We had the pleasure of staying at the Mykonos Grand Resort & Spa. We had a wonderful time there. Special thanks go to Maria from reception who took care of all our requests. Unfortunately, the airline has lost our luggage, but the hotel staff did everything to ensure we have a perfect stay. The rooms are beautiful, the spa is amazing. The food, including breakfast, was excellent. Thank you George for the wonderful service. Also Samatia from guest relations and Anastasia from F&B took special care of us. We loved the lobby bar with the stunning view of the sea. Another highlight was the private beach and the adults only pool. Overall, this was a truly unforgettable experience, thanks to the exceptional staff and the beautiful facilities. Thank you. S&L

This resort exceeded all expectations! Every inch is simply stunning. We were in room 118 and had 2 balconies overlooking the bay. A steam shower was included in the bathroom, along with a soaking tub. The lobby is beautiful and the staff very friendly and attentive. The restaurant overlooks the main pool and the ocean. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas at both pools and on the beach. We felt we were in paradise and did not want to leave!

My partner booked this as birthday surprise for me and what a treat it was. The staff are friendly and always approachable. They will go above and beyond for you to ensure your stay is perfect. The most relaxing holiday and the most wonderful hotel.

I cannot fathom how anyone could give this place anything but 5 stars. The service from pool and beach attendants to waiting staff to receptionists was faultless. Everyone was more than happy to help and make our stay special. The free bus into town is extra special and the restaurants we were guided to in town were expectational and reasonable value (for Mykonos). We enjoyed our breakfasts and lunches by pool (be warned the portions are v generous at lunch time and salads are excellent) and we had the most amazing sunset views from our balcony. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

So spacious and our private outdoor patio with pool, lounge chairs, swing and dining table was the highlight of our trip. We found ourselves out there swimming and enjoying late night cocktails after dinner and a night out on the town. The beach is great! But the staff is what makes this hotel amazing . I truly can not rate this family run hotel highly enough. The service is second to none and is like being at home , there's always a conversation going on with guests and certainly is genuine. We were even given the room we had when we stayed in 2017. The room was spotless with little touches like travel adaptors and charging leads , full mini bar , tea and coffee facilities, beach bags, and hairdryers. The bathroom has complimentary L'Occitane toiletries. A massive shout out to the pool staff who were on hand with towels and delivering drinks . But the biggest thanks goes to the breakfast staff who made getting up for breakfast a joy , Fotini , Christina , Sofia , Costas plus all the kitchen staff. Always there with a word or two with advice or just a chat. Nothing was too much trouble in reception and always again with a smile. This is genuinely a fabulous hotel, but what really makes it so special is the staff. The evening shuttle bus is a great help but also the local bus service is excellent, it runs every half an hour from just up the road from the hotel and only 2 euros into Mykonos Town. We can't wait to return next year

Only one restaurant with very limited menu The cooked breakfast was at best Luke warm each day it was left too long on the pass and not once was it hot. Would not recommend

Excellent and the sweetest staff at the hotel, they looked after us really well and not an ounce of inconvenience! Special mentions to Christina, Themis, Sofia and Kostas for their attention to detail during Breakfast and Lunch! The hotel rooms are great with sea facing views!!

Top hotel in Mykonos. We stayed at there sister hotel Mykonos riviera last year which we couldn’t fault but we much preferred it here. The beach is a huge bonus and the pools are lovely . The staff are wonderful , they ensure you have the best stay possible and a special mention to the beach guys. They are so friendly and work so hard in the blistering heat all day long with your food being served so quickly . We had dinner at Nama ,the food was delicious ! The hotel shuttle service worked very well , always reliable and on time. I organised a few things through the reception who were always helpful and on hand . They gave us late checkout on our last day which we were grateful for. Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely return in the future .

This was one of the best rooms I have stayed in in my life. The room was great, the decor was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Conveniently located with excellent central american vibes and a view to die for! I wholeheartedly recommend!

Stayed 4 nights at the Mykonos Grand with my wife to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. Truly an amazing experience. Maria at the Front Desk took such great care of us and made sure our stay was perfect. One of the nicest resorts I ever stayed at!

Please know we are well traveled and quite discerning. Don't think twice about booking this hotel! The service, food, views, architecture, and amenities are incredible. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. Maria at check in gave us a warm welcome and fantastic tour. The property is large and spread out over several floors/terraces. Not for someone having issues walking. They have elevators and stairs for one to choose... We were upgraded to a suite which had incredible views, two bathrooms, a private pool and lounge area, and a private door leading us quickly to the private beach. The buffet breakfast was abundant and delicious, the service at the restaurant spot on. The staff at this hotel are happy and wanting to please. The concierge helped us with taxi's, dinner reservations, and even getting us a doctor within 1.5 hours when my husband came down with a deep chest cold. Everything about this hotel is wonderful. We can't wait to return with our kids-

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PLACE!! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left this hotel and ALL its staff continued to impress us massively. The room/it’s amenities and the view were all first class. The breakfast experience was again top class along with all the staff and the choices all of a very high standard. The private beach was perfect and just how we like it, quiet and secluded and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. You can see why this place has won awards recently as everything is as close to perfect as you can get. Well done to the Management and all the staff for presenting the hotel so well! We will definitely be back next year!

I’ve been all over the world for business and pleasure and this makes my short list of favorite hotel experiences ever. The pictures on TA are accurate, it really is spectacular. We had adjoining sea view suites with a terrace and private pool we shared with a couple we were traveling with. Not enough superlatives to describe it.
