There are so many great things about this hotel and we had the loveliest stay, but I can’t give it a 5/5 due to a few things that let it down. Starting with the highlights the beach is absolutely stunning and we loved the candlelit sunset. The pools are beautiful and well kept and the free cocktails were a fantastic bonus. Perhaps a slightly weird thing to say but all of the shared areas smell incredible. We stayed in a quadruple condo and it was really well equipped, large and clean with a sea view. The shower was powerful and a/c worked well. The negatives were that although the bedding was high quality and sumptuous, the beds themselves were really uncomfortable. I’ve never had a soft mattress in a hotel in Japan until now and they made a terrible noise each time you moved. The WiFi was also very slow. We found it hard to understand which residents were open when, and also how the menus worked despite there being English translations so did not eat in them, we did have a takeaway dinner from the deli though and the truffle fries and roast beef were exquisite!

The only thing is : if you are staying at this hotel, the best you have a car because there is really nothing much around here, most of the time you need to drive .

We went to the hotel main lobby and was informed our room was at the Condo building. The staff was waiting for us at the condo lobby without us repeating our info. Recep staff knows very little English but not much of a problem there. We were allocated a room with sea view and it was amazing! The room is very big probably cause we got a free upgrade. They have covered all the necessary toiletries so it's ok not to pack any. Everything is good except for the bed.

The hotel was great, although I wasn't able to enjoy the facilities due to my busy schedule. The stay here was for my wedding, I held a welcome dinner as well as my banquet dinner at this Hotel. The welcome dinner at the Deli was very good. The food was amazing, even though it was buffet style. The banquet dinner was held at Muku, where Kay and Karen had assisted to decorated as I had requested. It was magical and just as I had imagined. There was a hiccup, being me forgetting to bring my tiara's, but Karen was very quick on her feet, and was able to locate some rentals for me. She had also personally gone to pick them up in order to ensure that we would have them the morning of the wedding. I am ever so thankful for that. The service was very thoughtful, and the rooms large, all my guests were happy with their stay in the hotel. The only unfortunate thing was we were unable to extend our stay, had that been possible, I may have been able to enjoy the facilities more. Kay, who is part of the Front Office team, had assisted beyond her duty. She helped to be a translator on the calls we had with the bridal team, and on the night of my wedding dinner, she had personally assisted with serving and ensuring my guests were all comfortable. I am very thankful and grateful to Kay and Karen, they both provided what I would consider to be 5 star service.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in February. This is a resort style hotel with restaurants, gym, pools, a gift shop. The room we stayed in is big and has an ocean view. We took the plated breakfast package. The breakfast we tried were average. The staff who speak reasonable English are all helpful. We tried both the Orange Restaurant and the Cafe next to the pools. The are both good and reasonably priced. There are also many restaurants on the main road who offer other options. Overall speaking, this hotel did not disappoint us.

On a whim, we decided to book a one-night stay-cation here in Okinawa. One night in a corner suite looking out over the water was about $299. Upon arriving, the attendant at the covered entrance asked for our name while we waited in the car. Inside, they couldn't find our reservation by name, but they found it after I provided our reservation number. We were asked if we needed help with our bags, given a paper parking pass for our dashboard (free parking), and received directions to our respective parking lot (it's based on what building your room is in). Parking was easy. We secured an uncovered spot just behind the hotel. Checking in was also easy. The front desk attendants spoke English, gave us a coupon for 500 yen off in-room massage, a coupon for a free gift at the t galleria Godiva store, two breakfast tickets, and two room keys. The room keys are a little more substantial than some state-side keys and they are particular about you returning them (just keep in mind). After riding one of two quick elevators to the eighth floor, we exited out onto an open-air entrance to our room. Upon entering our room, we were instructed by a sign to insert one of our room keys into a slot on the wall. You must keep a room key in the slot if you want to be able to operate the lights. Also, in a closer by the door were umbrellas, a shoe horn, and four sets of house shoes. Down the hallway, there was a separate bedroom with a closet, drying rack, separate HVAC split unit with remote control, two twin beds, bedside table, light, and flashlight. This room could be closed off with a sliding door and sliding windows that looked into the main room. Next: the restroom. The shower and bath tub were in a separate glass enclosed space where the entire room could get wet. There was a stool and bucket and a clothesline. On the wall, large bottles of shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were mounted. At the sink, was a stool to sit on, a basket on the floor to hold your toiletries bag, liquid hand soap, four-person toothbrush holder, a jewelry holder, and lots of free toiletries. They included two folding hair brushes, cotton swabs and pads, bath scrubber cloths, headbands, shower cap, four different colored toothbrushes with toothpaste, razors with Schick shaving cream, and face cleansing and moisturizing products. The toilet was in a separate room with a bidet and decent toilet paper. In the kitchen, there was an Nespresso pod machine, hot water maker, small fridge and freezer, four water bottles, two stove-top burners with a fan, recycling bin, a sink, and storage. Next to the kitchen was a small dining table with four chairs. The living room furniture was a little odd. It looked more like outdoor patio furniture. There was a flat-screen TV, room service menu, and notepad and paper. The balcony had two chairs and a table. While you can see the ocean from your balcony, you should note that the hotel is not right on the beach. You have to cross the main road to get to the beach. Next to the living room were two more twin beds, more storage, a bedside table and light, and flashlight. Each bed had a pair of 3-quarter sleeve shirt and pants to be worn as pajamas. One neat aspect of the room was that you could "order" lots of free items to use during your stay. Like pillows! There was a whole menu of different kind of pillows you could try out for free (and buy if you like). You could also rent things like coolers, hammocks, face massagers, roombas, video game consoles, rice cookers, baby furniture, foot baths, board games, kids books, and more! You could even rent a telescope! We also used the spa for a couples massage. It was nice, but I've had better massages for cheaper. For breakfast, you could have unlimited water, juices, coffee, or hot chocolate, cereal, miso soup, clam chowder, fruit, yogurt. You could order waffles, french toast, and a few other Asian items. The french toast was good (served with whipped cream and syrup), served with salad, and french fries. A few of the dishes were plastic which was a little surprising. We read the latest Stars and Stripes while eating by the pool (which is not open year-round, by the way). Overall, while this hotel was nice, but nothing really wowed me and I don't think it was worth the price. Some of the exterior was rusted or needed re-painting and I didn't feel the hotel really went above and beyond for $299/night.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! There are two different pools (not including the kiddie pool) and jacuzzi. We tried the italian restaurant downstairs and the pasta was very good. But the top floor restaurant was definitely the best for breakfast. It is very pricey (I think it may have been 4000 or 5000 yen per person) but it was absolutely delicious. This hotel is NOT by the beach. It is near the water but not by a place where you can actually sit or swim. You will have to drive to a separate beach.
