This hotel has everything for everyone. Absolutely beautiful hotel and property. We stayed here 2 nights, but we wish that we would have stayed longer. Staff is amazing! Roberto just gave us a tour of the spa and I just must say WOW! Great indoor pool to swim laps, therapy pool, saunas, changing rooms, gym, therapy rooms. For kids… rock climbing, zip lining and lots of activity toys to keep them busy. They have restaurants with absolutely fantastic service. This place is a real retreat for a whole family!

Resort offers everything you will need for your stay right on property. Only complaint would be that I could hear the music in my room at night. Not terribly loud, but still a minor annoyance.

Different restaurants/bars including a roof top bar. Big advantage is, that hotel guests can be at the falls before the masses arrive, Only thing to criticize is the fact that in the evenings the smoke from the BBQ makes it really unpleasant to sit outside.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Iguazu Falls. The staff was courteous and helpful. The property is very nice. They have a lot of amenities including pool, workout room, spa, and indoor pool. The restaurant in the bar is good and reasonably priced. On our last day, they allowed us to check out at 2 PM which was a real help to us. The room is comfortable and well appointed. I would stay here again.

Wow, this place was spectacular. I can't imagine staying anyplace else. It is a resort in every sense of the word, with spacious and luxurious rooms, a fantastic swimming pool, a nice restaurant and bar, and top-notch service. As a bonus, it has a casino and a dinner theater. We saw the tango show on our night there and it was really well done. My only regret is that we were really only there to see the waterfalls and didn't have a chance to enjoy all the amenities they had to offer. I do want to offer special commendation to the staff, who were so welcoming and helpful. They arranged for all our taxis and gave us a very late checkout, which allowed us to enjoy our day trip to the Falls and change clothes afterwards.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff went above and beyond. The pool is clean and the rooms are immaculate. Very safe place to stay and so much entertainment. I will hopefully come back here again one day. Thank you so much!

Nice and profesional staff, always willing to help. Excellent bedding, spa and pool. High quality food and service in both restaurants. The garden is huge and well kept. A pleasure to the eyes. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the hotel, a property that claims to be a 5-star establishment. I booked the hotel with high expectations, thinking it would provide the best experience. I am extremely disappointed to discover that the hotel charged for hot water. This became a significant concern for me as I was experiencing a sore throat and needed hot water for relief. When I requested a kettle to have hot water in my room, I was shocked to hear that the hotel did not provide kettles. Instead, they offered to send just one cup of hot water and charge for it separately.

The room was great. The pool and other amenities were great. The location was great. The staff were great. And the buffet breakfast is very good. But our sleep was ruined by loud music that played until 4-5am.

Staff is not very fluent in English so it can be a bit challenging if one doesn't speak Spanish. The tango Madero show was supreme. Best Tango show ever! Excellent! I was locked on one of the bathrooms and had to drag myself from under. It was not a good and fun experience but following day they gave us free tickets which was the least they could have done. The show was terrific again and we felt they cared about their guess. We would stay again there if we come back.
