We booked this hotel chiefly off the back of all the 5 star reviews here and I had very high expectations as a result. Sadly the experience did not quite live up to those expectations.
Let me firstly say that the best thing about this hotel is the staff, they are all amazing and can't do enough for you. Small touches like the pillows for the sun loungers and coming around to clean your sunglasses makes you feel valued.
We paid extra for a room in a villa and whilst I think it was a good choice the rooms are getting dated, most notably the bathrooms which really do need upgrading. Our room was a family room which meant we had two bedrooms which was actually quite handy to be able to use one as a storage/dressing room. The bed in the main bedroom was huge and very comfortable - no complaints. The only problem with the rooms are that they do feel dated, the dark wood and slightly tatty marble bathrooms are all a bit 1970's.
The hotel location is great if you like snorkelling, not so much if you like sitting on a beach and going for a paddle as there isn't one. They have created some artificial beach areas but if you want to go in the sea you are going in off the jetty. The pool was large and heated so even in March it was really nice to go for a swim. My issue with the location is that it is not an easy walk into Naama Bay resort, the hotel put on a minibus service 3 times in the evenings but you only get a 3 hour slot so if you go on the 7pm you have to come back on the 10pm.
I am not a fan of all-inclusive hotel so perhaps not the best barometer of this but I found the food, although plentiful, to be too much of the same every day. We ended up eating out 3 times during our 7 night stay. Yes, they have theme nights but it's essentially the same stuff just re-hashed a bit. Also, the alcohol is served by the (very small) glass. We were supposed to be premium all-inclusive but I can't say I noticed any difference, drinks were pretty standard local brew. The evening options are limited to the lobby bar, the pool bar (it was cold in March) and a dreadful disco bar frequented by the Russians. All the more reason to get the bus to town but then that slightly defeats the object to going all-inclusive.
Overall, I think the Stella Di Mare is a good hotel, not amazing but decent enough for a week in the sun. The rooms are definitely due a refurb and the location means that you need to get the bus to escape. The highlight of the week was the staff who without doubt work incredibly hard to make sure you enjoy your stay.

On our second evening my drink was spiked in the local music bar / nightclub (3rd floor)
This resulted in me collapsing being rushed to hospital and staying in overnight.
The hospital bill cost me £1500 and on arrival back to the hotel the manager was not concerned and said it was alcohol.
Sorry but blacking out, collapsing, loosing the use of my legs and being rushed in to hospital is NOT alcohol related.
I don’t know who done it…I’m not speculating if it was staff or a hotel guest but the hotel took no blame what so ever that it happened under there roof.
Once I was feeling better, When explaining everything to the manager he just stood there with a smirk on his face literally laughing.
He wouldn’t apologise nor would he give me any compensation back towards the trouble and stressful events that happened.
Just a warning to any guests looking to come
BE CAREFUL.
This ruined our holiday and I’m so upset and let down.
The manager should give some compensation back as good will

