First of all, I have to apologize with the delay review, I am quite busy with a 10 months old baby. My husband and I stayed at the Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel for 5 nights getaway. The location is great, there is a Jazz lounge in the Sindhorn village, a must visit place. Our room was very spacious, with a bedroom, dining and living room area. The breakfast was great with lot of variety. Every morning, staffs in the breakfast floor made my day. Nam I miss you. You are so heartwarming and reminds me of the happy moments we were there. I am enjoying hotel’s 51 special blend tea while writing the review. Big thanks to Nam and the rest of the team, Bussaba, PiiMai, Suphorn, Frame, Charin. I miss you all and hopefully I can bring my daughter there soon. The hotel’s spa and lounge are also wonderful. We don’t expect to have such a wonderful massage there. Although it was a bit pricy but worth every penny. I could definitely tell Thai royals also goes there as there were over 10 cop cars parking outside the hotel one day. We also used their spa facility there, ice buckle room, sauna , warm chair room, etc. Every night, we grabbed a drink at the hotel lounge before heading back to the room, listened to some music and had a great chat with the bartenders. Highly recommended you all. Drinks and atmosphere were great.

Our stay at Kempinski Sindhorn was absolutely wonderful! Located right in the heart of Bangkok, it’s super convenient, with easy access to Siam Paragon and CentralWorld. Plus, there’s an arcade right next to the hotel offering a variety of cuisines—we especially loved Maison Saigon for its delicious food and cozy atmosphere! Whether you’re traveling as a couple or with family, this hotel is a perfect choice. From the moment we stepped into the stunning lobby, we felt an instant sense of comfort. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Our spacious room had a gorgeous view of the city skyline, making our stay even more special. One delightful surprise was the turndown service—a thoughtful touch we didn’t expect for just a one-night stay! Breakfast was another highlight, with a fantastic selection of local Thai delicacies, including mango sticky rice and fresh young coconut—we loved the local touch! A huge thank you to Khun Nickie, the Guest Relations Manager, for her exceptional hospitality. She went above and beyond, even serving us tea while we waited for our airport transfer and arranging a more affordable and convenient ride. Her warmth and attentiveness truly made us feel special! And of course, our last night in Bangkok wouldn’t have been the same without James and the Firefly Bar team. They made sure we had the best time, keeping us entertained and laughing all night! Honestly, one night was far too short for the kind of warmth and incredible service we experienced at Kempinski Sindhorn. We’ll definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a very easy review to write as the Sindhorn Kempinski is simply superb. Over the years we have stayed in many Bangkok hotels classed as 5 Star, but they are all surpassed by this. The rooms are huge, tastefully and elegantly furnished, practical (even the light switches are clearly marked), the AC is accurate and almost silent and there are spacious balconies. The website information does not exaggerate of the public rooms (lobby, bar, restaurants, pool, gym, etc.). In every regard reality meets or exceeds expectation and that is extremely rare to find. Others have written about the staff and they are indeed impeccable and most impressive, but I want to leave you with comments on the breakfast. It is simply sensational, catering for every culinary taste to accommodate the widely cosmopolitan guest profile. This is a truly 5 Star hotel and is therefore not cheap in Bangkok, but it would cost multiple times more in many other cities. I consider it to be very good value indeed and can’t wait to return.

The service is top notch with attentions to all tiny details such as placing slippers and a bottle of water at bedside every evening, remembering our favorite breakfast table and coffee selections every morning. One staff even greets us by our first names every time when she sees us. The room is large and modern. There are many competitions in this area of Bangkok but we will continue to stay at Sindhorn Kempinski.

