Absolutely gorgeous - the people and the resort. Was a truly magical holiday celebrating our engagement where we were looked after like we were their own family. Nothing was too much trouble from any of the team and the beach, pool, restaurants and activities were absolutely spot on.

Our 5th visit over several years.  The negatives - the hot water supply needs sorting out once and for all; people have been complaining about its unreliability for years and we had maintenance staff round three times at very inconvenient times.  Our poolside suite was looking a little tatty (grubby shower grouting, drawers not fitting in their cabinet, loo door not sliding properly etc). The Terrace restaurant was built as a buffet operation until an a la carte menu system was introduced several years ago for some dinner evenings.  The service on a la carte evenings was unacceptably slow - 1 hour or more before main course arrived.  I can only think that the kitchen, which was created to service a buffet system, cannot cope with a la carte.  That, or there is a serious staff shortage back and front of house.  The Terrace a la carte menu is also unnecessarily convoluted - what one sees described on the menu hardly bears any relation to what (eventually) arrives on the plate.  Food in Thyme is excellent, in Malabar very good. Positives: the introduction of Pickleball is a big positive and very popular.  The two courts were busy every day at 4pm with players waiting to rotate.  Pickleball can only get more popular, so can the management please consider reviving the old tennis court No 2 as two more Pickleball courts?  It is a waste of space at the moment. The staff, as ever, were excellent, with special mentions for Denzil and dear Matilda. We had a very good time.  With a bit more focus on peripheral maintenance issues, Terrace dinner service and especially room hot water supply, StolenTime will continue to be a great holiday destination.

My husband and I flew down for an extended weekend to celebrate my birthday and it exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful! We stayed in the beach/pool villa with views of both. I love that there are no television sets in the room and you can choose your favorite pillow from a variety of high end pillows. We arrived later in the day but before dinner, both jet lagged, car sick and very hungry. Leah at the terrace bar recognized our distress and ordered crisps and served us a glass of champagne. It was the start of an exceptional night. She was so thoughtful, intuitive and genuine. We dined at each restaurant and attended all of the wellness activities which were healing and relaxing. The food and drinks were a cut above as we travel often. The resort is pristine and safe. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable. The spa prices are reasonable and excellent. We had a couples massage and facial. Don’t forget to explore the lazy river. It’s a hideaway that is the perfect spot for a glass of wine away from everyone. We can’t wait to return. Next time, I will take a boat taxi to the resort instead of the airport transport as it is one hour away on winding roads. If you suffer from motion sickness like me, you will be ill upon arrival.

We have just returned from a 12 night holiday, staying in a Signature Beachfront Suite. This accommodation comes with a reserved umbrella & sun loungers on the beach which was a huge advantage. StolenTime far exceeded our expectations! The staff are all so attentive, the food is delicious, the grounds are beautiful, there is fun entertainment every night and you can participate in as many activities as you like, or not ☺️ We were able to dine at the Malabar Beach Club restaurant many lunchtimes, no need to book & the view whilst eating is blissful. For the evening you need to reserve. We did a tour of the island, 10am to 5pm, with a taxi driver, costing 200 USD which was well worth it. He took us to the popular sights but also to places we wouldn’t see otherwise. If you keep looking at this resort, trying to decide whether to book, don’t hesitate! You won’t be disappointed.

The resort was fabulous! We have stayed at many all-inclusives in the Caribbean and this one topped the list. The staff was wonderful. They introduced themselves and remembered your name. Special shout out to Kristi, Michael and Michael, Jemma, Seth and Tasha Nice just to name a few, but too many to mention. The food was very good! We didn't eat at the French Restaurant because we loved the open air feeling of the other 2 restaurants. Service was top notch and quick. This resort had extra staff everywhere. There was always someone to help out. And for once you didn't have to get up early to save a beach chair, which was always my pet peeve. There were still plenty of chairs at 10:00 a.m and occupancy was 97%. Loved that!!! The resort never felt full and no lines at bars or restaurants. Entertainment was good and so many activities to join. I did a cooking class, mixology, garden tour, jewelry making and pickleball. Also did the tubing which was included (inflatables pulled behind the speedboat - so much fun!!!) We had a premium garden view room. It was simple - nothing special, but clean and comfortable. Water was always restocked in fridge and they had turn down service. The gardens were gorgeous and lush. It does rain here a little more than other islands, but that makes the island so lush looking. Many British people come here - only a few Americans and Canadians. Airport was very small and busy - I think it's time for them to build a bigger, better one - perhaps closer to the resorts. It was an hour and a 1/2 to this resort, but longer to most other resorts. We took a private car on the way there and I felt fine, but took a minivan on the way back, and my stomach was a bit queezy - I would suggest to take Gravol, or make sure you are sitting up front. I would love to come back even with that terrible drive!!!

