This is a modern hotel with all the comforts. There are two PP hotels and we went to the other side of the resort first. Glad we were at the PP Arena side as it seemed quieter and more relaxed. Pool was nice but not heated so Sept was too cold. We thought there was a beach but the Rocky inlet nearby was not great. If you want an ocean view, get a top floor room. You can just see the ocean above the trees. If that’s not important go with the cheapest room you can get. We drove into town and found parking near the arena. Had to re-up after 2 hours but that worked. There is also a bus just outside the hotels entrance. The service was great, the buffet breakfast and dinner were extensive and easy to fill up. (Hint :separate slow small courses) Happy we stayed here for 2 nights before hiring the road again.

This is our first time Croatia and at a Radisson Hotel for our honeymoon. Unfortunately we can’t give a 4.5/5 I booked direct which meant we got additional perks which were brilliant! The hotel has been fantastic. It is clean, modern, well maintained and the staff are brilliant. Check in was quick. We did speak to reception on several occasions and they were always helpful, to be honest all the staff we encountered were brilliant. The pool is fantastic and I loved the smaller pool, which you could sit down in. Some days deck chairs were more limited than others, we never had an issue though! Food was plentiful and a good quality, although if you do not like fish or meat you maybe limited. As beautiful risottos and pastas always had added fish or meat which was a shame, as someone who is not a big meat/ fish eater. Would be good if they offered the same without meat or fish as an alternative. The only downside to the whole place which cannot be controlled by the hotel is the amount of people in the public beach down the road. We never got to use it as it was filled with locals and day trippers etc. but that didn’t bother us too much as the swimming pool area was brilliant. Lastly to add, the hotel kindly gave us a lovely note and gifts for our honeymoon. It was a fantastic touch that we really appreciated! All in all a fantastic holiday and we would love to return again.

We visited this hotel in July. We hadn’t been to Croatia before and the holiday started off well when we arrived and check in was fast with polite staff. The room was a little small, but very clean and no issues otherwise. We overlooked the pool with a French balcony which was nice. Plus it ended up being quite shady in the afternoon. We stayed bed and breakfast and food here was amazing. So much choice! We only ate here a couple of times in the evening because we wanted to explore the city but both times the food was lush and plentiful. The pool and pool bar were great. Loved the salt water pool! I also tried a spa treatment which was amazing. Well worth the money! The staff are great. So friendly and helpful and very chatty. It add that nice personal touch. The hotel itself is set in parkland with a couple of other hotels in the chain and some holiday chalets too. All of this is kept really tidy and clean. Very little litter or mess. And so much nature nearby too! The beach is beautiful, but does get really busy as it’s open to the public and there’s no shelter. I’d recommend going either end of the day when it gets a little quieter. Saying that, there are a couple of other beaches within a ten minute walking distance if you wanted to try those. The water is perfect! If we came back to Croatia, this hotel would be a first choice. Thank you to all the staff!

This hotel is perfect is every way. Close to the beach, perfect pools and areas for relaxing. Bar food and bars are excellent and staff are very friendly. They all speak very good English. There are lots of hotel organised excursions which are very well priced and have no transport costs to Pula. The gym and sauna facilities are very good also. There are many electric car chargers also which is a plus.

