Quaint hotel in a great area of town. They have a wonderful breakfast with coffee and food to order. We stayed here 2 nights before embarking on a Patagonia trip. You can walk virtually everywhere, and there are a couple of great steak places within a few blocks. Clean and comfy.

Very stylish hotel, in an excellent location. Staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms are compact as you would expect from a boutique hotel in one of the most fashionable parts of the city, but facilities were good, and we had a small balcony to watch the world go by. Breakfast was good, and served in a small stylish restaurant area.

The entrance of the hotel is somewhat hidden behind plants. The ground floor is holds reception and breakfast room, plus two patios, of which one has a pool. It looks modern and nice. Upon arrival we had an issue with a lost phone, and the reception staff went out of their way to come up with a solution, which worked out very well. That is real service. The room was quite small, but quiet and holds all you need. Its just a bit crowded to see where to put the luggage (even though we were traveling very light). The bathroom is small, but also holds all you need. Breakfast is good, we only had hoped to have breakfast outside, but that is no option. There is no bar or anything for the evening, but the location is surrounded by paces to eat and drink. The water in the room is not free, that alwasy is a nuisance, but we understood you can ask for filtered water to fill your own bottles.

This hotel is a gem and conveniently situated in the trendy Palermo district of BA. The front desk staff are amazingly helpful and informative, the rooms are spacious and quiet with adequate air conditioning. If you are up for it the main attractions are easily walkable (Teatro colon , recoleta cemetery, etc). If you like small boutique hotels then this won’t disappoint. Can also recommend Fogon asado restaurant and their cookery school Criolla also on the same street as mine hotel.

Stayed at the Mine Hotel for 3 nights as part of a 4 centre package and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s small (only 20 rooms) meaning you see the same staff regularly and they clearly take pride in making you welcome. However just because it’s small doesn’t mean you don’t get all the benefits of a larger corporate hotel. Everything is efficient and friendly and all facilities are well maintained. They have lots of small personal touches such as complimentary chocolates to your room every evening. Rooms are comfortable and clean with everything you might need including toiletries etc. There’s a pillow selection which, unlike many larger hotels actually has a difference between the firmness of the pillow. Can’t fault either facilities or service.

Wow! This hotel exceeded our expectations. Location is great, in a very nice neighbourhood. Clean and very nice decorated. Shower is amazing! And has hot water and strong volume. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is great and includes actual espresso coffee, and your own style egg. And most importantly, the service is outstanding! For anything you need. Staff was really going out of their way to help with everything we needed. Even when we had to check out early as 3:30am they packed breakfast for us. Highly recommend!

We thought it was a good hotel. It wasn't a five star place, but we really liked it. The Pro's: Great location, very convenient to EVERYTHING, and easy to get to. Breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff was helpful. Cons: Small rooms, sort of European in that aspect. Our room overlooked the road, (Avenida Gorriti), and it's LOUD until quite late in the evening and then again pretty early in the morning. Also, they started doing construction inside the building, and they were hammering and banging before 7AM. That's pretty early for vacation. Was it great enough that I would I stay there again? Not sure. I think I'd be inclined to try a different hotel the next time.

This was a fantastic boutique hotel where the staff couldn’t do more to help you On checking in they gave us a large list of local restaurants which indicated how close they were, what kind of food they served and a rough cost of a meal. They also offered to book any restaurant we wanted and in some, by mentioning we were staying at the hotel you would get a free welcome drink It’s situated in Palermo where there is a lot of shops, restaurants, bars and markets so a perfect location

Met all my expectations. Rooms not large but very clean and all amenities - tissues, slippers, toiletries. Great service as well. Stayed at another Palermo boutique hotel that is rates higher on trip advisor but Mine was much better. Will stay here again.

Very responsive to email questions prior to trip. Small room but fine for 3 nights and expected in a city location. Good breakfast, drinking water available on request. Helpful staff with map and recommendations for dinner etc Overall a good place to stay in BA

We had a fabulous stay at The Mine Hotel. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We overlooked the pool area which was lovely. All the staff were so helpful at all times. We always felt safe walking around the area at night. There was a fabulous choice of restaurants close by and the hotel helpfully provided a list for us. There was a Western Union within a 5-10 minute walk to exchange money. I really looked forward to the breakfast each morning which was so lovey with freshly prepared egg dishes. The pool area looked lovely however we did not have time to use it. I would love to return and stay here and highly recommend this hotel

Friendly, professional staff. Quiet room. Full breakfasts served daily. Perfect location for Palermo Soho. We walked to three exceptional restaurants the first three nights -- La Cabrara, Fogon Asado (Tasting Menu). and Julia. Airport service was especially appreciated.

We loved our stay in this beautiful boutique hotel, thoughtful & sustainable products & decor and exceptional service. Located the vibrant Palermo SoHo district with easy access to browsing, shopping and dining. Highly recommended and we are looking forward to a return visit.

The Mine Hotel is located in the Palermo area of Buenos Aires. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the hotel has a nice, relaxing pool area. It's located in a great part of town, with many restaurants, bars, coffee/pastry and ice cream shops all within walking distance. A great location to really enjoy the European feel of Buenos Aires.

We really enjoyed this hotel, very attentive and competent personal service. Nice room and excellent placed in the number one neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The reception staff was very helpful I. Guiding to best experiences, making reservations and even reminding us. Highly recommended!