I do not always leave reviews but really had to for the Stella Di Mare Hotel and Spa as this hotel was just beyond incredible!
My husband and I went in February/last week and the service recieved was just top class!! From the moment we arrived, we were so well looked after with staff going above and beyond (without any expectation of tips). They are just such lovely people who work so hard and take pride in all they do. They truly made our stay so special.
My husband is quite fussy with food. He absolutely loved the food here as did I and so did not even go out to eat as the food was too good here. They have themed nights as well as so many options available, a sensational variety of food salads bread desserts etc. Not only is there a variety but the food quality is top class.(which is not always the case in some hotels with alot of variety). They do fresh grilled meets outdoors too..so tasty!!
There is also outdoor space to enjoy your food as well as room indoors.
We cannot comment on alcohol as we do not drink it, but they do serve it. We had our water and coffee🙂. They do stock the mini bar on all inclusive which did have Heineken and another branded beer in there, as well as juice water and fizzy can drinks.
They have 2 Al a Carte at the hotel. We only used the Mediterranean one and not the Asian one (which is located on the beach front I think it is called). Food and service again was truly exceptional at the Mediterranean.
The hotel is so spacious..with beautiful outdoor space and gardens. They have heated pools on 2 tiers outside, so plenty of sun beds and pools to swim in. Not only that but you can also go and swim in the red sea and go snorkeling to see the amazing coral reefs and see fishes under water. This was breathtaking as I would never usually swim near fishes 😅(no charge for this at all). This is situated on the hotel's own private beach with sun beds ( which was so relaxing and peaceful).
There are spa and gym facilities but we did not use them this time. Maybe a next time. 😬🤞🏽
They have a kids club for entertainment in the daytime I think and also pool side dancing etc....and also some evening entertainment such as violin, guitar players, singers and some dancing too. This is usually in the outdoor space, although instrument player plays at the lobby which is lovely.
We went to trek in the night to see Mount Sinai and the hotel so kindly packed a huge breakfast for us. Honestly they cannot do enough for you. Felt truly humbled by their service for us and others.
Staff are amazing throughout the hotel -chatty and friendly...from Marco who was very chatty and friendly (photography guy) and knew some Welsh too!! Misha Michael Adam (3rd floor shop staff and some more forgot the names🙈). 🤗
Mohammed Reda and Michael (pool staff) Muhammed (Spa guy) always greeted us with a smile every morning-as did all the bar/hotel staff throughout the hotel. Sorry if I have missed any names as so many. They serve drinks to you at the pools etc, bring you towels and sunbed pillows (and again no expectations of tips)-just that is the quality of service they provide.🤗
Our room was cleaned to a high standard on the days we requested (we usually leave Do not disturb on the door if we don't want cleaning). Bed was so comfortable and bedding so soft being egyptian cottton. Staff will clean everyday and they will change bedding if you leave the card on your bed. Our room staff Mohammed Hassan was exceptional. 🤗
Special thanks to the following who made our stay very speacial too. Sorry if we miss any names as so many to remember. Mahmood was the person at lobby who has such a friendly and professional nature and first person we met to check us in. He was so helpful and accommodating throughout. Also Muhammed Khalid was lovely to speak to. 🤗
Our porter Ahmed Hamden- again went out of his way for us.🤗
Thanks to Maher (lobby waiter) who set a table for us immediately when we asked in the lobby and was lovely to chat with. Milad (resturant staff) who again greeted us and served us with a smile every day we were there.🤗
Location wise- We loved it as it was a 20 minute walk to Naama bay (or they offer free shuttle buses each evening. 9pm 10pm and 11pm but we love walking). Old Egypt and Al Saba mosque is only a less than £5 taxi journey away.
Sorry for the long review...but it was that good that we are trying to include as much as we can. I never return to the same hotel (as I am an explorer of new places) but am already looking to come back with my 4 boys hopefully next year as it was that good!!
Truly is a 5 ***** !!! If you are looking to book-my opinion is go for it! And no they have not paid me to say this 🤣 ( as it may sound it but hand on our heart-the service was next to none).
Thanks again. We look forward to visiting again.
Howard and Shabnuma.

I do not usually write reviews following a holiday but the Stella Di Mare hotel was so good I want to share my experience with others.
The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride from the hotel and in an excellent position on the coast within ample and spacious grounds. The hotel layout is very spacious, particularly in the lobby area with plentiful seating within the hotel and externally around the pools and along the beach.
The rooms are excellent but the highlights are the restaurants and particularly the staff, who attend to your every need and cannot do enough for you, they are outstanding and make you feel very special.
Special mention to Salah at reception who was fabulous when we checked in and during our stay and also to Mina, and his staff, in the restaurant who looked after us every day. Your friendly attention is s very much appreciated.
I have travelled many places around the world and stayed at many hotels but this one exceeded even my high expectations.
I would fully recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing, extremely comfortable and friendly experience, you will not be disappointed at all.

