My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and experienced top-notch service. The room was impeccably clean and well-organized, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby! The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, and the location was perfect for exploring the city with ease. What impressed me the most was the staff – incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Truly an amazing experience, and I will definitely be coming back

My time at One&Only One Za’abeel was unmatched. Not only is the exterior of the building a wonder to see, but the interior is just as beautiful, paying homage to the desert and skies of the region. The service is impeccable, with a plethora of staff members going above and beyond to make my stay wonderful, especially Dutaman. The suites are spacious with impeccable views. The restaurants offer delicious dishes, Andaliman was one of my favorites during my stay. Both the garden pool and infinity pool are worth spending time lounging beside. Don’t forget to book a longevity assessment at the spa which gives interesting insight into your health with follow-up spa recommendations. Overall my stay was phenomenal and I would stay here over and over again when in Dubai.

In the past 2 years, I have stayed at Waldorf Astoria (Palm), Raffles (Palm), Mandarin Oriental, One & Only Royal Mirage, One & Only Zabeel, Grossvenor House, St. Regis Downtown, Le Royal Meridien and Conrad, mainly for 1-2 weeks in each. This hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere, there is nothing within walking distance, but at the same time, Dubai mall is only 10 minutes away by car during traffic hours, and airport is only 15 minutes away. Thats why we chose this hotel for our airport hotel to finish our holiday (spent 2 weeks in One & Only Royal Mirage and Mandarin Oriental). The service here was the best I have ever received. Special thank you to Marta from the reception. She took great care of us at check in and as the room was not ready yet, she gave us a tour of the hotel (which I would recommend to every guest, as the hotel is extremely confusing to walk around). She took such great care of us, that it really felt as is she took us as her personal priority to make sure we were always satisfied with everything. The great service could also be seen at the car park / lobby, where staff always opened the doors and carried your shopping bags to your room without even asking. This level of service was better than at any of the above listed luxury hotels. They have 2 pools. The sky bridge has a minimum spend of 250aed per person, but 4th floor Bali-style pool is free. There is limited availability, but atleast during our stay, it was never even half full. It does not compare to a beach resort, but is one of the best city hotel pool areas I have ever been to, maybe even the best. Pools were also very warm which was nice. The sky bridge pool is very windy, but offers spectacular views. Howwever, the pool looks nice in pictures than it is in real life. I did prefer the 4th floor resort pool much more. They have 2 options for breakfast, the main one on floor 25, and a more private one on the top floor. The top floor is only for hotel quests. It was actually so private that we were literally the only people there the whole time. So talk about privacy. Buffet was quite small, but they were happy to make any dish you asked. Slso, fantastic service from staff over there. They also have 2 gyms, both are superior. Best hotel gym I have ever seen. They literally have recovery rooms with massage chairs, saunas, yoga studios, free weights, ropes, everything. And stunning views. The rooms are brand new, as is the whole property. Super clean, great design, just fantastic. The room airconditioning was difficult to get to warm yo to 22-23, as no matter what we did, it never got warmer than 19 degrees, unless sun was shining through windows. That was the only downside at the hotel. Bedding was high quality and they have Dyson hairdryers in the room. It seems that One & Only does not care about the room keys, as here and at Royal Mirage they were the most basic and cheapest door keys I have ever seen, no localization, no branding etc. Most luxury hotels have stunning keys too. I will absolutely return to the hotel!

The hotel is brand new and the service is quite different from the rest of the one and only but in a good way. The hotel is strategically located on the iconic one zabeel building with the world's longest hanging cantilever between two towers and next to iconic venues- Dubai frame, world trade center, beautiful light parks, train stations and from the staff, all rooms have specific beautiful views of the city depending on the location. We arrived on ground level and we were directed to Level 1, and from the Lobby Hostess, we got to learn the building has 2hotels and the check-in is on a higher level. That's where the elevator maze starts. There are quite a number of elevators which the hostess explained that it's a city resort, unlike the beach resorts where you walk on ground, with this city resort, the steps increase with changing elevators. Since we stayed one night, we never got to learn our way with the various lifts. The hotel has two pools-though we didn't get a chance to access any since both had private events but caught a glimpse of one from the spa during our tour-the spa is so beautiful and very high-tech. There are a number of beautiful restaurants that are worth visiting but only dined in Aelia which was amazing, the staffs: Tanaka, Anjan, Ahmed and all others are awesome, the food variety, service and ambience coupled with tremendous views made our dining experience memorable. We visited the gym, though didn't get time to use it. The rooms are amazing, very spacious, spotless clean with incredible views. The staffs throughout the hotel are exceptionally happy and helpful. Special mention to Benson who helped us with a taxi however busy it was and Dama Lee our hostess for her thorough explanation of the hotel. In conclusion, our brief stay at this newly established One&Only location within the impressive One Za'abeel building gave us a distinctive stay and positive departure from the brand's traditional resorts.
