We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel is great with options of different restaurants and pools to visit on the complex. It's not too far to walk into town. George at the Nia restaurant couldn't do enough for us along with our cleaner, who was very helpful on what to do in Mykonos. Our room was really nice, the pool at our room was too cold to use as it didn't get the sun and we couldn't see the sunset. This was a sea view room but not looking out at sea. Which was the only blemish on a perfect stay. We should have asked for a room change but after unpacking was too much of an effort.

Staying at Myconian Naia represents hospitality in all its meaning. The location is great, only 10 min walk from Myconos town and with the best sunset ever!!! The service was very professional, the rooms were clean and luxurious and overall we have had an amazing experience!!!

Very late writing this review. We stayed for a week in September 2023. On arrival we were rather disappointed with the room instead of being a suite we felt it was more a studio with the shower being in the room separated by a sliding door and the sink area...

Very late writing this review. We stayed for a week in September 2023. On arrival we were rather disappointed with the room instead of being a suite we felt it was more a studio with the shower being in the room separated by a sliding door and the sink area next to the bed. We were half board and were told that due to low capacity in the hotel we would have to have breakfast in the other properties the Kyma and the Korali, also there was some confusion where we could actually eat our evening meals. The lady at the NAIA said we could only dine at the other restaurants once and have all our evening meals at the NAiA. We didn’t … we alternated and the food was lovely, especially the Korali as it was a fine dine g restaurants. Breakfast was also lovely here. The hotel setting is very convenient to the town, about 10 mins walk into Mykonos Town which is lovely. We mainly stayed at the pool during the day and due to the low occupancy it was never busy. We enjoyed our stay but felt we didn’t really get the best of the hotel due to low occupancy, no atmosphere in the beautiful bar area and not being able to have breakfast there which was a shame.

I have never felt as welcomed and valued as a guest as I was at the Myconian Naia. This unique experience began upon arrival up until our departure. I must acknowledge Lentina, the Receptionist and Sefi the Concierge who were both wonderful!

Staying at Myconian Naia was the absolute perfect finish to an incredible holiday visiting and exploring this amazing country! From the second we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly well taken care of and special. The moment we saw our room, with it's own private pool, overlooking Mykonos, we pretty much cancelled what we had planned to do and decided to stay put. The room was beautifully styled and decorated with great attention to detail with a very comfortable bed and linens. Shortly after getting to our room, room service arrived with a complimentary 'Welcome' bottle of Champagne, a giant beautiful fruit tray and box of chocolate truffles. We enjoyed two beautiful dinners; Kinjo Japanese Restobar offered delicious gorgeous food that we enjoyed while watching the spectacular sunset; and at Myconian Kyma, adjacent to the Myconian Naia, we enjoyed a beautiful dinner at Noa Greek Restaurant. The spa was terrific where I enjoyed a fantastic massage. Nothing is overlooked at Myconian Naia and it is truly a special place to stay. And what makes this hotel extra wonderful is the staff - every single one of them go above and beyond - whether they are the hotel manager or the gentleman who drives the golf cart to take you to your room, each one takes pride in what they do and are truly what makes staying at Myconian Naia so special. I can't say enough about it and cannot recommend it more highly. On the day of our departure, we had to tear ourselves away from this wonderful place and it's wonderful people. If we ever have a chance to get back to Greece (10 hour flight) we will without a doubt be staying here again! Thank you Myconian Naia - you were the perfect finish to an already perfect Grecian holiday!

We stayed and Naia for a week and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast included beautifully presented buffet and cooked options, the lunch menu is quite extensive, and dinners offer Japanese food as part of Kinjo restaurant. The views from the restaurant are truly spectacular. All the staff from waiters to cleaners were very welcoming and helpful which makes the hotel stand out. However its main advantage to us was its peacefulness and exclusivity: we didn’t see many other guests and sometimes felt like we were the only users of the swimming pool (with salt water by the way), gym or breakfast. The town is only about 15 min walk away, but this is on the road with fast moving traffic without a sidewalk, so we felt safer taking taxis. The only beach within a walkable distance is Megali Ammos, not a pleasant walk away either but beautiful and not overcrowded. However you would need a car to see any other beaches.