Definitely visible is the culture of excellence at every level which is a true sign of your facility’s leadership team. Highlights were the sense of welcoming at arrival. The room is beautiful and the overall ambiance of the hotel is lovely. However, it’s often said that true service quality is measured not during perfect moments, but in how a situation is handled when things go wrong — and today was a disappointing example of that. As someone who travels frequently and stays at luxury hotels around the world, I was genuinely surprised by the way the staff handled a misunderstanding regarding our breakfast inclusion. Yesterday, the lady giving us a hotel tour clearly stated that breakfast was included with our room. Based on that, we went to the restaurant this morning, gave our room number, and were warmly welcomed. No one informed us at any point that breakfast was not included. It was only after we had completely finished our meal and were about to leave that someone approached us to say our room didn’t have breakfast included. We explained that no one mentioned this either during check-in or at the restaurant reception. They spent a long time “checking,” only to later walk us to the front desk and repeat the same statement: that our room doesn’t include breakfast — with no acknowledgment that multiple staff had failed to communicate this clearly. When we brought up the issue, instead of taking responsibility or showing goodwill, they reiterated that it’s their “policy to welcome everyone” — but in what hotel does this policy include silently letting guests dine without a disclaimer, then surprise them with a charge after they’re done? It felt as if they knowingly took advantage of the situation. Even more disappointing, there was no genuine offer of compensation. I was the one who had to ask for a discount, and after insisting, they gave me a very minor discount — which, ironically, required me to install multiple apps just to access it. Had the service been handled with true professionalism, at the very least there would have been a clear disclaimer at the restaurant, and the mistake of the staff who misinformed us would have been corrected — perhaps by covering the breakfast for the first day. I sincerely hope the hotel improves how it handles such situations, because this kind of treatment is far from what you’d expect at a property of this level.

From the moment we walked into the grand orchid-filled lobby, an architectural symphony of elegance with rich Thai touches, we were transported into a serene sanctuary. Just beyond the lobby, the lush tropical gardens, manicured greenery, & peaceful lotus ponds make you forget you’re in the heart of Bangkok. It’s like discovering a tranquil forest in the middle of a vibrant city. Magical! We were fortunate to be granted a late check-out (thank you!), which gave us time to enjoy a restful afternoon & a refreshing dip in the stunning infinity pool on level 9. It’s these small gestures that make a huge difference. The service across the board was nothing short of immaculate. And I truly mean everyone. We stayed in Room 1125 & felt so well looked after throughout: • The lady at check-in was patient & gracious, taking the time to show me room options without any rush. • At the Executive Lounge, the staff were consistently warm & welcoming, striking the perfect balance of attentive without being intrusive. To the young guy who was doing his intern from Switzerland, all the best to you! • Breakfast @ Flourish, although I regret not catching her name properly, the lovely lady greeted us each morning with a smile so infectious it could power a small city! She remembered our preferred table and coffee orders, adding that rare personal touch that truly stays with you. • Special shout-out to the female pool attendant, a star in her own right! When my partner swam with his glasses & wanted to get out of water to return his glasses to his lounger, she proactively offered to carry his glasses for him. That, plus thoughtful gestures like fresh fruit platters & offered to topping up our water, really shows how service here goes above & beyond, far beyond what I’ve experienced at many luxury hotels globally. Bravo to her & the team! And let’s not forget our late night visit to Firefly Bar, what a gem! The atmosphere was sophisticated yet relaxed, & once again, the service was on point. We had the pleasure of chatting with James, one of the mixologists, who’s not just a master of cocktails but a natural storyteller. He generously shared his knowledge & experience, & we even exchanged ideas about what makes a truly great cocktail. James, you’re a champ, thank you for the great conversation & best of luck with your new cocktail menu launching next month. We’ll definitely be back to try it! Also deserving high praise is the ever polite Concierge team. They always greeted us with a warm smile & genuine hospitality. One night, after returning late in our Grab vehicle, what really impressed me was a small, thoughtful gesture: as we stepped out of our vehicle, one attendant discreetly used a small torch to check the back seat before closing the door, just in case we’d left anything behind. It’s a tiny detail, but one that shows serious attentiveness. Opening & closing car doors is standard, doing it with a flashlight sweep & quiet care? That’s concierge excellence! It’s these subtle touches that make you feel like every moment of your stay is being looked after. Now, for a small hiccup in an otherwise perfect stay: Shortly after we checked in, a female manager came to greet us briefly. I asked for her business card, which she didn’t have on her, but she promised to meet us again the next morning at breakfast to hand it over. Unfortunately, that never happened. Not the next day, not the day after, no follow-up at all, not even a note or card in the room. The rest of our stay she was no where to be seen! While this isn’t a major issue, it did stand out, simply because it came down to a promise made to a guest that wasn’t kept. In hospitality, even a small commitment matters! It reflects on attentiveness, integrity, and follow-through. It’s a small miss, but a meaningful one I say! That said, this single lapse didn’t overshadow what was a truly exceptional experience. Sindhorn Kempinski has officially become my favourite hotel in Bangkok. The combination of its calm oasis-like setting, impeccable design, & above all, world-class service (especially from the frontline team) is something rare & precious. I’ve found my new home in this city.

