My husband and I stayed at Mykonos Riviera for 4 days for our honeymoon, and it exceeded our expectations!! From the moment we arrived we were instantly impressed. The first person we met, was our shuttle driver Yiannis, who picked us up at the new port and gave us so many recommendations on different Greek foods to try and asked us all about our travels. When we arrived at the resort, we were greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff at the hotel, and we sat down with Kostas, who provided us with beach recommendations, restaurants, and explained the benefits of renting a UTV to get around the island (cabs are expensive, walking is not ideal even for a fit young couple!) The recommendations given by Kostas were all 10/10!!! Because of his recommendations we opted to rent a UTV and explore the entire island! We explored the most beautiful beaches in Mykonos and had the freedom to go everywhere we wanted. This is cheaper than the cabs - highly recommend!! The breakfast service & spread - phenomenal!! I will never forget our champagne breakfasts, the omelets, the spread of Greek pastries. I mean they literally had it all- menu order & spread to choose from! I don’t think any hotel or resort will ever top that breakfast layout. Plus the staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly. They easily become your friend and genuinely care about the quality of your stay. Especially, Paris! We stayed in the Glam Retreat room, which had a hot tub and beautiful view of the ocean with a sunset view. The room was pristine, the bed extremely comfortable, the shower and bathtub amazing. A perfect place for our honeymoon! Overall, our stay at Mykonos Riviera was PHENOMENAL. I don’t think any hotel or resort will ever top this place for us. My wife and I traveled to Greece for our honeymoon and stayed here for three nights during our time in Mykonos. Coming from a hospitality background in the U.S., I can honestly say this is hands down the best establishment I have ever stayed at! The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even when we arrived much earlier than check-in. They gave us great information about the amenities, transportation around the island, and local attractions. Housekeeping was thorough, cleaning our room several times throughout the day. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to and from Old Port, which makes it easy to walk to Little Venice, a popular tourist spot, during the evening. The breakfast and lunch here were by far the best compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Athens (IHG) and Santorini (Pegasus). For early mornings or when the shuttle isn’t operating, there’s a seabus station about a 10-minute walk from the hotel that takes you to Little Venice, adding to the convenience of the location. Overall, the staff’s warmth and attentiveness, combined with the comfort they provided, made our stay truly unforgettable and exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation!"

We went to Mykonos as part of an anniversary trip through Greece. From the moment we were met at the Mykonos airport by the hotel staff, the entire experience - the property, the amenities, the food and the staff were all Incredible! The location was ideal for us since we did not want to be in the middle of Mykonos town, the location still made for easy access to Mykonos town (20-minute walk or take the Sea Bus ferry right across the street from the property). We will plan on returning and highly recommend!

I’ve been to a few places around the world where you just know, “They get it”. Meaning they hired the right people, they train them, they must have a good culture because everyone seems to be on the same page. This is the experience at Mykonos Riviera Hotel & Spa. The minute my wife and I walked in the door until we checked out a few days later, we were treated with genuine warmth and charm by the entire staff. It seemed like all the front-facing staff had concierge knowledge. We especially appreciated Costas who sat with us and fed us some champagne upon check-in (after direct fights from Newark to Athens to Mykonos) and then engaged with us each time we saw him. Upstairs at the restaurants and pool area Dorota was a charming wealth of direct and honest knowledge, not only about what to eat or drink, but about where to explore. Every single person there was like that, from the cart drivers who get you around the upwardly sprawling property, to the shuttle driver who shuttled us back and forth to Mykonos town (a few minutes away), to the room staff. Our room was a suite high up in the property with a generous private pool. Everything about it was spot-on; clean, airy, large, comfortable, black-out shutters on the windows, excellent bed and shower, and cool and quiet. The view was the main port on the Island. I enjoyed watching the commerce take place with multiple ferries in and out with goods and people. Occasional ship horns could be heard during the day but the soundproofing in the room was good. The hotel is across the street from the water but the beach is not much of an attraction except to fulfill an urge to jump in the sea. The breakfast has a lot of variety and the restaurant for dinner was excellent. This hotel is not inexpensive but it is worth every penny if you like excellent service and comfort.