I wanted to take a moment to share my fantastic experience at Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel & Spa during my holiday in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.
From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Salah Kamal at the reception made check-in smooth and welcoming. The dining experience was truly memorable, thanks to Mousad Hany, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and Michael Maher, who pampered us daily with attentiveness and care.
The dining experience deserves a five-star rating as well. The variety of cuisines offered was unbelievable, with an impressive selection to cater to all dietary options, including healthy food options. The chefs and their teams consistently provided delicious meals that exceeded my expectations. The abundance of fresh fruits, cakes, and sweets added a delightful touch to every meal.
By the pool, I would also like to highlight Mohamed Kamal, who provided excellent service, and another lifeguard (I apologize for forgetting his name) who ensured our safety while we enjoyed our time.
Overall, my time at Stella Di Mare was unforgettable, and I appreciate the outstanding hospitality from the entire team. Thank you for making my holiday so special!
Best regards,
JS

We had a week at Stella Di Mare at the beginning of February and have to give a review of the highlights.
Firstly the fabulous staff are what make this hotel fantastic! Every staff member cannot do enough for you. Yes we tipped the staff as they do an amazing job and thoroughly deserve it but without tips the service was impeccable also.
Special thanks to Maher in the lobby bar who looked after us for the week with drinks and snacks!!
Birshoy at the main pool bar who again made sure our glasses were full! Also to the lovely pool / sunbed man at the adult pool whose name we didn’t get. Literally appeared immediately to find us a sunbed and cleaned our sunglasses regularly!
Walid at the beach who sorted our refreshments out every day.
Ahmed from the spa - what a lovely guy, we had already booked massages but had some lovely chats with Ahmed during the week!
Last but not least Marco the photographer. Top guy, so friendly and not pushy at all but brilliant at his job. We approached marco outside the main restaurant to ask about the photoshoot and were delighted with the results.
The food in the restaurants is lovely, plenty of choice everyday. Cocktails, G&Ts, wine, beers all excellent quality.
The location is great near to naama bay, the airport and Soho square in easy reach.
Rooms are great with lovely views and comfy beds.
Sunbeds galore, no having to get up early on your holiday to reserve one!!
The hotel grounds are gorgeous, it’s clean and well kept with gorgeous views.
Spa was lovely and the massages great. The gym is impressive for a hotel in Sharm.
We are already looking to book to return in November!! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Sharm! Thanks to all the staff who also looked after me when I fell and hurt my leg including the hotel doctor and nurse you were all amazing!!
Thanks so much for a lovely holiday!!

NUMBER ONE HOTEL IN SHARM ELSHIEKH
Stella de Marie is the highest quality you can receive in the reception service, staff treatment, food quality and variety, clean environment, housekeeping service and honesty so basically everything you can imagine.
For me it’s number ONE (1) hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh.
Thank you Stella de Marie for your accommodation.
Stunning hotel and staff, deserving of 5*

Where do I start! What an amazing hotel this is. We are normally so wary of 5* ratings but after reading the reviews we knew we had nothing to worry about. From the point of arrival we were made to feel so welcome. The hotel is clean, tidy and the staff can’t do enough for you! The breakfast buffet selection is incredible and the chef is on hand to cook what you like. The lunchtime buffet is always great and something different every day! In the evening there is always a bbq being set up on the patio by the pool/bar.
We visit the Asian restaurant and the Mediterranean restaurant as well and both were equally amazing! The quality of the food was top notch. Our room was lovely and we had a pool view! I had a few messages from Fatma in the spa and she is a very talented lady, she was very calming and knew about all the stress points in my back etc. David and the two Milads in the restaurant made us feel like family and always set a nice table for us by the window and at lunchtime outside in the shade. We are forever grateful for this experience and hospitality and we cannot wait to come back. We also wanted to mention Shenouda Farid director who accommodated any of our needs straight away. The room had no hot water and he got someone to fix it there and then. Nothing is any trouble for them at all.
One thing I will say is that there was a certain family who treated the restaurant staff so rudely and that really upset me. They are there to make sure you have a wonderful dining experience and they are running around looking after so many people. Please treat them with the respect they deserve. We loved you all. The bar staff as well were amazing! A huge shout out to Bassem Samir and Maher and Kerolles Mena for always making us the best cocktails and greeting us with such a warm welcome! Always happy to chat to us and made us feel so much like family. If you are wanting a hotel that caters for everything then look no further! You will not be disappointed at all.