After spending hours and days researching so many hotels and looking for a perfect 5* star hotel in Bangkok, watching videos reading reviews, I am so HAPPY i booked Sidhorn kempinski it was either here or the Four seasons but i am so glad we booked here it was heavenly! it was the best 5 nights of our lives! ( we have stayed in many citys around the world and this hands down the BEST 5* star we have stayed in) After a very long night flight, the airport taxi driver getting lost (even though i showed him the address took us to the Siam Kempinski) it was an eventful start to the day and tiring. After reaching the hotel all the stress melted away, the lovely Aon at the front door (tall gentleman) with a warm smile and welcoming nature took our luggage and showed us the reception area. Aon was a superstar so helpful, so sweet and excellent customer service 10/10. At check in a very warm welcome again and you feel the love and warmth straight away. Rosie checked us in took us to the room 1614 within 5 minutes and we were in our wonderful premiere suite, there was roses and a cake as it was our anniversary and wow what a gesture my cheeks hurt from smiling! the room was beyond amazing pictures do no justice on booking.com everything you need and more is in the room! very spacious, fridge always restocked, housekeeping 10/10 spotless. we ordered food to the room and the lovely balloon dropped of the food and stopped to chat with us, telling us where to go and where to shop, very sweet indeed. LOCATION- 10/10 theres the sidhorn mall below us, supermarket, nail bar, massage, hair salon, coffee shop, lots of food places, tuk tuk, taxis, its a 5 min drive into central Bangkok very close. we walked a few times to lumpini park which is a must. ROOM- everything you need and more! enough towels and water and tea, even before bed lavender tea was ready for us in a teapot! ( these little touches really are gam changers in the hotel industry) we used laundry they were very fast and we found the clothes hanging back in the closet the next day! prices are excellent. STAFF- 10/10 Hotels worldwide should take a leaf from here and send staff to sidhorn kempinski for training, this is how a 5 star hotel should be run, sheer perfection. the staff are so caring and helpful never seen such amazing hotel staff ever. they love and warmth and genuine care to make us happy is very clear indeed. Front desk helped us a book boxing match and we got the tickets from there. AFTERNOON TEA- is a must! perfect vibes perfect setting, perfect singer she was amazing! was one of the best afternoon teas in my life! FOOD- 10/10 we enjoyed the food here and breakfast is amazing! was so excited every morning for the tasty food. POOL AND SPA- the pool was spacious not too busy and i enjoyed a swim. the spa i walked in looked heavenly unfortunately i didnt have time to use it, for sure will use it next time. We arrived back last night and already thinking about when we will be back next. After a crazy long day in bangkok its so nice coming back to this green oasis away from it all. it really is a slice of heaven. it is so so peaceful and calming and it was a perfect end to our days in Bangkok. the view of the park is beautiful. Checking out was smooth she was kind to give us a later checkout which meant alot to us as our flight was 7.30PM- We also got a little sleep purfume mist as a farewell gift. Its just a wonderful hotel with lots of surprises and sweet gestures! The hotel has to be close to six star. It reminded me of the beautiful hotels in Mayfair and Knightsbridge I used to stay at many years ago. Except here the rooms are twice the size and the service comes with a smile. We stayed for five nights and hardly left the hotel it was so comfortable and charming. It is in a lovely part of Bangkok (there aren’t many) and has gardens and ponds which are lovely to walk around. The service is impeccable and friendly. Our lovely room was immaculate and was serviced twice a day. The swimming pool was fabulous. The breakfast was a bit boring after a few days with not much variation day to day, and twice our tea and coffee didn’t arrive until after we reordered. That though was our only complaint in the whole stay. The Japanese restaurant was our favourite . I