Warm welcome and friendly staff throughout our stay. We had a spacious suite with pool and sea view, whose design is minimalistic, which whilst we quite liked, was lacking in storage space - only one small open hanging area [no wardrobe] and other than open shelving, only one drawer for clothes. Quirky furniture. Queen size comfortable 4-poster bed. Sensible drawer mounted safe at waist height. Breakfast was very good, as was dinner in the adjacent NOA restaurant. Wi-Fi unreliable particularly on the room terrace and external public areas. Our room had a great sea view but unfortunately was facing Northwest which meant we didn’t really see any sun until late afternoon. Be aware, it is hilly throughout the complex. We didn’t use the gym facility so can’t comment on this. The walk into Mykonos town is along a busy steep hill road with no footpaths, and not very safe. Takes about 10 minutes to walk down into town [longer coming back uphill!]. Taxis are expensive - to save walking uphill, the taxi was between €15 -€20 for less than a mile and under 4 minutes !!! Hotel bar not well used and was pretty soulless. Again, NOA bar had a little more life and atmosphere. Hotel reception very accommodating and helpful after check out as we had a late flight back, not leaving the hotel until 7.30 pm which was very much appreciated.

Compliments to the chef for the Dragon sushi — was to die for. I ordered at least 3 rolls.ntotalnduring our stay.. More importantly, Christina and her team were friendly and accommodating. The Myconian Naia is beautiful! We stayed here in July/August 2023 during our Honeymoon through Greece… The staff was incredibly welcoming from start to finish. We experienced a wonderful welcome into their lobby/bar/lounge area which was very modern and clean and gave us good vibes. The welcome drink was nice in the heat. Our room was 810 - which was really wonderful and was touted as one of their finest rooms. We were greeted with Champagne & fresh fruit upon our arrival to the room, and the staff was very helpful with bags and all. The room itself was more modern, and appointed very nicely. The bed was comfortable for sure, and the sitting area that led out to our outdoor area with infinity pool was beautiful. We had a great view over the water and the lower portions of the hotel grounds. It was peaceful and exciting if that’s a possibility. The infinity pool was great, clean, and gave us the opportunity to cool off while looking over the expanse of Mykonos. The housekeeping staff was very attentive, and we always came in to a freshly made bed and clean towels and our belongings were neatly placed for us. The location of the Naia is pretty great. For those walking into town, just keep in mind that the walk can be slippery and walking back is primarily uphill and the sidewalks aren’t always readily available. We did take some taxis and they can be pretty expensive. It’s good to get a taxi drivers contact info and use them when needed. Overall, we consider this hotel as one of the top stays, clean, modern, professional staff and service, safe, and relatively close to the old town of Mykonos and little Venice. If you’re looking to stay right next to the beach clubs for partying purposes, you might search closer to them, as they are about a 15 minute drive through hills. We chose to not be so close to them because we assumed that those would be filled with younger harder-partying people, and we wanted a good mix. 9.5/10 for us! So where’s the half point loss? Slightly for privacy - the people staying next to us could almost see directly into our room if our doors were opened and they were in their pool by the edge. Can’t say I loved that, but it’s also not a huge takeaway at all.

However, rooms are not soundproof and this is a major issue for a 5 star hotel for guests seeking peace and quiet. Noisy neighbours returning late were frequent. Secondly, although located near Mykonos Town, the road is dangerous and taxis cost E25 each way, which is excessive. Naia should provide a free shuttle service.

Great views and postion for Mykonos Town! Big shout out to Eleni who worked at kymer pool bar she looked after us all the time.

Wow!!! This was the knock your socks off experience we were looking for when coming to Mykonos. We stayed elsewhere prior to this and it was the opposite. The team at Naia rebounded our trip and blew us away for our final night of our honeymoon. The welcome was outstanding....

Great explanation, welcome drinks, gifts… wow!!! The room with private pool was unreal. You get full use of all 3 properties and each one is just as exceptional as the other. Multiple pool options to choose from. Each pool is very different but equally as amazing. We enjoyed the pool with the live dj and view of the sea. The restaurants are fantastic!! Whoever trains and manages the staff is a luxury pro. Everyone was incredible and literally and us spending hours on how to cancel Paris and stay here longer. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s so close to all the other things you want to do (Mykonos Town, beaches, etc). Worth every penny.

To begin, the service from start to finish during our stay was truly spectacular. Each member of staff went above and beyond to make the stay as enjoyable and pleasant as possible. Every ask and request was taken care off immediately with nothing but enthusiasm and joy from all members of staff. This factor alone makes the hotel a must stay when visiting Mykonos. Thankfully, it comes with additional benefits.. the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and hotel is brilliant. Given it is the Naia, it has a smaller number of guests which gives it a much more peaceful and luxurious feel. The quality of the breakfast is brilliant. A great a la carte breakfast. Location is very convenient given it is a close walk to the town. Although it isn’t a walk that is particularly comfortable in the evenings, the hotel/staff arranged extremely convenient private transfers for us each day of the trip. This made getting around the island so much easier. Going back to the service from the staff, truly amazing. Cannot compliment and thank them all enough. Would stay in this hotel again and again!
