Great central location. It is the perfect home base with golf cart shuttle to nearby shopping centers. Very comfortable and well furnished rooms. The staff are attentive and so friendly. We would love to stay here again next time in Bangkok.

We came for our first visit to this hotel and were blown away by the standards, service and rooms. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world in my life and without doubt, this was my favourite hotel to date. This should be a contender for top hotel in Bangkok. It is currently not near the top and I can't see why. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone. This is a conveniently located and fairly 'short' hotel by modern Bangkok standards, with all the rooms seemingly facing inwards into the hotel pool area. We stayed in the highest part of the hotel, which from memory is a block of up to 13 floors? The other two blocks are about 8 floors high. Upon arrival, we were seen to immediately for our check-in in a beautiful lobby with a live harp performance in the background. We had a 4 night stay and had a club room so were able to use the club lounge area for meals and refreshments and various times throughout the day. Our room was immaculately presented and appeared to be cleaned by two members of staff each day, who would always leave us nice notes. We had lots of storage and a large bathroom too. The mini bar items were included in the room and we made use of them daily. The bed was large and comfortable. The rooms were well soundproofed. We didn't hear anything from inside the hotel at any time. All we could hear outside was muted thunder during some pretty epic storms. The pool area was incredibly well looked after by a dedicated team of staff who were super proactive in looking after the guests and sun loungers, checking back in often to see if they could be of service. Sunscreen was provided free of charge also, which is a great perk, especially if you have lost / forgotten yours or run out. The pool is broken up into different depths and sections. It's not suitable for any lap swimming really but perfect for relaxation and families too. My photo shows about ¾ of it. We used the gym a few times and this was large and well equipped and never appeared crowded. The hotel is connected to the large Siam Paragon shopping mall, which can be accessed by either bridge going over the road or a Zebra crossing on the lobby floor. This was incredibly convenient and also allowed you to access many other malls in the area without getting wet in the frequent Thai rains. We used the airport train to travel to a nearby station, took a short transfer to another station and then walked to this hotel for a very cheap airport transfer. We used the club lounge several times for meals and found it to be very enjoyable and a quiet place to relax after a day out in Bangkok. Lounge Staff were attentive and helpful. Food choices were altered slightly each day also. Staff were fantastic throughout the hotel. Everyone was great. On the morning of our departure, we were heading to the airport before breakfast was available so the staff had made us a little packed breakfast each, which was lovely and a great bonus. I have seen people complain about the decor in this hotel being off or poor and I would totally disagree. I felt the lobby especially was tastefully presented and immaculately clean. The decoration throughout was very well maintained and consistent. My tiniest complaint about this hotel is that, whilst they have added solar panels on the roof, which will obviously help with the energy consumption and environmental impact of the hotel, there is a seemingly constant gas flame burning in the entrance driveway of the hotel. This is a big waste of energy and is obviously just for show and not heating etc. In this day and age, do we really need to have a constantly burning flame because it looks cool? It didn't detract from a fantastic experience though. Looking back through my photos, I don't seem to have many at all to share which is a shame as I really wish to convey to people how they should stay here if they are looking for a great Bangkok hotel.

The service delivered by the staff at all levels are outstanding. Beautiful and relaxing pool area. The hotel is an quiet oasis in the middle of the Siam area with big shopping malls and restaurants. Recommend to stay in a Executive Balcony Room. Includes a cosy balcony with nice garden view and Executive Lounge privileges. Siam Kempinski is definitely a five star plus hotel.

Top notch hotel. Beautiful hotel facilities and room. Pool was clean and gorgeous. Lobby is beautiful. Friendly, competent staff that took care of everything we needed during our stay. Will stay here if I find myself in Bangkok again - strongly recommend!

We got a massage as well from Peach and Nooma these two were very friendly, professional, respectful and very polite. My partner got the full body scrub and wrap while I got the head, back n shoulder massage. We will definitely go back. Thank you.

A delightful touch was the fresh fruit we received daily after room service such a thoughtful detail. Housekeeping was exceptional. After using a few coffee capsules, they not only replenished them but also left extra ones with a kind note during the next cleaning. It’s those small gestures that made our stay feel special. The pool was fantastic though we would have loved it to be a little warmer and breakfast was nothing short of amazing. Every part of our trip was unforgettable, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you for making our holiday even more memorable!

It’s not our first time stay at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok and it won’t be the last time there. I don’t want to write about the convenient location, modern facilities, and excellent service. I just want to mention that how calm and professional the hotel team coped during recent earthquake. It was clearly first time experience for everyone, but the hotel has managed to keep the team calm, friendly and attentive during that chaotic afternoon and evening, not only for hotel guests but also people walked in from streets. True Thai grace has been presented there in that special occasion. We loved our four nights there and will definitely return.

When we entered the lobby we were totally blown away. It's impressive in every way. Sumptuous and opulent with its decor & grand floral displays. Our check in was fabulous with the warmest welcome a refreshing towel & cool ginger tea. We had booked an Executive King Room but received an upgrade to an Executive King with Balcony. The views across the city & over the hotel's large pool and gardens were incredible. The standards in the room were exceptional. Everything was gleaming, a super comfy bed & pillows and the bathroom suite was wonderful. There was a complimentary mini bar and as we'd booked an Executive room we had access to an Executive lounge (which I was unaware of when I booked) Breakfast was served here with a fabulous choice of both buffet and a la carte options. The lounge is oen from 7am to 11m. We were invited to enjoy a full afternoon tea at 2pm which we declined sadly as we had limited time in Bangkok and wanted to make the most of sight seeing. Happy hour is from 5-7pm with anything you could ask for available. We joined for a quick cocktail and even though we arrived at 18.30 the staff offered us additional drinks just before 7pm. There was also a food buffet with lots on offer that you are welcome to enjoy. What an exceptional service. We had some drinks and bar snacks in the lobby bar & were entertained by a pianist, cellist & singer. How lovely. All of the staff we encountered were professional, friendly & went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible exerience and we definitely did. Would love to return some day.