This time, we returned to one of our most beloved hotels in Bangkok, Sindhorn Kempinski Bangkok, to celebrate both of our birthdays, which fall in May and June. Over the past two months, we’ve celebrated at numerous luxury hotels, but none could deliver the same level of Complete Experience as here. Every single element from the Guest Journey, Service Touchpoints, Room Aesthetics, and Personalized Experience, all the way through to the Departure Ritual was executed with excellence and went far beyond our expectations. Everything felt genuinely heartfelt, without us ever needing to request or insist on anything. The warmth and sincerity were deeply touching and profoundly appreciated. We arrived at the hotel around noon and were warmly welcomed by Khun Pizza, a member of the Ladies in Red team, with a stunning fresh red rose bouquet the first surprise that instantly delighted us along with a thoughtfully served welcome drink. Both Khun Pizza and Khun Praew (Duty Manager) personally escorted us to our room, a rare display of attentiveness. We’ve met Khun Pizza several times before and she continues to deliver impeccable care. As for Khun Praew, whom we met for the first time, she instantly made us feel at ease. During our conversation, we learned that she previously worked at The Okura Prestige, which explained her refined demeanor and professional excellence. Our room was the Grand Executive Suite Series, room number xx03 a room type we've stayed in many times before, fully equipped with all amenities. The complimentary mini bar in the room was impressively stocked with a meticulously curated selection of premium products, particularly from renowned luxury brands Frankie and Sons and Lily Fresh, known for their exceptional quality. Every item in the minibar had clearly been carefully chosen to enhance the guest experience. As soon as we entered the room, we were thrilled and impressed by the thoughtful amenities prepared for us. We were especially delighted by the silver and red balloons, elegantly themed to match the birthday celebration atmosphere adding a sophisticated, celebratory touch. From the very first step inside, we felt a deep sense of appreciation and joy. Another highlight we truly admired was the use of single use bathroom amenities. In Thailand, very few luxury hotels aside from The Peninsula still offer single use bottles. This not only reinforces a sense of luxury and hygiene, but also avoids the common issues associated with dispenser systems while some models are securely lockable and require tools to open, others can be easily opened by hand, raising hygiene concerns. Sindhorn’s choice sets a high standard, distinguishing it from others who have transitioned to dispensers. In the afternoon, we visited the Executive Club Lounge for some tea and coffee during the Afternoon Tea session where we were surprised beyond expectation by Khun Pui and the Lounge team. A heartwarming birthday cake surprise was arranged by Khun Pui, the Club Lounge Manager, along with the lovely team members Pluem, Fai, Nicha, Khun Gee, and Khun Saruth each one showcasing a truly high level of service mind. Looking back, it’s clear that the Lounge team had learned we might not be able to visit during the Evening Cocktails as we were expecting guests in our room. So they immediately adjusted their plan, bringing forward the cake surprise to the afternoon a touching gesture that reflects their anticipation and care throughout every moment of our stay. Even when we changed our plans and ended up visiting the Lounge in the evening after all, they had already created an afternoon surprise just in case a testament to their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The Lounge itself was calm and private, with a wonderful ambiance. They served freshly squeezed juices, world class Acqua Panna mineral water, and a curated selection of canapés that change daily. Many of the staff, like Pluem and Fai, are familiar faces to us. Every time we see them, we feel the same consistent warmth and genuine care. As for Khun Pui, whom we met for the first time (she now oversees the Lounge after Khun Bella, with whom we had a close bond), we were truly impressed. She not only possesses exceptional people skills, but also the ability to build rapport instantly. She previously worked at Four Seasons, and knows several team members we’re fond of from there. This created an immediate deep connection, even though it was our very first meeting with her following in the footsteps of Khun Bella. After that, we were cared for in a way that was truly beyond expectations by Khun Nickie Guest Relations Manager, who we consider to be the backbone of the Guest Experience team here. We've known Khun Nickie