So first I’ll start with the good. The weather was beautiful for January. Then for the age of the property and the low number of rooms this resort is very quiet. Food is good and service was good then okay. Lovely beach that stretches each direction, not busy, and not bothered by pesky vendors. Now our room was something else. A/C was so cold we had to wear our coats in the room. 2 days to get that under control. The entry door didn’t fit so we were bothered by mosquitoes thru the night. Front desk answer “we’ll send up bug spray”.. I don’t want to breathe that. Fix the door. Nope. The bed sagged and the rest of the room’s furniture was just as dated. The balcony furniture was beyond its use. Just ugly stuff. Then came 3 nights of No Hot water. Which was thru out the whole property w/o. There just didn’t seem to be much urgency to make things right either . After a small mutiny by the guests the concierge representatives calmed us by offering a 15% rebate for the three nights without these comforts. Which seemed small for the guests large inconvenience. And Costco whom we booked this trip had no sympathy, for the condition of the room or the hot water situation. We will not visit again. Sad and disappointed Costco traveler for the price I expected to be treated way better Stolen Time. Do your homework traveler.

My fiance and I had a wonderful time here. There were plenty of activities to do that were included in our stay such as; yoga, archery, discover scuba diving, painting, mixology, water aerobics, and so much more! They also have supplementary activities and spa services. The view is absolutely beautiful and the staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. They are personable and will say hello as they recognize you around the resort. My fiance even accidentally left his wallet in a taxi on his ride back from a dive trip and one of the staff members from the scuba shop called up the taxi company to retrieve the wallet. Our room was serviced daily and turn down service was lovely. The food was delicious at every meal (while we did sometimes have to wait some time for our food, but we didn’t mind much). The concierge is available 24/7 and will assist in reservations, activities, and transportation, We cannot say enough great things about StolenTime and its staff! We definitely plan to be back soon!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Stolen Time! The staff was very welcoming and relaxed, the grounds are very well maintained and the food is excellent. The resort has a full list of daily activities and you can choose to do as much (or as little) as you want. No huge crowds at any of the meals or activities, no getting up early to save a spot at the pool. Big enough to have everything you will want, small enough to be a bit intimate and a good mix of guests that you actually get to know a little as you do different things during the week.

This small , select beachfront hotel offers activities to suit all , good food in 3 different restaurants , champagne bar and delightful staff. We are in a superior first floor balcony room overlooking the exotic and well maintained gardens but also with a sea glimpse . Large airy room , free standing bath and large balcony with a couples lounger . We are constantly offered food, drinks and entertainment , our favourite so far being the swim up bar . Lots of brits and Americans here , all very friendly , but generally of an older generation at this time of year .

Spent nine nights with my husband here, had a very relaxing time. Staff were all very friendly and a special mention for Christie and Lenny. Our large garden view room was clean and well appointed and the bed extremely comfortable, however the air conditioning needs sorting out, other guests mentioned the same problems of being either hot or cold and not adjustable. Three restaurants and our favourite was Malabar directly on the beach. The champagne bar was a good place to meet other guests for a glass of bubbles before dinner. We would be happy to recommend.

Stayed at this resort a few years ago and loved it. They have rebranded and we were disappointed at our stay over Christmas, The resort is still very clean and beautify maintained. Garden rooms do not separate the bathroom from the bedroom, there is a path in front of ground floor rooms so there is no privacy. It previously had 3 restaurants from burgers to al la carte, now there is only one in the evening which is a la carte and only 5 options and same menus occur at regular short intervals - menu not to our liking. Lunch menu buffet style but boring, vegetables were not cooked, my husband had both chicken and pork and found both hard. One day shepards pie but no gravy.. Asked for sandwiched one evening - they were minute and the egg was cold fried egg, and the ham was hard. The desserts however were superb. Staff very friendly and helpful but it had lost its 'family' feel and it is now guest and staff. There are activities throughout the day if that is what you want; when water aerobics were on all you could hear for an hour was 'push etc'. The rebranding for me has changed this exceptional hard to find peaceful relaxing resort into one like most others. Most days we could not get a lounger on the beach. It may suit some but I will not be returning.

Our first visit over New Year and what a fabulous time we had. New Years Eve was amazing food and entertainment, a great party and fireworks was enjoyed by everyone, and champagne on the beach at midnight. So lovely to see all the staff enjoying the evening as well. We stayed for 10 days and as usual food, drinks and activities were all excellent, no issues booking Malabar or Thyme for evenings. Resort wasn’t full, but was getting busier towards end of our stay, but we didn’t encounter any loud large groups over our stay, was the usual vibe we have always had in the past. Plenty of room on the beach, sea was a bit rough for a few days, but still lovely to get some winter sun, whilst drinking a cocktail served by the lovely beach servers. Shout out to all the staff, they are all amazing and so friendly, it’s like returning to family. Too many to name individually, they all really do make the place. We look forward to returning this year to the best resort in St Lucia.