We've visited Sharm el Sheikh now probably a dozen times and this was one of the nicest hotels we've stopped in. Clean rooms and public areas, beautiful gardens and great for snorkeling. Food is good, always hot with plenty of choice. The evening meal always has an additional theme area, Chinese, Italian etc. There's a BBQ outside most evenings, you'd have to be the world's most fussiest eater not to enjoy the meals here. Cannot comment on the additional restaurants, we didn't use them but heard good things. Pools are heated and plenty of sun loungers available. The beach is man made (they all are in Sharm) but who cares when you're on a sunbed gazing out over the coral and the Red Sea?
Staff are all friendly and efficient, give them a tip each day and you'll be treated like Royalty. The free shuttle bus runs into Namma Bay each evening which is a big plus as it saves haggling with taxi drivers. All in all a great stay and we wish we were still there!

What a wonderful hotel. The stand out feature is particularly the staff, they are all so attentive and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. We had Moustafa as our waiter outside every day and he got us a table we liked, out of the sun early morning. The waiter at the pool bar is also lovely. The spa staff do walk around every day, but are friendly not a nuisance. My husband booked a pedicure. The photographer, Marcos, is so nice and it's refreshing not to have photos automatically taken then pressure applied to buy something.
The food is really good - large buffets with a different theme each night - and two a la carte restaurants. You can go to the a la cartes as often as you like. We preferred the Mediterranean - the Asian was quite good, but I think we do that well in the UK. We had some lovely large steaks with pepper sauce and some excellent fish in the Mediterranean. It reminded me of Cote restaurant. The Director of Food and Beverage introduced himself to us and had fruit sent to our room (I turned down the chocolate - we had plenty of food!)
The rooms are beautiful - large with very comfy beds. Our room was on the 8th floor, which was very quiet. A little walk to get to the central lift, but worth it. Everywhere is immaculately clean.
The facilities are excellent - lovely warm adult pool with swim up bar, plus another (noisier) pool. It took us a day or two to find the quietest spot - by the beach bar. The sunbed guys lay out your towels, plus pillows, clean your sunglasses...all so charming. At the end of the day we had a cocktail or two in the main bar with a panoramic view of Narma Bay. Perfect!
We got a very good price with Booking.com (I find their filters on searches easier to use too) and a free taxi from the airport. Booking a taxi back to the airport through them cost £5.33! People with TUI had paid £50 for that service.
We will definitely return.

The hotel is very nice always clean and the staff are very friendly and keen to be of service. The food is well cooked and quite tasty with different themes every day and if you like eating al fresco the charcoal bbq is fired up every night with food in line with the theme that night. We only used the adults only pool where again the service was excellent. There was activities around the main pool but it was the same every day. Again the evening entertainment although different most nights was the same every night which was a couple of entertainers (singers and or musicians) followed by a small group of dancers. There are around six small shops in the hotel selling a variety of things but they were always trying to drag you into the shop and sell you things, just like being at the local market which for a five star hotel we thought was a little ‘tacky’ and uncomfortable. The only other downside is the lack of toilet facilities around the pool areas and the restaurant. There are three a la carte restaurants which we didn’t use so I cannot comment on them. Overall a fantastic week spent there.

The evening entertainment: really did not like the dancing for so many reasons, but on the nights when the musicians and singer were performing it was well worth listening to. The musak played most of the time could do with an upgrade!

