Top quality hotel, food is lovely, a la cartes are great, 5 min bus to the beach which has all inclusive down there too! Pool bar and snack bar spot on ! Rooms are always spotless. And last but not least the staff are amazing. They can’t do enough for you, always trying to help and do things for you so you can relax. Shoutout to Ahmed our cleaner and Ismail around the main pool. We never went without a drink in hand!

The hotel is spotless and the food in the restaurants is amazing. We always stay for a month & always feel there is a great choice.

The issue with this hotel is it’s not a 5 star hotel, it’s lacks the finer touches, slightly dated room, no dressing gowns, powdered milk, lack of quality bedding, certainly during busy times no table service at the restaurant in the main area, that is chaos at busy times, advise...

The issue with this hotel is it’s not a 5 star hotel, it’s lacks the finer touches, slightly dated room, no dressing gowns, powdered milk, lack of quality bedding, certainly during busy times no table service at the restaurant in the main area, that is chaos at busy times, advise you go after 0830 and 2000 to avoid the worst of it, alcohol is poor quality, I anticipated that, it is clearly is after all a young family hotel Main desk staff vary from very professional to disinterested, rushed uninformative check in despite arriving in a private taxi not a coach Advise caution if booking a swim up room , ours was north east facing with a 2 story building directly behind, patio permanently in shade, along the pool, might be ok in 100 degree heat and offer some relief, otherwise avoid, completely useless The adult area along with the Italian restaurant that you can eat at for lunch was superb, all and I really mean all the staff were fantastic, and are are credit to the hotel and I hope the management take time to pass that on, we ate up there one evening and again fantastic, definitely 5 star treatment, our room cleaner was very friendly, had a sixth sense, always knowing when we first left the room in the morning, coming out onto the landing to say good morning and genuinely making us feel our comfort and enjoyment was his main concern, again brilliant, hopefully this well earned review will make its way to him Can’t comment on the actual water park , never used it, but looked impressive, and never Heard any complaints, long way to the beach, really have to used the shuttle bus, beach is ok, but the cafe, you can eat at is rubbish, certainly was when we visited, although to be fair drinks were regularly offered when on the beach Now my one really important feedback to the management of this hotel, I assume you are a large company possibly multi national hotel interests, would I ever go back to this hotel, or indeed any hotel in Hurghada, the answer is absolutely not, the staff at Hurghada airport when departing, I have never met such rudeness, bordering on hostility and hatred, you could have the finest hotels in the world, all that is for nothing if that attitude is not addressed, this was towards multiple travelers going to multiple destinations, perhaps you could use your influence with government officials to address that, it does a dis service to you, your staff , your hotel, and your country

We stayed in the Jaz Aquaviva. The rooms were clean, in-fact the hotel was spot less with cleaners everywhere 24/7. Rooms cleaned every day, 2 large bottles of water is given when the room is changed. In the room shower gel is given and shampoo/conditioner. The food was exceptional for Egypt, we have stayed in hotels in Egypt before and didn’t expect to have good food but this is a lot better than expected, still not 5* but definitely a 5* for Egypt anyways. Variety of meats and soups available. Food at pool courtyard too all day, this is the best. The pools are clean, there are many pools so won’t be without any space to set up the sunbeds for the day. There are endless amounts of sunbeds, you will not be without a sunbed. We didn’t have to wake up early to reserve these they were always loads free. The staff were friendly and tentative, they are constantly bringing over drinks. Security is brilliant too. We dined at one restaurant, this was nice too. The WiFi is good too, we payed for 4G before we came but we really don’t need to. The all inclusive drinks are okay, variety of cocktails and proper pop (e.g Pepsi is actual Pepsi), my partner enjoyed the beer too. There was additonal cost for branded alcohol e.g Smirnoff vodka.

brilliant experience with very friendly staff , the hotel is so clean and tidy , every detail is well thought out , the adults rooftop terrace with infinity pool was a lovely touch and the ala carte italian was fantastic, big shout out to ahmed who helped provide everything i needed in our room and always checked up on us to make sure we had everything and was happy with the room , one to return to in the future