We had a really lovely stay at this boutique hotel. Grounds immaculate and the hotel is kept nicely maintained and attractively decorated. Our room was really nice, poolside and this was perfect for us as we had immediate easy access to the pool, swim up bar and the beach. The food and drinks available were of a very high standard and we enjoyed exceptional service from all staff on almost all times. My husband had the highest of compliments in regards to the fillet steak from The Thyme Restaurant and we particularly appreciated the level of effort that must had gone into putting on the amazing food and entertainment on New Year's Eve. It was greatly enjoyed. We liked that the hotel was more informal than envisaged and that the guests there at the same time as us (over Christmas and New Year) were friendly and relaxed and there was overall, a really nice vibe and feel to the place. It also appeared very safe and secure without having to be particularly aware of the security staff. I had read comments on previous reviews about noisy groups but this was certainly not our experience as this did not typify the type of people we came into contact with. Lots of free activities available, to join in with if wished and if you wanted to relax, then everything possible was available to make your stay as enjoyable and pleasurable as possible. Entertainment staff need a special mention as they always seemed to be enjoying whatever activity, they were putting on. So refreshing to see this. Minor gripes would be that snorkelling is not offered as a free activity and is only provided on a chargeable excursion basis and that sometimes wait times in the fabulous Malabar restaurant, were longer than we thought reasonable at lunchtimes. This did put us off a bit in using this restaurant but all in all, it is being a bit picky and we had a wonderful holiday here.

A friendly efficiently run hotel with charm and peacefulness. We used the terrace restaurant and the Malabar. Both excellent. Ideal for vegetarians. The delight of Stolen Time grew on us as our week went on. The Spa is good and there are plenty of other activities going on if you want to join in with them. The gardens are particularly gorgeous. The gardeners work hard. At night the garden lights are pretty and there is one enormous tree in the centre of a pretty garden which catches everyone’s eye. We were there at Christmas and the garden was beautifully decorated.

Perfect ingredients for a most peaceful and memorable relaxed vacation. Staff extremely attentive and friendly, they are happy you are there! The immediate access to the expansive beach favors this over Jade Mountain (for us). We will return for sure.

This was our 2nd stay at Stolen Time (11 to 20-Dec-2024) and it was just as great and relaxing as the first. Hands down the best resort we ever stayed at and I think we might be back again in the not too distant future. Thanks and special shout-outs to: - Joseph (Food & Drink Manager), Sharma (... the coolest bar tender ever ...), and all the chefs and staff at the restaurants - fabulous food & service !!! - Nile, Jo, Miguel and the rest of the Activities Team (... if you go make sure to try out all the Yoga, Pilates, Tai-Chi, etc. classes, and of course the epic beach volleyball battles every afternoon !!!) - Lincoln, Danny, Rumford, Rusty, and the rest of the dive boat teams. In summary highly recommended !

I returned to this resort after 33 years with my husband. We first went there on our honeymoon and this time we were celebrating our 60th birthdays. It is such an amazing resort and didn't disappoint. The staff throughout the resort in all departments were so friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the entertainments/leisure team. They put on lots of activities so as you could pick and choose depending on how energetic you felt. The food was the biggest highlight. We never ate a single meal or snack that we didn't enjoy. It was of the highest standard with a great deal of choice. Just needed to be careful I didn't eat too much as it was all so tempting! We will definitely be returning, a lot sooner this time too. We have travelled elsewhere in the Caribbean but St Lucia tops the islands we have visited as it is a tropical paradise. Would highly recommend the island and resort.

My husband and I have just returned from our second stay at Stolen Time. Following a 7-night visit to Tobago, we checked in for 10 nights. The quality of the staff is Stolen Time’s unique selling point. All staff, including Lisa (general manager), Matilda (who has worked at the hotel for over 29 years) and Christie (a 3-month newbie) put guests’ needs first. The beginning of December is a quiet time at the hotel. A great time for relaxation, great dining, superb cocktails and making new friends. We’ll be back!

Probably the best hotel I have stayed in, beautiful location and ideal wedding/ honeymoon choice. We got married on Nov 21st and everything was perfect. Sandra the Special Experiences manager was wonderful and attentive both in her contact pre wedding and being present on the day. You are spoilt for choice of wedding venues within the hotel. From a beautiful 150 yr old tree in the gardens to numerous beach locations. Sandra had several back up options still with views of the beach if the weather was rainy, luckily it was not. Food choice and quality was excellent and the staff could not do enough for you. The setting for the buffet restaurant is lovely overlooking beach. There are also two other restaurants to pick from both of a high standard. You are asked frequently if you would like drinks whilst lazing around. We were extremely well looked after and completely spoilt.