Staying at the Stella Di Mare Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh has been an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that set the tone for a truly memorable stay.
A special shout-out to the amazing staff at the adult pool and pool bar. Their attentiveness, friendly smiles, and dedication to ensuring every guest has the best time possible is nothing short of remarkable. Whether it was providing refreshing drinks, offering recommendations, or simply engaging in friendly conversation, they went above and beyond to make every moment enjoyable.
The team at the lobby bar also deserves immense praise. They created a welcoming atmosphere where we could relax and unwind, offering expertly crafted cocktails and a fantastic selection of beverages. Their professionalism and charm truly stood out.
Breakfast each morning was a delight, with a vast selection of delicious options. The breakfast team worked tirelessly to ensure tables were spotless, food was replenished promptly, and guests had everything they needed. The energy and positivity they brought to the start of each day were infectious.
A highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the BBQ chef. The food was grilled to absolute perfection, and the chef's passion for his craft was evident in every bite. The personalized touch and enthusiasm made the dining experience all the more special.
The senior management team deserves immense credit for the impeccable standards maintained throughout the hotel. The dedication to cleanliness, attention to detail, and seamless operations were evident in every corner. It’s clear that the leadership fosters a culture of excellence, reflected in the genuine care and professionalism displayed by every member of staff.
Every aspect of our stay at Stella Di Mare was truly outstanding. It’s rare to find a place where the team so clearly loves what they do and is committed to providing guests with unforgettable memories. Thank you to all the incredible staff for making our stay so special. We can't wait to return!

We are a very well traveled family and have stayed in some luxurious hotels around the world. We absolutely loved this hotel, for what you pay and for the service you receive you surely can not complain. The staff are absolutely unbelievable. The food for me personally was absolutely beautiful. Big shout out to Amir in the lobby bar, such a credit to the hotel. Hossam in the restaurant and of course romany by the pool. First class service. We don’t usually frequent the same places but to purely relax and eat some good food and at a good price. We’ll probably be back one day. 👌🏻

What can I say…
I’ve been coming here since 2011 and it is my favourite and only place I go multiple times. Mr Ashraf and his staff are brilliant. We have never had any major complaints, and the staff have always made us feel welcome and part of the family. We had an issue with a third party transfer taking us back to the airport but the staff helped us sort what was needed. We will be using your private transfer services every time now.
The last time we came, there was a different animation team. This new company definitely has a lot more going on and it seems to be better accommodating for children than it was before. Although, I do feel the animation team could be more engaging and active, but this is a new team and they might be finding their feet.
We come here because we know what we are getting: good weather, good food, great customer service from Melad, who has had a well deserved promotion to the top pool bar, although we do miss you on the lower pool where we never had to ask for a refill, it just magically happened, and Mena at the beach bar who tried his best to be as cockney as he can (mate). But on top of it all, the house reef is still amazing with the amount and variety of fish off the jetty. Even better than where we’ve stayed in the Maldives, Thailand and Caribbean!
Lastly, the Spa. Amazing as always. We always booked the couple’s Cleopatra treatment for the first morning and it sets us up for a great time. This time it was so good, we went again. The service and care is second to none and they want to make sure the massages are just the right amount of pressure. We never felt rushed or anything was too much. We strongly recommend everybody to do the same when you get there. But from experience, reach out before you arrive and book it ahead of time to avoid disappointment.
We went on holiday to Sharm a year ago with the children and chose a “family” hotel with slides and what we thought was better selection for the kids. But the moment we arrived, we instantly regretted the decision. Going back in Feb 2025 absolutely convinced us it is now a place we can bring the children as well. We are looking to try and bring the children with us in the October school holidays. But if not, 100% next year!

This hotel had everything that you wanted. The food and drinks were excellent quality with brilliant choices. The staff were so polite and kind and nothing was a trouble to them. Amir the barman in the main bar has a place in our hearts for his lovely friendly personality The pool attendant was always there to give you clean towels and to clean your sunglasses twice a day. Mohammed another barman looked out for us and made our anniversary very special. Will be definitely be returning back to this little piece of heaven we have found John and Jacky Liverpool

