Had a great time at the Bluu bar. Our waiter, Ivonne was super attentive with us and went out of the way to understand drinks that had never been ordered before. 10/10 would recommend visiting! We will make sure to stop here whenever we come visit hotel palacio.

Excellent service, staff is the kindest and made us feel so welcome. Mizumi restaurant is delicious and hosts Ricardo and Angel are so very nice, kind and sweet all the time. The food is great and the staff is so welcoming all the time. Amazing service in all ways.

Great hotel! Close to the airport an to the beautiful beach, stayed one night. We’ve got a great service on arrival, fast check in along with some delicious refreshment drinks. Not too busy on that day, which allowed us to enjoy a great afternoon by the pool mostly by ourselves....
