Pacific Resort Aitutaki is the perfect place to stay when you want to get away from it all. The lagoon, the rooms, the location, the people are all perfect. The staff are friendly and most greet you with a smile. If the staff had the same enthusiasm for their guests as the people in Fiji do then it would be that little bit better. Overall we had a wonderful time at this resort and the only thing that would stop us going back is having to fly Jetstar to get there!

Pacific Resort Aitutaki was amazing in all aspects. When we stepped into our villa, we were speechless. The sea view was incredible and everything in the villa was so thoughtfully decorated and lovely arranged. The swimming pool with sea view was one of our favourite spots and it was a treat to have happy hour cocktails in the afternoon. The view from the restaurant during dinner was spectacular and the food quality was very good. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful paradise and it was hard to leave Pacific Resort after 5 days.

Superb resort in an idyllic headland location with possibly the best island snorkeling right in front of the hotel. Sensational gardens, beautiful entry which then takes you through to an elevated pool, ocean and reef view. Do your research and look at photos of the resort, it is impressive. It has been built over and around an ancient volcanic landscape with a relaxed yet sensational main area including the restaurant which then flows through to the villas which are all located on the beach. Extensive, well maintained gardens surround the resort. Every amenity is included in the spacious rooms, nicely furnished and very comfortable beds. Plus you look over the ocean and can walk out your front door onto the beach. The staff, like all the locals, are helpful, courteous and helpful. Attention to every resort detail is well catered for. Half board was included, lunches can be purchased from the pool bar or go for a short walk up the street to the occasional shop. " Town" ( a handful of shops ) is a 10 minute walk away. Bikes, kayaks, SUPs and snorkeling gear are all complimentary. I can only recommend this resort and would definitely stay there next visit, my guess is it is the best on the island.

My husband and I were blessed to be able to stay at the Pacific Resort Aitutaki and it was our first time to the Cook Islands This place is heaven with all the trimmings and you will feel like royalty and taken care of. We are saving to go back! 11/10

This is truly a 5 Star Resort. The staff are AMAZING! James Lockery/Concierge is very good at his job - he was a delight to work with and so friendly and accommodating. The grounds were immaculate and so beautiful. The room and the attention to detail was wonderful - down to the fresh flowers on the bathroom vanity and even on the mat outside the shower! The coconut beverage and dish of flower petals on the coffee table on arrival were very welcome as were the hat, sarong and sandals that were left on our arrival. There was nothing left to chance. What a AMAZING property this is.

Wow!! This is a truly wonderful resort on an island paradise. Our room with our own direct access to the lagoon was just amazing. Plenty of space, comfortable furniture, all the niceties one could desire including the outside showers, fluffy towels, etc. All staff were super friendly and helpful. The dining area looks out across the lagoon with magnificent sunsets and superb food and service.. Cocktails by the pool served with the freshest popcorn. Paddle boards and kayaks always available. We appreciated the adults only aspect. We don't often indulge in high end resorts, but this was worth every penny.

We had an excellent experience here. in a truly magical location. The only star loss was due to recommendation of improvements to transfer / checkin in humid wet season and restaurant / cleaning swrvices. the location and room and grounds are an absolute oasis. For alternative food options there are amazing cafes across the island with great food. i would recommend they provide clod towel and water upon arrival when waiting for other guests or waiting at checkin.

This was a true bucket list experience staying at the best resort in one of the best locations in the South Pacific. For an adult only retreat, it cannot be beaten to unwind, be pampered and recharge the batteries in peace. Being so remote simply adds to the charm.

We have just returned from a perfect 6 night stay @pacificresort.com. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. The food was 5* with a chocolate lava cake to die for! The beach and lagoon were just beautiful and snorkelling outside our extremely comfortable accommodation was amazing. All facilities clean and include free use of bikes, kayaks, paddleboards and snorkelling gear. Cocktails awesome too! It was a real luxury treat and we hope to return one day. The best resort on Aitutaki! Excellent location with amazing views from our beach villa. All of the staff were genuinely happy for us to be there--kind and welcoming. Breakfast was included with very generous portions and delicious food and fresh fruits daily. We ate dinner there every night--fresh ingredients, great value. Although this is considered the low/rainy season, we were really lucky with the weather, it was sunny and hot every day. I highly recommend the Lagoon tour with Bishop--excellent snorkeling and beautiful motus to explore, plus lunch on the beach! The snorkeling in front of our room was great also. Snorkel gear provided (we brought own own), bikes, kayaks, reef shoes and stand up paddle boards also provided by the resort. The most reliable Wi-fi on the island is here. Your room is cleaned daily and they also provide an ample supply of filtered UV treated drinking water. I highly recommend this slice of paradise!!

