We visited Park Hyatt hotel in Siem Reap in February of 2025. It is a beautiful place, the minute you step into the hotel you are surrounded by welcoming, polite and caring staff who are ready to help you and please you and to be helpful. We had beautiful room, the AC worked perfectly, the amenities were great, bed and pillows were comfortable and snowy white. The maid service was perfect and not annoying like in Las Vegas , they were ready to clean your room when it was convenient for you, plus they had turn down service in the evening. Bottled water was provided every day. The breakfast was the best part of the day - fresh, clean, pleasing to the eye and delicious . They had buffet items set up inside and outside plus you could order from the menu, a beautiful variety of items which included American style breakfast and local fair and it was delicious, every meal came out looking like it came from the five star restaurant, never boring, always full of flavor and colors. The hotel offers great dining menu as well - 3 tasting menus with local cuisine, the really fun one is “Le petit chef” 🧑🍳 It’s dinner and a show, highly recommend!
There are two beautiful pools in the hotel but for us the water temperature was a little bit too cool. Some people were swimming and I am sure it is quite busy in summer, they have food and drinks service by the pool too.
The location was great - walking distance to the Pub street with all the restaurants and bars and stores and nightlife.
There are plenty of Tuk Tuks around the hotel that you can hire to go around the town and they are very reasonably priced.
We had incredible time at this hotel and recommend it to anyone who would like to come and visit Cambodia 🇰🇭

Stayed for 4 nights to experience Angkor Wat ruins as do most people. An enjoyable stay, hotel staff were especially friendly. Don’t know if it’s against government regulations but after many complaints from other guests shown on trip advisor, the hotel still haven’t sound proofed the rooms next to the busy road. We overcame the problem by sleeping with ear plugs. Breakfast was a disappointment, food wasn’t delicious, just so so. I guess it’s difficult to source the ingredients that westerners like. A big thank you to Vivi for making our stay more enjoyable by arranging an afternoon in the Spa. If you want a friendly Tuk Tuk driver at a very cheap price ask the concierge for Saritz , number 14 who’s contracted to the hotel. See attached picture of his “Harley Davidson” I would definitely stay again at the Park Hyatt because of its location, hopefully the management can sort out the two issues I mentioned.

Modern hotel in a pretty good location. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the old market. Very gracious and helpful staff. Restaurant is good, but not great, although the musical and dancing entertainment was a nice addition. The downsides were for us were the bed mattresses were very hard (recognizing this can be a personal preference) and made for an uncomfortable sleep, and the water pressure varied during the day depending upon use in the hotel. At one point while one of us was in the shower the water cut off to a trickle for about 15 minutes. The rooms were large but the lighting can be dark.

Great hotel in Siem Reap with good location. Only a short walk from the market and pub street. Very friendly and helpful staff and the food at the hotel is also very good. Outside you can order food from both The Dinning Room and Living Room. Every evening they have a dance performance from local dansers in the beautyful court yard. Be aware that the pool is not heated and it is very cold even for Scandinavians. We did not see anybody in the pool.

The hotel really worked hard to introduce you to the Khmer culture. They had evening perfomances of traditional dance and music in the courtyard. During breakfast they’ll break open a fresh coconut for you to drink the water. There is also a little section where traditional Khmer coffee is brewed and served.
The staff is eager to please and seem happy to be working at this hotel. Probably great management here. Special thanks to the dining room manager Vivi and our lovely server Sreymom for their excellent service. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The BEST restaurant EVER! The people here are beyond kind and Vanith and Sreymom were the sweetest <3 If you ever come, ALL their food is to die for and you can order food outside, by the tree sourrounded by water, which is very nice and provides a great atmosphere!

We went as an extension to visit Angkor Wat using Viking Cruises. This is a luxury hotel with 2 large swimming pools. The one on the ground floor is salt water and the one on the first floor is regular chlorinated water. This one is huge with private built in cabanas at no charge. There is a nice gym adjoining. There’s is a nice bar area and restaurant around a decorative pool with torches lighting the way after dark. Breakfast is a buffet or order off a menu. Staff was extremely helpful and efficient. There were several beautiful ladies in lavender and pink Cambodian dress who were hostesses. The rooms are huge. Plenty of outlets and a phone next to the toilet. Ample closet space and a partition that could be opened and closed between the tub and bed area. Highly recommend.

The service was nothing short of exceptional—every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. Their attention to detail was remarkable, with thoughtful touches that made us feel truly cared for throughout our time there.
The hotel itself is immaculate, beautifully designed, and meticulously maintained. Every corner reflects elegance and cleanliness, offering a peaceful retreat after exploring the vibrant streets of Siem Reap.
The central location was another huge plus—just minutes from the night market, Pub Street, and a short drive to the awe-inspiring Angkor Wat temples. It made getting around easy and allowed us to soak in the best of what Cambodia has to offer.
What really stood out was how the staff went above and beyond in every way—from personalized recommendations to arranging seamless day trips and making sure every need was met with a smile. They truly care about making each guest’s experience special.
Our stay at Park Hyatt Siem Reap was more than just a hotel visit—it was an experience we’ll always treasure. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cambodia.

Beautiful Bensley designed hotel in a great location right in the center of Siem Reap, within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops and less than 30mins driving distance from Angkor Wat. Hotel breakfast is great (buffet and a la carte) and every night there is an authentic Khmer performance in the hotel courtyard. Service was outstanding and everyone was extremely nice and attentive (particularly Nita in the lobby area). Hotel also provides a lot of activities and transportation options, but they tend to be very very expensive (2-10x) compared to what other reputable local companies charged. Stayed for 5 nights and would definitely come again.

Hotel is a decent upscale hotel, rooms are nice, bathrooms & showers are nice. However I'm leaving with a sour taste in my mouth because the hotel charges a "service fee" (tip) on everything. Tours booked through them, transportation, spa services, etc. That might be fine if they told you, but we didn't know until in check out, and in the meantime we had given cash tips to drivers, tour guides, massage therapists, etc. I want my money back! It's such a scam, typical for this country 😤
I wouldn't come back, despite the good customer service. It's too annoying, the staff should have simply refused my tips and informed me that it was already included. So dishonest.

We had a wonderful five-night stay at Park Hyatt Siem Reap. At first, our room was a bit noisy because of the nearby road, but the team made sure our experience was perfect.
During breakfast on the second day, Ms. Vivian, the Guest Experience Manager, came to our table to check on us. She was so kind and professional. When I mentioned the noise, she immediately offered us a much quieter and upgraded room. The new suite was beautiful—spacious, luxurious, and with an amazing bathroom. We really appreciated her effort to make our stay comfortable.
The breakfast was delicious every morning, with so many fresh and tasty options. We also enjoyed the small touches, like the traditional Khmer massage and the chance to try local crafts.
But what made our stay special was the staff. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The Cambodian hospitality here is truly heartwarming.
Thank you, Park Hyatt Siem Reap, for such a memorable experience. We would love to come back one day!

The chef, Kim San, saw me every day and joyfully told me about the special dishes he prepared for us that were vegetarian and vegan. We felt so well cared for.
Kavi, another restaurant manager, arranged a surprise meal including masala dhosa, just to bring us a taste of home.
Vivi, guest relations manager, really made sure our stay was nice.
Special thanks to all the folks who made our stay special including Bunsak who arranged a special tuk tuk tour for us, Vichet, Naza, Bunsak, Sreinuch, the masseuse, Vanith (her service at dinner was very very good), and Pranith. All excellent people. Beautiful hotel and nice rooms.