Second time at Riviera and always the best! Top service guaranteed. Great vibe, very relaxing. The breakfast is always tasty and various. Very flexible and professional stuff. Special thank to Kostas that makes us always feel like home. For sure will be back next summer!

We took the night shuttle into town which is the perfect time to walk around (not too hot) and shop/eat. Our room had a second floor with 2 private sunbeds and a hot tub with a perfect view of the sunset. We went to the local beach to try it out (about 1 km away) and we preferred the super-comfortable sunbeds at the infinity pool. We will actually use the complimentary bag they provide. This hotel is absolutely beautiful! from the moment of check in to check out it was a 5/5 experience. Our room was spotless and staff were welcoming. The hotel is close to popular areas in mykonos. We chose to walk but also Ubered around. The hotel does offer a free shuttle I believe starting at 7pm which was a really nice touch. we enjoyed the pool bar and ate there almost everyday that we were there prior to heading out for the day. Built on different levels, giving you privacy in all the types of rooms and suites. Staff were super welcoming all the time from arrival , breakfast to just coming back from the beach. The room and terrace overlooking the ocean were very beautiful with a hot tub and large seating area. The infinity pool was another highlight . The toiletries were top brands and everything was flawless. Breakfast area was stunning overlooking the ocean. Will come back again!

Everyone from the maids that spotlessly cleaned our room twice a day to the bus driver to the waiters and waitresses to the front reception staff were so friendly and lovely. The al-a-carte breakfast is superb the restaurants are fantastic the pool and sunbeds are fantastic There’s a complimentary shuttle bus every hour into town in the evenings and to the beach during the day which are both less than 5 minutes away The spa and gym are also great and well equipped. The hotel is situated close to the new port but this doesn’t distract from the beautiful views and in fact it was interesting watching the ferry’s and cruise ships come and go. Our only complaint would be that there’s not enough towel and robe hooks in the bathroom and they still use plastic straws for drinks. Would thoroughly recommend and we will certainly be revisiting

From the moment we arrived we decided to lengthen our stay by 3 more nights. The staff was fantastic in helping us change our plans. It was a great decision. Stunning rooms, beautiful views and fabulous patio with a hot tub. Everyone strives to make your stay perfect. The breakfast was delicious and the presentation was top notch. They helped us secure rides to town and local restaurants without hesitation. There is also a shuttle in the evening. The pool is one of the prettiest I’ve seen and the service impeccable. Dinner there was delicious and the staff attentive. Town is nearby and the concierge is knowledgeable - kudos to Kostas and Constantino! The driver met us at the airport in a beautiful car and it was seamless. Thanks Mike and “Billy” the food and beverage manager who was attentive to all our needs. Upon leaving - sadly - the General Manager took us to the airport and we chatted. An unforgettable experience!!

Such an interesting location in front of the port, we loved “cruise ship watching” each morning and evening. The hot tub on our balcony was a welcome bonus. The breakfast is so nice with the varied cooked to order menu. We also used the spa which is amazing. Each and every staff member went out of their way to make our stay so memorable and the free shuttle to and from the main town was nice added touch. If you book, you won’t be disappointed. Incredibly welcoming and luxurious hotel. Lafs Restaurant (on site( is one of the best meals we had on the island if you can believe it! Really good food and service. Staff is over-the-top warm and helpful. Hotel managers were extremely on top of everything that was going on, knew our names, and made us feel like VIP guests. Everywhere in the hotel was sparkling clean, and also very lovely decor in the restaurant and pool areas. Location was interesting for us as we would sit out on the deck and watch incoming ships and the ferries . And it’s also very close to downtown Mykonos and an easy location to move around the island. We went by the sister hotel on the other side of the island and it looks awesome as well so that’s what we’ll try next time!