We've visited Egypt including Hurghada, Marsa Alam, and Sharm El Sheikh on 10+ separate occasions as we are both keen scuba divers & love diving the wonderful Red sea. This was the first visit to this hotel and we found it to be pretty fantastic in all of the usual categories that people are interested in. I booked a room with a sea view though on arrival we were told that we had been upgraded to a higher standard room & be that the case then we were extremely fortunate in that we had the most breath taking sea view which was incredible (thank you), we were in room 725 & the pic was taken from our balcony. The room itself was modern, clean & comfortable, air conditioned, mini bar / fridge all included with an extremely comfortable bed & large sliding doors to our balcony with it's picturesque sea view as previously mentioned.
Food - We ate in both the main buffet restaurant and also the two al la carte restaurants on offer (loved the Asian located on the bay over the water). all of the food was really good & well presented with loads of variety in the main buffet restaurant with meat, fish, salads, pizza, pasta, bread, desserts, pastries, cakes & fresh fruit. All was very tasty & well presented by the hard working chefs & servers which again was greatly appreciated (thank you)
People - We found ALL of the people working in the Hotel to be really welcoming, friendly & helpful. Mohamed who looked after our room kindly returned my partner's watch to us in reception after we'd checked out (thank you Mohamed).
Pools & beach - We actually didn't use either of these! Having spent most of the day in the water scuba diving & so we generally grabbed a bite to eat & a glass of wine but the main pool looked great with it's swim up bar with many sun bathers on the beach too together with some brave, non-wetsuit wearing snorkelers (water temp was around 23c when we visited).
Scuba diving - We used the PADI dive centre "Desert Rose" who are located on the hotel grounds just 2 mins walk from the hotel reception. They were great & took care of all of our scuba diving adventures from our initial dive at the hotels on site house reef, we also had two separate days of boat diving, and also an excursion to "Dahab City" visiting the world famous Dahab Blue Hole (Diver's graveyard), Els Bells & Canyon dive sites (highly recommended). This was an approximate 90 mins scenic drive North of Sharm to Dahab & we thoroughly enjoyed the entire day with some great diving. We dive with our own gear though all of the gear which you can hire all looked 1st class & well maintained. Thank you to Islam, Ali, Omah, Ahmed and special thanks to "BIG MO" (Mohamed) for our trip to Dahab (with a fantastic lunch by the way).
Overall - We had an extremely pleasant 7 night stay & would most certainly look to return again for sure. There are many, many hotel choices in Egypt & it can be sometime a little "hit & miss" as to what you get there. For us, this hotel & all that came with it was a big hit & we loved it.

We have just returned from our four week vacation to the Stella di mare hotel and spa in Sharm El sheikh.
This was our ninth visit to this outstanding hotel.
We met up with quite a lot of holiday friends which we see every year.
I would estimate the 75% of the clientele are repeat customers like us. Over the years we have been going to this hotel the staff from the management team to the gardeners and cleaners have rarely changed, this is a testament to how well they are all looked after by the senior management.
We have to mention some names that just stood out to us.
My wife has a terminal illness which limits what we can do but the staff always looked out for her with help and consideration.
Mr Shenouda Farid ( food and beverage director)
Along with his second in command My Hany George was just outstanding this year.
Mr Shenouda Farid even took two hours off to take us to the Heavenly Cathedral in Sharm which was just spectacular to see.
All the restaurants were just brilliant, in the buffet restaurant we was looked after by Mina Tawfic and Melad Kero they made sure we always got a table.
The Asian restaurant was and always is such a great experience. Especially when Milad Gamil is on duty his kindness and sense of humour are second to none but be aware you need a good appetite as his portion control is a little bit on the large side, his manager says ( he has the heart of a mother wanting to feed his family) which sums him up completely.
The Mediterranean restaurant is divine and all the staff treat you like you are a celebrity.
The beach bar and lunch restaurant is led by Issak Farah and his team the food is just perfect for lunch and the menu changes everyday so even if like us you have a long stay at this hotel you could have something different each day ( the fish and chips on a Sunday is our favourite)
There are two pools one with activities like water volleyball, darts and yoga and aerobics plus pool parties and great for children with the kids club just along the side of it.
We used the quiet pool which doesn't have loud music and is adults only, this also had a really good swim up bar.
The staff which includes Bishoy Adel, Melad Wasef and Mohamed Hamdy just don't miss a thing and your glass is rarely empty.
The lifeguards that we know are Romany Alli,Nabil Gamil and Carlos who always makes sure your bed is facing the sun and your glasses are clean this attention to detail is unpresidented.
The reservation team made sure that our holiday went well and made it so easy to book again for later in the year so thanks to Mary Mahar and Ahmed Hassan for sorting this out for us both.
I would say in all honesty we have stayed in probably better hotels around the world but none of those hotels can come even close to the staff here at the Stella di mare.
They are the reason we keep coming back so please ignore the absolutely silly 5% of bad reviews and just keep in mind the 95% good to excellent reviews on this site.
See you all in September.

