The hotel is beautiful. We love staying here anytime we visit the area. The bedding is very comfortable and the towels are thick and soft. Everything is well kept and very clean. My complaints are that the breakfast closes too early should be open until 11:00! The young man at the check in desk is very rude, he is not cut out for a job in hospitality at all. He is the only person that I have ever had contact with in all my times staying at the hotel that was just unfriendly not courteous at all. He just had an unpleasant attitude! I’d look into replacing him. I hope he’s not there next time I visit!! One more thing they were wasp all over the balcony!

Didn't care much for serving yogurt three days out of date, told kitchen person ,said she just does what she is told. Other than that enjoyed stay. USB ports in rooms would be nice.yogurt could make someone sick Not a good policy to save a dollar

Great place to stay. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Wonderful room. Great breakfast with lots of food choices. . Did not get to use the pool. Front desk staff very helpful. Plenty of parking. Centrally located to everything. Great choice for us.

We stayed 6 nights at the hotel and didn’t want to leave! Everyone we encountered at the front desk was so very helpful. The lobby is elegantly decorated and is so relaxing & quiet. The hotel is older than the inn but it has been well maintained. Our second floor room was spacious & overlooked the river and patio and bird feeders. The room towels seemed new and were of good quality. Their pool area is extremely large and was open until 10pm. There is a small arcade on first floor. The back patio is great for eating breakfast and watching ducks & birds on the river. The coffee was just okay. The breakfast was always the same but it was good - juices, large thin sausage patties biscuits eggs gravy cinnamon rolls, waffles, bagels, yogurt. Ladies were constantly cleaning all the windows & floors. All the guests were extremely friendly. An inexpensive area for improvement would be to offer a fresh and/or dried fruit and granola to eat with the yogurt. The beds in our room are beginning to break in a little on one side. Overall we absolutely loved our visit and would recommend - we will definitely return when in pigeon forge again.

This was our first time staying at the Music Road Inn. We were very satisfied with the room. It was very clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room and we had plenty of clean towels. The bathroom was a nice size with double sinks. The pool area was great! The breakfast buffet always had eggs, biscuits, sausage, sausage gravy, waffles, hot & cold cereals, different juices & coffee. Our only complaint was our room wasn't ready until 4pm but we were given a pool pass and spent the afternoon there. We would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved this place. The music Row inn is a nice facility with super friendly people. Everyone was so helpful and nice. We’ve had an issue with our car battery that had died and they even got their staff to come and give me a jump to get my car running so I could buy a new battery, the reservation lady who took our reservations name was Theresa and she was fantastic and full of joy and helped us so much and getting what we needed. She was so friendly and just made you feel extremely welcomed. the breakfast in the morning was nice and also the pools were really enjoyable. It was still cold outside so we decided to swim in the indoor pool and the hot tub and it was nice, when it warms up next time, maybe I’ll get in the outdoor pool and lazy river. Our bed was very comfortable as well and the view was pretty on the balcony. This is our second time staying at music row in and we will definitely be back again.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are a good size. The location is excellent, The breakfast was good but there was no fresh fruit. The front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful. The water fountains in the lobby are still closed since the pandemic which is strange and when we ask about getting water, we were just sort of brushed off and told to go the vending machine which was out of bottled water. The front desk clerk did not even look up as we were talking to her. The outdoor area is lovely to sit by the creek and relax. It would have been nice to have had coffee/tea available in the lobby other than just at breakfast time.

Don’t stay here they don’t make things right. Just want your money. Didn’t even try to make things right. Talked to them morning after stay they seemed to just brush us off especially since everything had been paid for. Move on people too many hotels elsewhere to stay at.