My wife and I celebrated our 25 wedding anniversary doing the island tour of Mykonos, Santorini and Crete. This hotel was far and way the best one of the trip. The check-in experience was top notch where you will be greeted by a staff member and taking to a private room with a glass of champagne and review of the hotel, spa, food and excursions. We had a room with a hot tub(that actually worked) overlooking the pool area, which was gorgeous at night with the illuminated pool. The food food was delicious, especially the breakfast. Pool area was relaxing, with some beautiful umbrella's. My only regret is we only stayed 2 nights and 3 at the other islands. The staff is so friendly, upon returning from dinner they would greet us by name wanting to know all about our evening. Do yourself a favor and stay at this resort!

The room was modern and clean, we had a beautiful view of the port. The rooftop hot tub was perfect. Always love the slippers/robes and the complimentary hats and beach bag! Every single member of the hotel staff was incredibly kind and gracious. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. They have 2 pools! And they brought around complimentary ice cream bars! There is a higher cliff pool with amazing views and is a must for sunset. There is also a complimentary shuttle to the nearby beach and into town, both of which we utilized and removes so much stress when planning your stay. We had a late night flight and although we checked out of our room we could use the pool and amenity spaces. There are showers by the pool and we used them to freshen up before our flight. Highly recommend this gorgeous resort!!

Exquisite experience! Superb hospitality, excellent Spa, restaurants and grounds. Perfect attention to cleanliness in all the spaces, great concierge service for reservations at different it venues. Where to begin? Our stay at the Mykonos Riviera was one of the most luxurious, relaxing, and beautiful experiences we have ever had. From the moment we stepped off the ferry, we were treated like royalty. A sleek Mercedes awaited us for the short transfer to the hotel, and from that moment forward, we never had to worry about a single detail—whether it was carrying a bag, planning an excursion, or securing a reservation. Our host, Kostas, welcomed us with genuine warmth and immediately put us at ease. He sat with us to thoughtfully learn our preferences: “Do you prefer quiet or lively settings? What are your favorite drinks? Which experiences would you like to enjoy while on the island?” From there, he orchestrated every aspect of our stay seamlessly. He arranged a serene day at a private beach club on the south side of the island, complete with premium transportation and front-row sunbeds. The following day, he organized a private boat tour around two neighboring islands, where we were treated to exquisite food and drinks while taking in the Aegean’s beauty. The hotel itself exceeded every expectation. Two stunning infinity pools offered sweeping views, with gourmet poolside dining available at a moment’s notice. The staff anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, embodying a true culture of service that felt both effortless and extraordinary. Additional amenities, such as the spa and the complimentary hourly shuttle into town, enhanced our experience even further. When we mentioned our interest in a massage, Kostas immediately booked us a couples’ treatment in the spa and even sent Michalis, another wonderful team member, to escort us personally from the pool by golf cart. Their attention to detail made it so that we never had to think about logistics—everything was taken care of with perfection. Truly, the level of service we received here surpasses any five-star resort we have visited in the United States. The cuisine was equally flawless; I especially loved the shrimp tacos by the pool. And our room—complete with two balconies and a private hot tub—offered breathtaking views of the port and unforgettable sunsets. In every way, the Mykonos Riviera delivered an impeccable experience. We could not have been happier with our stay, and we will cherish these memories for a lifetime.

We were celebrating our retirement and our wedding anniversary and we were surprised to such a treat, champagne and more. Breakfasts were wonderful, Laf's restaurant did not disappoint. An amazing sunset was captured. It was pretty centrally located and the rooms were spacious and beautiful. Well kept and housekeeping actually goes in twice a day to keep your room sparkling clean. High praise to Kostas and all the staff there. They were so helpful in getting us to where we wanted to go and recommendations were great. My wife left her heart in Mykonos!