since the hotel’s early days after opening, and what’s most remarkable is the consistent quality she has maintained over the years. She is truly Best in Class among Guest Relations Managers we’ve encountered at top tier hotels around the world. Each year, we stay at luxury hotels for over 100 nights, spanning many global chains and Khun Nickie consistently ranks in our personal Top 5, without question. From the very first time we met her until now, she has always impressed us. We sincerely hope that the hotel treasures her as a true gem and living legend of Sindhorn Kempinski Bangkok. Her heartfelt spirit and wealth of experience across multiple luxury properties shine through in every detail she handles. The depth of care she brings results in lasting impressions on guests, time after time. In addition, we would like to commend the Ladies & Gentlemen in Red team, including Khun Katie, Khun Baitoey, Khun Sun, and Khun Pizza, as well as many others who came up to our suite at our invitation. They brought along thoughtfully selected amenities tailored to our preferences, engaging in warm, personal conversations that made us feel like this hotel was truly a second home. During turndown service, we were surprised with thoughtful gifts which reflected true personalization at its finest. One of the most touching moments during our stay was when a friend, who is a doctor, arranged for a birthday cake from Capella Bangkok to be delivered as a surprise. The Sindhorn team not only accepted the delivery and informed us by phone, but went a step further by delivering it directly to our suite, with perfect presentation without us needing to follow up at all. On top of that, there was also a cake from the Luxury Hotel & Travel Fanclub, arranged through Khun Eiko (Duty Manager), Khun Katie, and the team. They personally brought it up to our suite late at night as a surprise, which was both heartwarming and delightful. Adding to the magic, balloons reading Happy Birthday were brought up by Khun Pizza and Khun Pui another unforgettable surprise moment that left us speechless. Khun Eiko, the Duty Manager who always takes wonderful care of us whenever we stay or even just visit friends here, was once again incredibly gracious and professional. We’ve seen her many times, and she never fails to treat us with such kindness and attentiveness. We enjoyed breakfast at Bistrot De La Mer, using our Club Lounge benefits and it was truly one of the best breakfast experiences in Bangkok. Highlights included: It begins with a highlight: the Crab Meat Omelette, served with premium Ikura (salmon roe). The roe’s translucent orange hue, glossy surface, thin yet intact membrane, and consistently uniform size all reflect its exceptional freshness and excellent preservation closely matching top-grade or hon ikura quality. Other standout breakfast items include: – Hokkaido Scallop, naturally sweet and fresh thanks to the premium sourcing – House-Baked Bread & Pastries – Artisan Cold Cuts & Cheese – Brittany Salmon Roulade and Tuna Tartine The Truffled Eggs Benedict features perfectly poached eggs on brioche bread, topped with Hollandaise sauce and finished with high quality truffle paste. Though it doesn’t include shaved fresh truffle, the aroma remains bold and refined. For health conscious guests, there’s the Avocado Tartine, while those with a sweet tooth will enjoy the French Toast and Waffles, served with fresh fruits or berry sauce. The Wellness Yogurt Bowl, Bircher Muesli, and Fruit Plate also feature fresh, seasonal ingredients carefully selected for quality. There are freshly squeezed juices (orange, pineapple, watermelon, etc.) with the orange juice standing out as particularly delicious and premium teas from Ronnefeldt. A special highlight: both fresh coconut water and a limited edition rosé wine, exclusively offered by the Ladies in Red. The coconut water, in particular, is made from specially selected young coconuts, naturally sweet and refreshingly pure. There is no compromise on size or quality, even if the cost may be considerable. It is, without a doubt, one of the finest coconut waters served at any luxury hotel in Bangkok. Before our departure, the hotel gifted us a custom illustration a professionally commissioned drawing of the two of us. This wasn’t just a gift. It was a true art piece a reflection of Sindhorn’s commitment to thoughtful details and a deeply personal gesture by the Ladies in Red team. It left a profound impression on us. Another heartwarming