Honeymooners appreciated the hotel's great location, particularly in Puerto Madero, which is close to fine restaurants, a natural preserve, and is a safe place for river walks. The staff were highly praised for their attentiveness, professionalism, and their helpfulness, especially to non-Spanish speaking guests. The rooms were noted to be spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with good views and comfortable beds. Many enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the food at the hotel restaurant. Some guests also mentioned their appreciation for the rooftop pool, exercise room, and the extra efforts of the concierge to arrange for alternatives when needed.
Helpful staff speak conversational English and make things easy. Great location, rooftop pool and exercise room, buffet breakfast, everything you want… Puerto Madero has many fine restaurants and a natural preserve that keeps the neighborhood fresh.
Realy is perfect service, breakfast all concepts are perfect , may be exchange money isent the best price ..but we change late in the night .and the recommendation on how to meet Tigre , was not the most appropriate. They really need to improve in this regard.
Amazing stuff, great location in Puerto Madero and spacious rooms with wonderful views. We spent 3 nights and we didn’t want to go home. Ailin and Dario at the front desk were very attentive and professional. We appreciate all your help! Looking forward to come back any time soon.