We had the most glorious 5 nights at the resort. The experience was outstanding from the welcome ar the airport to the farewell as we were leaving. The atmosphere is calm, quiet and very relaxing. The bungalows are extremely well appointed with beautiful views and absolute beach frontage. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The staff are very efficient and friendly. All staff members took time to know us and always greeted us by name whenever we met them. Nothing was a problem for them and everything was done with a smile on their faces. The food was delicious and the table service outstanding. Sevi, Baldwin and all the wait staff in the restaurant made our dining experiences extra special. The restsurant has beautiful views out across the lagoon. Eating dinner watching the spectacular sunsets was an experience we will not forget. The Black Rock bar is an excellent place to spend some time. Great lunches available and bar service by Vola exceptional. I can recommend the Tiare Spa to all. You are guaranteed to be treated by very knowledgeable kind and gentle women. The only bad part of our holiday was having to leave.

The Pacific Resort is outstanding in every way. The rooms are clean, spacious and have direct access to the water. The resort grounds and pool were spotless. We stayed 5 nights and ate most meals in the restaurant and beside the pool. We used the canoes and took the bikes for a ride. The staff are amazing and so friendly. It’s peaceful and quiet with no kids. You can do as much or as little as you please. We will definitely return.

We loved the place so much we decided to stay a few more nights and team acted quickly and even provided a discount on the additional nights. If your looking for a casual relaxed upmarket place then Aitutaki Pacific Resort is awesome

The restaurant food was delicious and the service was top-notch. We will be returning and can’t recommend this resort enough! It truly is paradise and pictures don’t do it justice! 11/10 stars!

It was extremely beautiful we spent five days there, the view was terrific as well as the accommodation. It is also easy to walk to the other resorts if you want to try there restaurants. Long walks on the beach if you like or just lay by the pool and do nothing. I felt like its a mixture of Fiji & Cook Island as you will find a lot of workers from Fiji who are very nice. You should all try and visit Cook Island if you can. We then moved on to the main land and stayed at Little Polynesian Resort which is adults only and has only 12 water villas and 4 garden rooms another one to try for all.

The moment we stepped off the plane in Aitutaki we were in paradise. From James greeting us at the airport and his banter on the way to the resort, to the easy check-in and orientation. We were in villa 101 which was fantastic! The view from the villa words cannot describe, to the amazing snorkelling, steps from our villa to the beach and lagoon. We came to relax, and relax we did. We had a package that included breakfast and dinner and the food we cannot fault at the amazing restaurant at the resort. They also offered daily activities, including coral planting with Joeli, well worth doing; to free push bikes that you can use to ride around the island (not difficult), to the happy hour at the pool bar from 4pm. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful and will help you with everything. They booked us on a lagoon cruise which was the best day of snorkelling and visiting several sites around the lagoon, again you need to see it for yourself, photos do not do it justice. Everyone at the resort was so friendly, they made us feel welcome, special and relaxed. We travel a lot and could not stop talking about this amazing resort, staff and place for weeks when we got back, a testament to Pacific Resort. We don’t normally revisit the same place / resort, but in this case, we will certainly be back! Thank you to all the wonderful staff and Pacific Resort, you made this a holiday to remember!

From the time we were met at the airport and until dropped back to the airport the Pacific Resort treated us as we were the only guests at the resort. The staff were excellent, and by that we mean all the staff no matter what there job was. Nothing was a problem, always a warm smile and greeting and always eager to assist in any way. The resort is amazing, as was the food, drinks, room service, cleaning, entertainment. You could get up in the morning admire the view of the lagoon, go down and have breakfast and again admire the lagoon, beach and pool. Have a relax then enjoy lunch, have a drink at the Black Rock Bar, then prepare for dinner. Again admire the lagoon, then the sunset over the lagoon and outer reef frpm the Rapae Restaurant, just another great day in what can only be described as paradise, and we haven't left the resort yet. The food and variety was exceptional every day. The food and service was so good people from other resorts prefered to eat at the Pacific, and we met a few of them while staying for ten days. The worst part of the stay was knowing we had to leave. My wife and I could not recommend this Resort and its staff highly enough. It's the holiday that will stay in your memory forever for all the right reasons.

This resort was absolutely incredible, we truly loved our stay in every way. From our welcome at the airport by the lovely James, to the stunning accomodation, friendly staff, and breathtaking scenery, we couldnt have wanted for anything more. Such a surreal experience.

Pacific Resort Aitutaki is a beautiful resort to relax, unwind and switch off. It is situated on the beautiful lagoon with access to kayaks, SUPS and incredible snorkelling! The rooms were spacious and situated on the beach. We paid extra for the ultimate room which had extra space, sun lounges on the balcony AND the beach. Beautiful indoor and 2 outdoor showers! The staff were exceptional. We loved that when meeting us they said "welcome home". The bar staff in particular learnt our names from the start, which made us feel so welcome! Amazing cocktails, service and food. We had breakfast and dinner included. Dinner was like dining at a fine dining restaurant (we had 3 courses included and it was incredible). The best part of the pacific resort Aitutaki is their coral planting program, run by one of the bar staff, Joeli. Joeli is so incredibly passionate about regenerating the coral. I was lucky enough to experience the coral planting and cleaning on my own. It was fantastic to be at a beautiful resort that also cares about the impact to the environment. Thank you for a honeymoon we will never forget!