surprise involved a small conversation we had with Khun Pui at the Club Lounge. We had mentioned how many cakes we’d received for our birthday and that we wanted to share some with the hotel team. There was also one cake from Sindhorn that we intended to gift to the Guest Relations Manager at Kimpton after checking out. On that rainy day, we took the elevator down from the Club Lounge with Khun Pui, who graciously escorted us. As the elevator doors opened at check-out, Khun Sun and Khun Pizza were standing there waiting for us yet another deeply emotional surprise. They presented us with a Limited Edition red umbrella, created to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the Ladies in Red. This was the very first umbrella of its kind to be used, and we were honored to be the first recipients. This umbrella wasn’t just an accessory it was a Symbol of Exceptional Hospitality, and a manifestation of the emotional connection this hotel builds with its guests. We were honestly moved to tears. Khun Sun and Khun Pizza then personally escorted us to the Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, carrying the red umbrella a striking gesture that caught the attention of many, and felt like a ceremonial passing of hospitality from one hotel to another. As we wrote: This red umbrella is not merely for rain or shine it is an umbrella of memories, meaning, and heart a true symbol of thoughtful care with every step. For the two of us, this wasn’t just a Birthday Staycation it was a Masterclass in Hospitality, one that we feel must be shared and is worthy of returning to for every special occasion. Throughout the entire stay, we could feel that every team member operated with a genuinely guest-centric mindset. Not just performing duties, but serving with true empathy the very core of Personalized Luxury Hospitality. From Front Office, Lounge, Guest Relations, to Housekeeping, everyone displayed a consistent level of excellence that is truly distinctive to this hotel. For example: Khun Nickie, Guest Relations Manager, is a textbook example of someone who deeply understands the Guest Loyalty Lifecycle. She doesn’t just remember who we are she remembers our preferences, anticipates our needs, and knows exactly when and how to engage. Khun Nickie’s unique capabilities remind us of the service philosophy at Mandarin Oriental Bangkok a hotel we frequent and greatly admire. In fact, she is one of the key reasons why we always look forward to returning. Her presence alone adds depth, comfort, and a strong sense of familiarity that makes every visit feel like a heartfelt homecoming. Khun Pizza Not only greeted us with warmth and a smile, but also followed through meticulously on every guest request. She constantly picked up on little details that made us feel like we were truly special guests. Khun Praew quietly efficient and deeply thoughtful embodies silent leadership. Her background at The Okura Prestige clearly shaped her refined and professional demeanor. It was actually our first time meeting her, and she accompanied us personally to our room. What stood out was how enjoyable the conversation with her was during that short walk she was engaging, kind, and surprisingly fun to talk with. There’s a gentle confidence and elegance about her, paired with a natural warmth that made us feel instantly at ease. Though it was a brief moment, it left a lasting impression. Khun Pui displayed high emotional intelligence in every interaction. She doesn’t just serve; she connects with the guest’s emotions. Her background from Four Seasons adds layers of warm professionalism rarely found elsewhere. Believe it or not, during our time in the Club Lounge, we spent so much time chatting with Khun Pui the Club Lounge Manager that we genuinely lost track of time. Even though it was our first time meeting her, the conversation flowed so naturally and effortlessly, it felt as though we had known each other for years. She has that rare gift of making people feel seen, heard, and truly welcomed. Every moment spent with her was not only enjoyable, but also deeply comforting the kind of connection that stays with you long after you leave. Khun Katie, Khun Baitoey, and Khun Sun, from the Ladies & Gentlemen in Red, have an extraordinary ability to remember details about guests. Every conversation felt sincere and emotionally engaging. Khun Katie, in particular, felt like a close friend to us warm, charming, and wonderfully fun to talk with, making every interaction genuinely