.Boy - thank you). The garden is really beautiful, pools are not crowded, clean and water is warm. Breakfast is perfect, great choose of everything what you want. Large room with poll view, nice balcony, definitally recommend for staying when on Karon beach.

It was our first time in Thailand, and we chose this hotel, which exceeded all our expectations. The large, well-maintained grounds make it feel like you’re walking through a botanical garden. There’s plenty of space, excellent rooms with great views that have everything you need, and a responsive and friendly staff ready to help with any issue (special thanks to the staff member Sem Bell Bog, if I got the name right). The location is excellent – it’s convenient and not far to walk to the beach, the nearest shops, or other restaurants. I definitely recommend this hotel for a first visit to Phuket, and maybe even for a second one!

From first arriving in the resort the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Atom. Beautiful gardens to walk around in between all the pools. Nice choice of pools and pool bars, enjoyed a few nice cocktails at sunset, thanks to Aline. It’s nice to have the choice of the pools and the beach right across the road. It was a very relaxing week, just what I needed. Look forward to going back.

The hotel is in excellent location very close to the beach. Thank you to the crossing guard that made the crossing a busy highway a safe one. The rooms were clean except for a couple of days where some of the areas were overlooked and not cleaned. The rooms were not cleaned until after 4 PM. I seem to have itchy bites around my back every night I don't know it it is mosquitos or something else.but I have over a hundred of them. The breakfast restaurant was amazing. The food quality and variety was over the top. Big thank you the Eddie. He is very helpful and takes care of all the visitors with the highest of quality and shows excellent customer service to the last minute of our stay even after we checked out. June and Eric was also very helpful.

The hotel is in 5 minutes walk from the beach. One of the best locations in Karon. The rooms are clean but a bit dated. Minor cosmetic repairs would be great. The pools and garden are amazing! The staff is extremely professional and super friendly. Special thanks to Eddie who was very accommodating and kind to provide us access to the VIP lounge while we were waiting for our airport transfer after the check-out. Overall we would highly recommend Thavorn Resort and definitely will come back.
