This was our third trip to Buenos Aires and our first stay at the Palladio. We loved our room on the 14th floor with a balcony overlooking the beautiful park across the street. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had two sinks and a separate stall shower. The entire staff (including Valentina and Sasha at the front desk) was exceptionally courteous, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was lavish and constantly replenished by the dining staff. We enjoyed using the pool, which was a nice respite despite being shallow. The hotel is well-located, intimate, and beautiful and we will definitely stay here again.

Our recent stay at the Palladio Hotel Buenos Aires was exceptional from start to finish. The warm and generous welcome set the tone for our visit, and we were even offered an early check-in as our room was ready upon arrival. The staff member who brought our bags to the room was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything we needed to know.
A special mention goes to Diego at reception/concierge, whose professionalism and dedication truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was both comfortable and enjoyable.
While our room was absolutely stunning, it was the outstanding service that made our experience unforgettable. We will undoubtedly stay here again and highly recommend the Palladio to anyone visiting Buenos Aires.

Great little boutique hotel in a central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. A good and varied selection at breakfast. The rooms are nice and modern. My only criticism would be that there are a number of lights coming from the tv, telephone and fire alarms at night which are disturbing. Especially the one coming from the box behind the tv. Also the hotel has a nice bar and restaurant with delicious food.

This is a very comfortable small boutique hotel with an intimate and friendly feel to it. The staff are plentiful, extremely professional and helpful. The standard rooms are on the small side with not much of a view but pleasantly presented and well equipped. The airconditioning is noisy but effective. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of freshly cooked options as well as the buffet. The restaurant is also good with plenty of choice, mostly Italian. The bar is excellent and the bar staff know their cocktails and are eager to please. There is a small pool and bar on the 11th floor which is worth a visit at this time of the year.

We stayed for ten nights. The location in Recoleta was excellent for historic architecture, shops, coffee shops and restaurants. The park in front added a welcome green space in the chaotic and concreted urban area.
The staff were friendly and extremely helpful throughout the hotel. Reception offered the service of giving us Argentinian pesos for a 10% fee rather than the 40% from the cash machine from Argentinian banks. Both the check in and check out processes were easy.
The hotel was well serviced. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The gym had several different types of modern equipment, which was good. The swimming pool area upstairs was small, but relaxing for a city hotel. We used the massage facilities, which was good but not from a muscle specialist masseur. We ordered room service from the Negresco restaurant, which was good, but the pasta was not genuine Italian.
The breakfast area had a wide variety of food types catering for different palates and some varied over the ten days. The only comment would be about the coffee, which was not great, if you are used to drinking the Italian roasted style. On my husband’s birthday, they brought a mini birthday cake to the room and a card wishing him happy birthday.
In terms of sustainability, the hotel is making an effort. In the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are inside the refillable containers rather than the single use plastic small bottles still available in some hotels. The other available toiletries were inside recycled paper bags. The hotel’s room keycard was made with bamboo. The only thing I would suggest would be to reprogram the electric power settings after inserting the keycard not to light up the entire bedroom, as I had to keep switching lights off every time I came into the room.

Buenos Aires Palladio MGallery provided excellent service, and the staff were polite and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after exploring Buenos Aires. Room service and the hotel restaurant were both fantastic and exceeded expectations.
The only minor issue was the breakfast—options were limited, and the quality could have been better. However, this didn’t overshadow the overall experience, which was otherwise exceptional. A great choice for a comfortable and well-serviced stay in the city.

The only problem was trying to get the TV to work. I called reception to fix it, they did but the next morning had the same problem. 5 stars anyway as the TV was not a priority :)

Bathroom had a bath and separate shower and tea/coffee making in the room.
Hop on Hop off bus stop is opposite the hotel.
An excellent restaurant downstairs makes this a deserved leader of all hotels in BA.
So it’s very hard to find fault because there just weren’t any.
Will definitely stay here again.