enjoyable. Despite Khun Nickie and Khun Sun being off-duty on the day of our stay, they still came in to see us a gesture that left us humbled and deeply honored. Khun Sun was especially sweet and affectionate toward us, which truly touched our hearts and made a lasting impression. Their kindness and thoughtfulness made our stay feel even more special and memorable. In the Lounge, team members like Pluem, Fai, Nicha, Khun Gee, and Khun Saruth demonstrated seamless service flow, knowing exactly when and how to interact with guests. This is what we call Refined Guest Interaction. Pluem and Fai were especially delightful Fai was incredibly warm and caring towards us, making sure every detail was taken care of with genuine kindness. She made us feel so welcome and looked after in the Club, creating a cozy, homely atmosphere that truly felt like our second home. At the Reception, both Khun Khun Eiko And Praew were extremely helpful and gracious. And of course, the Housekeeping team delivered what we call invisible precision service the room was spotless, beautifully scented, and amenities were fully stocked. The turndown service was flawless not a single misstep. This is the level of service expected from an ultra-luxury hotel. Another note worthy aspect was the behind the scenes coordination, such as receiving cakes from Capella or other external sources. Everything was handled with not only efficiency but also aesthetic consideration. Even if an item didn’t originate from the hotel, it was still presented as though it were part of the Sindhorn experience itself. All of this couldn’t be achieved by training alone it stems from a deeply rooted Culture of Excellence that permeates every part of this organization. To summarize in our own words: Sindhorn Kempinski is not just a hotel with excellent service it is an institution that truly understands the meaning of ‘caring like someone who knows you by heart,’ executed without missing a single beat. To us, this is the level of True Hospitality Craftsmanship that other hotels should strive for. It’s why we will always come back. ❤️ If we had to name the #1 hotel for a birthday celebration this year, it would, without question, be Sindhorn Kempinski. And considering we stay at hotels more than 100 nights each year, Sindhorn Kempinski is now solidly among our Top 3 hotels of all time a place we deeply love. Even our friends and influencers who joined the celebration all shared the same sentiment that Sindhorn Kempinski went above and beyond with sincerity and grace. Lastly, we received heartfelt welcome cards from multiple departments, including one personally handwritten by the GM. The GM’s card was uniquely designed, featuring a built-in name card holder, which was both clever and incredibly stylish yet another detail that reflects the creative and thoughtful approach that defines this hotel.

We were very happy and satisfied with our stay at this hotel. First of all, thanks to all the staff who assisted and served us during our stay. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Flourish restaurant provided excellent dinner service and breakfast buffet. I was very happy about the fresh coconut water and the different special juices served daily. Adequate variety of food options for breakfast, and the quality was up to standard. I was very impressed when the staff served us iced cold water automatically while we were swimming. The yoga class teacher was very nice and the yoga flow was designed quite good. The gym was neat and well-equipped. The massage service was exceptional, and I wished I had more time to enjoy that. The sauna and cold room were impressive. It was great that we explored the hotel area and found out how convenient this area was. But we wish the hotel staff could brief us earlier on different locations and BTS stations we can go to from the front door or the back door, such as a community mall with a supermarket and Lumpini Park right next to the hotel, because we prefer walking instead of taking hotel shuttle due to busy traffic in Bangkok. Please help us show our gratitude to all cleaning staff who tidied our room. They did a great job keeping our room sparkling clean. We enjoyed the clean and quiet room you arranged for us. You have to look hard for things to criticize. We especially found the green spaces very soothing in hectic Bangkok. Very quiet rooms and good breakfast. The executive lounge does not serve lunch. This hotel has rapidly become our favorite in Bangkok
