I was visiting NYC to support a friend trying on wedding dresses at Kleinfeld, but decided to turn this into a quick couples getaway. It’s nice to not be in the heart of Times Square so you can relax after a long day of walking all around the city and not be in area that is so loud and crowded. This hotel is conveniently located next to the subway so you can easily get anywhere. One of our favorite things about this hotel was the great views. It is worth it to get a high floor because you can watch the sunset over the skyline! The area felt safe to walk around at night. The hotel also had a really pleasant smell when you walked in. Elevators were usually quick even on the higher floors. The real star of the show is Maggie at the front desk! She was working every time we walked in the lobby and was always so welcoming and helpful, especially when we checked in super late. She always went above and beyond for us.

Whenever we visit NYC, we plan our dates around availability at the Motto Hilton Chelsea. When we arried last week Marissa not only greeted us warmly she remembered us by name! What an amazing woman - her team members Jamie and Zaida are all superior. We were able to check in early, and were greeted by an pristine room with a view!! oh the view. Thank you Marissa ;) The amenities there are lovely. We enjoyed the great italian coffee each moring to start the day. The bar has a great vibe for a night cap too. In addition to the hotel itself we love the location as there are so many eating options, as well as cool places are all just a short walk away. Greenwixh Village and SOHO are handy, as is mid town and hte Meatpacking district. There are close subway stations to go uptown to Museums as well as to Brooklyn's museum. We will retun in a few months and make MOtto CHelsea our home base in the city! Thank you - it never disappoints!

We had such a great stay at Motto by Hilton Chelsea! Big thanks to Alex and Marissol for the amazing customer service; they really made us feel welcome. We even got upgraded without asking, which was such a nice surprise, and the view from our room was incredible. The room itself was super modern and high-tech, which we loved. Everything was easy to use and just made the stay feel extra nice. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would definitely stay here again and totally recommend it to anyone looking for a cool, comfortable place in NYC!

We are having a great stay at Motto Hilton. Jaime and Zaida were really helpful at check in. Great customer service! We are enjoying the spectacular view on the 35th floor. We visit frequently as our son is at school here and we will definitely return!

Never disappointed. We stay here frequently and the rooms are always immaculate. The staff is very attentive. The restaurant is great, the veal meatballs are a favorite of ours and the cocktails never disappoint. We have recommended Motto to friends.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in NYC. Room service came every day to fluff pillows and change sheets and bath towels. The front staff including Maggie, Juan, and Marissa were awesome! They made sure we were valued and looked after every single day of our 5 day stay....

Great service and a spectacular view. Really well looked after and Jamie on the front desk was a character and bought a great energy. We were upgraded at no charge and recieved $10 each day for booking early. The bar was a vibe and the location is great.

Our stay at the Motto was wonderful! We were initially worried about room size considering the typical condensed spaces of New York hotel rooms, but they did a wonderful job maximizing the space! The alcoves for your bags, the nesting tables, the small ledge to add more surface space… all...

Our stay at the Motto was wonderful! We were initially worried about room size considering the typical condensed spaces of New York hotel rooms, but they did a wonderful job maximizing the space! The alcoves for your bags, the nesting tables, the small ledge to add more surface space… all great! We stayed in the Landscape View King room (3706) and the views were amazing! My only tip is if you’re on a higher floor account for time getting to the lobby - there are only 4 elevators so sometimes it can take time. Otherwise, a 10/10 experience. Great staff, great place, will be back!

A cozy and comfortable room with an incredible view of the NYC skyline. Staff were very caring and helpful (especially Jaime)! He provided the highest quality of service throughout our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again during our next NYC trip.

What a lovely hotel! It’s centrally located near multiple trains and great coffee / dining options. The rooms are small but well laid out. They didn’t have closets but there were plenty of hooks and hangers - and I loved the under bed nook where I could stash my suitcase...

The bed was insanely comfortable and we had a stunning view of the city. Loved the lobby bar - staff was fantastic and a quick coffee there was a great way to start the morning. Honestly the entire hotel staff was so helpful and kind, Alejandro greeted us and took our bags when we got in (we arrived a few hours before check in) - he was so energetic and made us feel instantly welcome. Every time we saw him in the lobby he checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

So far, so good Maggie and juan at the front desk. We were great and we got an early check-in. I will enjoy the Orangetheory class and I love the location. The city view is also excellent looking right down at the World Trade Center and the financial district.

Great hotel, really comfy bed, fantastic staff and great location! Would thoroughly recommend! Alejandro was one of the staff that checked us in and helped with anything we needed and couldn’t have been more helpful! We didn’t use the restaurant but it was clearly a local favourite.
