Friendly, helpful, well-managed

We stayed at Hotel Basilica in mid-February. Its a lovely hotel,well-located and I highly recommend it. Maria, the manager and her staff were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We are looking forward to a return visit. Maria also had excellent recommendations for touristing and restaurants.


Highly recommend staying at La Basilica

We spent a wonderful three nights at La Basilica, which is well managed and well located in the historic district of Quito. We arranged transportation from the airport before we arrived in Quito, and Maria, was very efficient in arranging transportation to the airport.


Best place to stay in Quito Historic Center

Perfect stay in Quito! Walking distance to Cathedral square, Basilica and all other min attractions in Historic Center. The hotel is immaculate, delicious breakfast served in the main covered patio. Beautiful ambiance and excellent service.

Hospitality was perfect. Marian, our host, was kind, helpful and friendly. Room was exceptionally clean. Staff was hustling all the time. Carried our luggage as a courtesy. Breakfast was delicious. Prompt and friendly service. Arranged pickup and drop off to airport. Highly recommend.
