We had a lovely poolside room. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely courteous, helpful and efficient. Food and drinks great quality and value. We took a tuk-tuk into town a couple of times. This was very entertaining and only a mile away. All inall we had an excellent stay in Siem Reap.

We cannot praise the staff and hotel highly enough. We had a wonderful stay for four nights and the whole experience was perfect from start to finish and we were genuinely sad to leave. Soriya from the reception staff has a special place in our hearts. Such a generous and genuinely caring and wonderful host. We will miss her welcoming smile and her “tuk tuk” call and clap from out front. The pool and facilities were excellent with a salt and freshwater pool, plenty of lounge space and the meals were also top quality. We look forward to returning in the future.

Soriya at the front desk booked our two dinner reservations and then arranged for an English-speaking tuk tuk driver to take us to and from the restaurant, advising us regarding how much to pay the driver. She treated us like we were her only guests!

From the moment we arrived the staff warm welcome set the tone for what would be unforgettable stay. The check in process was seamless and was greeted with genuine smile and friendly welcome with takes care. Breakfast were very nice and many options.

The staff in particular is very friendly, competent and smiling at all times! The little Lady at the reception is delighful. Also amazing is the enormous pool with direct access from multiple bedrooms/villas and with a bar and sun bathing area in the center. Astonishing to find a hotel with such offering in Siem Reap.

The hotel staff from reception and restaurants very helpful, Friendly. Resort it's highly recommended with room specious huge. The pool very large we can swim up to the pool bar. The concierge service very professional Specially Chaiya and her Manager. We definitely coming back.

Beautiful hotel, amazing swimming pool, beautiful rooms and truly delightful staff. The breakfast is fabulous with so many choices, all the food was fresh and of the best quality. Location is very convenient to Siem Reap centre (only 5 mins in tuk-tuk). The hotel is about 30 mins from Angkor Wat complex. We have visited there twice (Feb2023, Nov 2024) both times we have used ‘Toy Tours’. Toy is an excellent guide and we highly recommend him. (+85512390521) Many thanks to all the lovely Cambodian people who made our trip so wonderful.

The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and always eager to assist with a smile. The room was spacious impeccable clean.And well equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable ensuring a great night sleep. We are sure to be back again.

(PS, nobody is looking over my shoulder to ensure I write a good review.) The property is a mile or so away from the downtown area, but tuk-tuks are cheap and plentiful, so not a big deal.

Great hotel. You will eed tuk tuk to Pub St, but only about $3 and they stay at the front. Great pool and buffet breakfast and our massage was amazing. We had the VIP room. Staff at front desk and restaurant very friendly and happy hour at the pool is 4pm.