Have just returned from a 10 day stay at this beautiful Hotel. Where do I start!!!! I really don’t have anything negative to say about this place. We have been to Sharm a few times and I can honestly say this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. The Staff really are exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Always with a smile and ready to have a chat. They really must be hand picked!! Food is very good even for the fussiest of eaters (that’s me) you will always find something. Nice to have the hot food covered instead of under lamps as it takes away that lukewarm feel!!!!! Absolutely loads of sunbeds in various places do no need to get out early which for me was a bonus. You could go out at 12 o’clock and get one. We had a beachfront room which was lovely. Yes the rooms could do with updating but they are spotlessly clean with an amazing bed. (Wish I could have bought it home with me)😂. Gardens are immaculate and a treat to walk around. Probably my only negative would be if you are like us and like to have a walk after dinner in the evening you are very limited. (This is not the Hotels fault) Can walk down to Genena City shopping centre but not an awful lot there or into Naama Bay which personally once is enough for me!! Soho Square is nice for a wander but you need a taxi to get there. All in all this is a beautiful Hotel with wonderful Staff. If you’re thinking of a Hotel in Sharm at a reasonable price you will not be disappointed. Would we return. ABSOLUTELY!!

what a fablous hotel easy checkin good rooms could do with a few more plugs but no problem as i always travel with a 6 extension lead.hotel grounds are immaculate great house keeping all 3 which we had in a week.food was very good restaurant staff excellent all bar staff around the pools were excellent the only criticism we had were the bar staff on level 7 very slow and got upset when we went to bar.If you want a taxi walk out off complex and turn right local taxis so cheap we went to soho X4 people for £12 return the guy in the hotel quoted between £28-£40 depending on car.
we always got sunbeds by the jetty where Nabil &melad were just superb even moving our beds to follow the sun round Nabil even cleaned our sun glasses.A special thank you to the gardeners who kept the grounds immaculate. If you do venture out make sure you have tissue for toilet as not all toilets supply.

This hotel did not disappoint. Very clean food selection excellent beds comfortable and staff helpful at all times. The grounds are a treat to walk around and there is a separate pool area for families. We went on the evening trip to Sharm and found it very interesting.

Loved this hotel, we were on the 7th floor and the room was very good with a mini bar, a good addition room where what we need a view of Namibia bay. We were a short walk to the 7th-floor bar, and you could take away drinks. All the staff at this bar were very good. Not much to walk to the shopping center, 16 mins away, was not that good.
Did the pedicure bit pricey, but did the job on the 4th floor.
The restaurant buffet is mainly very good, and lots of selections.
We used Beach Bar once and got there just before closing, but still served us a burger and pizza, all good, and the staff were brilliant.
We used the adult-only pool, and the pool man was amazing, even cleaning sunglasses, and he wanted to do anything for you, and same with the bar staff, just sat down and a drink was there. I did tip a little, but this didn't seem to matter as they wanted to help all. There was a lot of daytime entertainment never seen as much. We don't do evening entertainment. Drinks were all good. We did the Asian and the food was very good, service was a bit slow, but we still enjoyed it. The Mediterranean was outstanding, the mushroom soup was to die for, along with the steaks with amazing mushroom risotto. We had to go back for a 2nd time.
We loved the hotel
Downside is the nasty, bad-mannered Russian, the worst, horrible people in the world.
