Currently staying room 453 - Deluxe side sea view - HB Dine around. We booked 6 nights from 11-17 March 2025. Taj Group is a premium brand hotel group - The Taj Exotica Palm is no exception- Firstly - The hotel is immaculately clean - an impressive, very secure and safe. Transport is primarily by taxi as it is at the far end of the east arm of the Palm - UBER or Careem apps work perfectly- there is a morning and afternoon shuttle to Dubai Mall of the Emerates’s- but no other public transportation. Food is fantastic, Dine around allows use of the main buffet , the Raia Restaurant, The Rabbit Pub - and a 150 credit in the Indian Restaurant- The buffet was extremely good and breakfast- incredible choice. Pool and beach were very well managed - previous reviews talked about loud music all day - Thankfully this is no longer - the Beach and Pool were both calm - and relaxing- There were a few families - with children and this was nice to see, generally the children were very well behaved- This is generally an adult hotel - there is a children’s pool - we were very happy with the mix of children and adults - The pool is supervised and felt very safe - obviously food and drinks are served to your bed. What is fantastic is that you get an ice bucket with included bottled water - This can make a big difference as some resorts a small water can be easily £5. Towels, Beds , plentiful- a lovely pool space for swimming and sun bathing - The spa has free gym , sauna, steam - we visited everyday and generally it was empty - un believable as it was a beautiful calm space. Rooms - beautiful, coffee pods, lovely soaps, beautiful bed linin - very quiet at night. Great TV with news and movie channels. I think you get the picture that this is a hotel which we very much loved - I would say it’s upper mid range - not extraordinary luxury like the Atlantis Royal or the Berg al Arab - but its service come close. Definitely provides great value. The hotel has brilliant staff who seem happy and generally pleased to work here - Obviously great service comes from good management and training - There are lots of managers around , they seem genuinely interested in providing great service - there is a high level of attention to detail - This is a very well managed hotel. Brendon on the breakfast terrace and Rose in Raia are both great ambassadors for hotel service. In summary, a beautiful, classy resort hotel , with great food and great service - you won’t regret booking here - Thank you - Mr Mrs Reid Room 453 11-17 March 2025.

An incredible experience from the moment we arrived. The hospitality from the staff was amazing during every interaction. Despite being an early arrival, the staff checked us into our room immediately. We selected the half board option which in hindsight was a brilliant idea as there were not many options nearby for strolling to eat. There were 5 restaurants to choose from, all of which exceeded our expectations. There were always many Indian options which was a favourite of ours but the manner in which the staff encouraged us to try new and different flavours was both educational and fun. The room was made up many times throughout the day and the turn down service was a special touch with relaxation options. To say the staff made this experience would not be an exaggeration. Every single person greets you with a smile. We will definitely be back. Thank you. Xxxx

We went for the classic afternoon tea at this beautiful resort on our anniversary. We were welcomed warmly. We were served with a welcome drink (Chai Exotica) followed by a three tier stand containing scones with a selection of jams and whipped creams, sandwich fingers and a selection of petite fours. All the items were delicious. We had a hot chocolate and Karak Chai as hot drinks. The ambience was relaxed and a melodious flautist nearby kept the environment quite cheerful. The staff surprised us with an anniversary cake. The food was more than enough for us. Mercy took excellent care of us. A wholesome and satisfying way to celebrate our anniversary.

Was very impressed with the hotel, hotel facilities, the room and the excellent service provided by the staff, however our stay was not 5 star because unless in your room there was no escaping the noise of the many children at the hotel especially the pool area as no area had been dedicated to adults only. We had booked the club lounge and expected to at least find some adult time in there however unfortunately at times the lounge had the atmosphere of a children’s party. We did discuss this with the staff and were offered to be moved, however again there was no adults only section so was not a resolution and just made us as a couples only feel very much in the minority of guests.

The Taj is one of the best hotels on the Palm that we have stayed at. This was our second visit and it was superb. Everyone at the Taj is very welcoming but there is one person at Customer Services is the key reason we went back to the Taj and will keep going back. Ananya fro Customer Services is a gem. Ananya defines the tag line "Tajness". Always welcomes you with a smile. We reached the hotel on Saturday at around 10am and was greetd by Ananya with a big smile and said "Welcome back sir/maam. Lovely to see you again". Just that greeting took away our tiredness from the flight. Our room was ready vene though ot was not time to check in. My wife has a heart condition and Ananya remembered this from our previous visit so she had made sure that our room would be ready upon arrival so that my wife could rest from the flight. Ananya remebered it was our anniversary and on the day of our anniversary she had arranged for High Tea. Not only had she arranged this but spent most of the afternoon with us which made our anniversary a special occasion. Ananya's customer service is second to none. She has time for guests and makes sure she gets to know the guests so that she can help tailor their stay at the hotel. My message to Mr Narayan Seth, the General Manager of the hotel is that Ananya is management material. Please consider a suitable managerial position for her. Also please put her forward for recognition as she deserves this recognition. Ananya thank you very much for making our stay very comfortable and a memorable one. Hope to see you again next year. We had booked full board this time as the food selection is amazing. We usually ate at the Palm Kitchen which offered a buffet service in the morning and evening and A la Carte menu at luchtime. The staff at the Pal Kitchen are excellent and alwaya welcome you with a smile. The food selection is superb covering a wide range of international dishes. The portions for the A la Carte menu are generous as well. We would like to thank the manager Vineeta and her team for looking after us and in particular Goerge and Noor for taking exra care of my wife with her special requests. The other restaurant we went to was the Coast Bistro by the pool side where you can get "Comfort food". Here we were welcomed by Alysa. whilst looking at the menu, Alysa asked for our room number and seconds later came back and said "as you are full board, you can order a starter, main and a desert each" which was pleasing to hear. We ordered our lunch and whilst waiting for the food got talking to Alysa. After learing that we were vegetarians she recommended Viatnamese Summer rolls for starters and Acai Chia Parfait for dessert. We had Pizza as main. We tried both the recommended dished the second time we went and they were out of this world. The dessert has now become a favourite for my wife. Alysa thank you for help and guidance in selecting the dishes. My wife is searching for the dessert here in the UK but sadly we cannot find it so looks like we will have to come back for the dessert. If you are looking to stay at the Palm than we would highly recommend the Taj 5 star family hotel. The rooms are spacious and the views are fantastic.

The service we got throughout our stay was outstanding and would feel unfair to just mention one or two staff members as full team was outstanding. My husband said the mattress was the best he had ever slept on. Facilities were really good with sun beds also comfortable and added bonus of cool box with cold water available free of charge. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh and very tasty. As a small aside and no negative to the hotel I get a little uncomfortable with some people who just loaded up their plates knowing there is no likeliehood of ever eating it all. I just wish some people wouldn’t be so inconsiderate. I would definitely return to the hotel.

Everything in the resort was perfect! From cleanness to food, from spa facilities to the beach, you name it! Service is a 10 out of 10 and we really really liked the tireless efforts of all the personnel. Special call out for Shantush who really made our staying very pleasant !
