Nice hotel, but do NOT book with points. They will charge you on top of that and then not return phone calls to correct the problem. We stayed two nights and are quite disappointed that this is happening to us. We talked to someone in finance and they are now “ghosting” us. Very unprofessional.

The Hotel is very elegant, clean and has all the facilities you could need and is in an excellent location.

We stayed here during Mardi Gras. It is a fabulous location (close but not too close to the quarter). The staff is great (especially Richard the bellman). Rooms are just right and the rooftop bar is fabulous. The restaurant and downstairs bar are great also. We will be back.

My stay at NOPSI Hotel in New Orleans was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style. The service was top-notch—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still having a quiet and relaxing place to come back to. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, NOPSI is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Close to everything. Lots of good eats within 3 blocks. Our room overlooked the Superdome which was dreamy! The front desk was super helpful in solving problems. Richard was THE Man! He took our 4-star experience to a 5-star! Would stay again.

The NOPSI hotel was very hospitable and luxurious! We had a fabulous time walking to the quarter from the hotel and enjoyed dining experiences walking steps from here. The staff was very friendly and hardworking, shout out Dereck and Richard!! I would highly recommend staying here, and bring walking shoes!!

We had an amazing stay at NOPSI. My wife and I came here on our babymoon and had a wonderful stay. The staff was always very friendly, especially Sean and Dex at the front desk. Our room was very spacious and location was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Great accommodations, convenient location, close to Canal St. and the French quarter with nice rooftop bar. Quiet and clean. The check out was seamless. Richard went above and beyond with our luggage. Would definitely recommend the NOPSI.

As a resident of New Orleans and someone who cherishes the traditions of Mardi Gras, I was genuinely looking forward to experiencing Lundi Gras and Mardi Gras day right here in the city. Our stay at the Nopsi Hotel turned out to be a wonderful surprise that truly warmed my heart. The valet staff were exceptionally kind, and our check-in process felt effortless, which was a relief amidst the excitement of the festivities. The attendants were not only welcoming but also took the time to share our dining options, and I deeply appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a complimentary wine ticket. Our room was spacious and clean, providing a peaceful retreat from the vibrant chaos outside. At check-out, I was particularly touched by Sean’s kindness. He handled a situation with a gentleman trying to rush ahead of me with such grace. Sean calmly informed him that he was currently assisting me and that he would need to wait. It can be tough to maintain courtesy during Mardi Gras, so I was truly thankful for Sean’s poise in that moment. We would absolutely return to this lovely hotel, which not only offered an excellent location but also made us feel appreciated and at home.

Beautifully restored historic building on the edge of the financial district, just a couple of blocks from the French Quarter - a perfect base for exploring the city as everything was within walking distance except the noise! Our room was comfortable, a good size and well appointed. The only downside was that staff were generally disinterested and showed little enthusiasm other than the bellhop who I think noticed this as would step out to charm the long lines at check-in. However front desk staff were slow and unwelcoming and door staff appeared distracted and usually chatting amongst themselves - as guests we felt like we were perhaps an inconvenience, which isn't what we expected from a city known for it's Southern charm. Overall we would choose the hotel again for it's position and amenities but suggest some staff retraining or incentivisation might be an investment.
