Very nice hotel on the River in Chang Mai. A bit outside of the old city so you need a ride into town. Our room was lovely, we had a view of the pool from our executive suite, a huge balcony with day bed and swing for 2, big living room, bedroom and bath. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good but great. The restaurant was also good but not great and service for drinks is quite slow. All in all recommend the hotel for its room, location, and staff.

Lovely hotel a short Grab or tuk tuk ride away from the center of Chiang Mai. Our room was lovely, although the balcony overlooked the inside of the hotel and was above a water feature, which made it not particularly pleasant to sit on due to no view and mosquitoes!...

Lovely hotel a short Grab or tuk tuk ride away from the center of Chiang Mai. Our room was lovely, although the balcony overlooked the inside of the hotel and was above a water feature, which made it not particularly pleasant to sit on due to no view and mosquitoes! Breakfast good and the bar served good cocktails. The pool had very limited sunbeds and the water was freezing, but very refreshing after a day walking around Chiang Mai.

A beautiful hotel with 5 star service. A taxi raise away from the old city. Rooms perfect and ours had a love view of the river Ping. Endless choice on the breakfast buffet and evening al la carte menu. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our stay at the Rati Lanna Riverside Spa Resort was incredible! Having traveled extensively throughout the world, I can truly say that this is one of the prettiest hotels we've stayed in.. Without being in the hustle and bustle of the city, it is a short, quick ride to the night market and old city. The public areas of the resort are well-maintained and absolutely beautiful. The room was welcoming and well-appointed. The housekeeping staff was fantastic. The staff in the bars and restaurants attended to our every need. I especially want to give a "shout out" to Mam and Ying at reception. They were always eager to help in every way. We will definitely stay at this hotel upon our return to Chiang Mai!

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and could not fault it at all, part from not staying longer. Hotel was amazing, even got a free upgrade on the room. So clean and all the staff were so kind and attentive. Food at the restaurant was delicious and breakfast there was lots to pick from. Even had a shuttle bus to the night market and is only about a 20/30 minute walk back. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would 100% return!

The breakfast had many great choices and all of the staff was excellent. The only downside is the smoke makes the air quality very bad this time of year in Chang Mai. Other than that this ranks in my top 10 best resorts I’ve ever been to.

We ate in the restaurant: pretty location overlooking the river, food very good, and overall for the price good value.

Wow wow wow! This resort was absolutely stunning. From the grand enterance when you walk in to the amazing pool. We had such a special stay here for our honeymoon! They decorated the room and gave us special treats, it was really sweet. The drinks at the restaurant were SO good, we went back every day. The breakfast buffet also had so many great options. I loved how relaxing the pool area was. Lots of spots to sit in the sun. This hotel is also located very close to the airport and only a 5-10 minute drive from the night markets. I can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a luxury stay in Chiang Mai, you won't regret it.

The room we stayed in was lovely with a balcony over looking the swimming pool and river. Everyone were very courteous and helpful. At breakfast we had a huge choice of food that was absolutely delicious including a chef on hand to cook. We did not make it into the dining room as the food menu in the Alfresco area was delicious including a lovely view of the river. We could not fault them at all and would highly recommend people to stay at this Resort.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Food was alright, some of the stirred fried dishes were a bit too oily. For a 5 stars hotel, it would be nice to have slippers in every room. Our room had a lovely view of the river and pool.

We enjoyed everything about Aris day! Great location on the river, beautiful room, great food and of course excellent service even buy Thai standards! I would highly recommend a visit and Chiang Mai also!

Is a little out of the way and only has an evening shuttle bus to the night market (no return service) so used Grab to move around city. The rooms are impressive and those with a balcony are better,with a day bed. The boards around the pool are deteriorating a bit, but they appear to be onto this. Recommended hotel for relaxing although make sure you have insect spray due to the numerous ponds and due to the river being so close.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai, the whole thing was such good value for money - amazing pool too!

We went for dinner and it was exemplary in every way. The initial greeting by the staff was matched by the superb service during dinner. We started with drinks overlooking the river, which was delightful. We then moved to a table for dinner, staying outside where live , gentle music was played. The food was Thai and was amazing. Tiger prawns in a curry sauce, chicken in a coconut sauce with mushrooms and others. Truly delicious and the price was so reasonable. It was an experience that I thoroughly enjoyed, my fiancé was of the same opinion.