We have just returned after a wonderful stay at Park Plaza Arena hotel. The hotel is set in a beautiful wooded peninsula a couple of miles from Pula. The peninsula has a lot of very modern hotels, bars and restaurants, yet these are tastefully spread out and hidden in the beautiful and old woodland area. We had a pool view room with balcony and it was wonderful. Overlooking not just the pool, but the sea too. Plus, it’s south facing so lots of sunshine. The room itself is an adequate size, nicely decorated and immaculately clean. Breakfast is your standard European hotel buffet. No complaints there though. Great choice and plenty of it. We didn’t eat at the hotel in the evening. The vast majority of staff were all very friendly and were always happy to help. These genuine smiles and happy interactions can make a hotel as much as anything. If I had one gripe, it’s the price of drinks at the pool bar. A large beer (served in a tin) was €6. Sorry but that’s not ok and much pricier than other bars in the area (which we went to instead). Cocktails were lovely though and whilst pricy, I’m much happier to pay for well made cocktails. The hotel pool area is very clean, the pool is lovely and the whole area peaceful and chilled out. We did struggle to get sunbeds as the frustrating 7am towel droppers are out in force- Taking up empty beds for hours before actually using them!! Grrrr. Why don’t hotels realise that this is selfish and a huge annoyance to most guests!! It’s literally two minutes walk to Hawaii beach which is nice but very busy. More suited to us are the countless flat rock coves around the peninsular (5 mins walk) which allow for great snorkelling and you can get an area largely to yourself. Sea/beach shoes are a must here though. It’s about a 10 minute, pleasant walk to Verudella avenue. Here you can find a small supermarket, cafe, burger bar, good restaurant, tobacconist, tourist shop, salon and probably a few other things I didn’t see. The bus to Pula is about every 20 mins. It takes about ten mins to the centre and costs €2 each. It’s easy and Pula is a bustling small Roman city with lots to see and lots of shopping. We didn’t hire a car, but it looked like parking on the peninsula and at the hotel was a challenge. Lots of car parks but even more cars! There is a Cat Zoo just up the road. No, not big cats! Domestic Cats. Ok, it’s not a zoo really, it’s an area with loads of cat houses where about 25 cats live and mooch around. Someone obviously looks after them and it’s lovely to walk past on an evening and see how many you can see (up trees, in hedges, lying out on the grass etc). Food choices in the nearby area are ok. About 5 options away from the hotel. Most serving nice food at good prices. Oddly bottled water is VERY pricy though so watch that one. All round, this is a lovely hotel in a perfect position. This is not a partying area but is for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxed experience. We would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so wonderful.

This hotel was a very nice and much needed break from a stressful travel experience. The location is right at the south end of the Istrian Peninsula on the shore of the Adriatic. The surrounding area was very comfortable with nice restaurants, shopping, and European clientele. The hotel seems new and our room was very nice as one would expect with a newer hotel. The grounds offered places to relax and even take a nap outside. Access was easy and we were able to visit the Amphitheater the next day with very little difficulty.

We stayed at this hotel from 2nd September to the 16th September and it was one of our best holidays. The hotel was super, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The food was excellent, one of the best buffets that we have experienced in all our travels. The hotel was tranquil and just what we needed to rest and relax. The bar staff were great at recommending Croatian wines,including local regional ones which were all excellent. We would definitely like to stay here again.

We chose this hotel as it didn’t have lots of entertainment and shows and looked quiet and relaxing. We were so pleased when we arrived as it was just that. Very clean and the furniture and fixtures looked relatively new. Buffet breakfast and evening meal were really good lots of choice and the evening meal had different choices every night. The pool was lovely and it was a short stroll to a gorgeous pebble beach ( being beach shoes!). The hotel is situated amongst pine woods and is at the quieter end of the peninsula a very short work to the other hotels and bars. We did the loop most days. The bus to Pula is a short stroll away and was 2€ each way really handy. I had a massage at the spa which was really good. The hotel was fabulous but made so much more special by the staff who were professional and so very friendly and welcoming. Even though it was the end of their season you wouldn’t know it as the staff treated us so well. We would recommend this hotel if you want to have a relaxing break. It was our first time in Croatia and we were really impressed by the cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the people.

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel immaculate and staff are all so kind. Buffet meals are stunning in range and quality and cater for all. Pebble Beaches in area are delightful and bring a snorkel. Its like swimming in an aquarium. There is so much history to see in the area. We were busy sightseeing very day... forts and temples and nature reserves not to mention the amphitheatre! The bus into Pula very reliable and frequent, 1.5 euro.

We had a fabulous time at this hotel. Location was amazing amongst the forest and beautiful flowers. Lots of lovely places to swim from very close to the hotel. Lots of facilities and places to eat within 10 minutes walk from hotel,well stocked supermarket, coffee shop and ice cream parlour....

We had a fabulous time at this hotel. Location was amazing amongst the forest and beautiful flowers. Lots of lovely places to swim from very close to the hotel. Lots of facilities and places to eat within 10 minutes walk from hotel,well stocked supermarket, coffee shop and ice cream parlour. Hotel was fantastic the room was very clean ,towels changed everyday. Food was varied and plentiful, and of good quality. Staff across the hotel were very friendly and caring. Pool area was spotless and cleaned every morning and evening,pool towels provided which was a bonus,plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and also day beds on the grassed area which had a mixture of sun and shade. Pool bar sold a variety of drinks and you could also buy food from the main bar to eat outside . Pula Town is a must visit ,15 minutes on the bus costing 1 euro 50. Live acts 3 times a week in the evenings. Worth paying the extra for a balcony with pool view as you can also see some of the sea. Overall experience was exceptional and would definitely return in a heartbeat.
