The Hotel is in a great position - it is easy to walk to all the main sites. Inside, it's very nicely decorated, clean and bright with a good restaurant on site but plenty of choice a short walk away. Very nice bar and a relaxing, nicely decorated lounge area....

The Hotel is in a great position - it is easy to walk to all the main sites. Inside, it's very nicely decorated, clean and bright with a good restaurant on site but plenty of choice a short walk away. Very nice bar and a relaxing, nicely decorated lounge area. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning was to an excellent standard. The only area for improvement is the rather hit and miss breakfast service - the buffet is good though. We will be back.

While vacationing in Malaga we decided on a day trip to Seville. Not wanting to drive to Seville early and then drive back late at night, we decided to spend one night in Seville. We wanted a comfortable hotel in the city center with parking availability. That’s how we came to stay at this hotel. Initially it was a bit hard to find (our car’s satnav couldn’t find it so we had to rely on our phones) but once you’re there it’s easy park your car in front of the hotel and the valets will take care of it. The hotel lobby is filled with bull fighters memorabilia so you really get the vibes from the city. At reception you are welcomed with a glass of champagne (or in our case water) and checking goes smoothly. The room we had was nice and comfortable (the lighting system takes some getting used to though). The doors to the room all feature a saint from an artwork which is a really nice touch. We were only there for one night so we didn’t use any of the other facilities other than breakfast. Breakfast was good, a combination of buffet and service. We would really recommend this hotel (if your budget allows… it’s a 5-stars hotel after all).

Lovely Hotel, every door is an art picture, it likes we walk to the art museum. The staffs are very nice and helpful, they opened the door for us, have valet parking service, gave us the detail guidance where we wanted to go. The hotel gave us the nice surprise on the Valentine's day, they secretly put in our room one bottle of champagne and a plate of chocolate covered strawberries which were absolutely tasty. The location is amazing, one minute walk to the shopping center and near by everything. Cute town, we love to come back here.

Fantastic Hotel, with fantastic helpful staff, who make you feel supported. I cant fault anything about it. Its in a great location, near to all attractions and the river, which is lovely. Maybe a comment about the weather in March...it can be cold, so take layers.

We were upgraded to a suite that had a private terrace but we were not keen on some of the furniture within the suite which we found uncomfortable. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The red lounge was a nice experience and the restaurant served good quality food and was reasonably priced. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommend this hotel. Great location, very nice rooms and the staff were brilliant. The hotel bar is beautiful and the staff were so friendly they really made our stay special. We ate at lots of places in Seville but the hotel restaurant was still the best.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Hotel Colon. From start to finish we had an excellent experience . Before we left the uk , I had several conversations with the Concierge , Ana , who was extremely helpful regarding where to go for dinner on New Years Eve . The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk everywhere whilst in Seville . Check in was smooth and welcoming and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay . The breakfast which was included was probably the best we have ever had in a European hotel . My only comment would be that the lighting in the room could do with improvement . An orange tinge , the room could have been brighter and lots of different switches to operate!

They helped us tremendously and went above and beyond to locate lost baggage, make reservations and help us when our flight was changed and we unexpectedly needed to get from Madrid to Sevilla. We felt like we were in a home away from home! The location is superior. There is literally nothing we can say but how wonderful it was to be there!

The hotel’s location is choice, as it is in the center of all the sights you wish to visit. Seville is must city to visit and the Gran Colon is a must starting point!

Overall a pleasant stay, we had some minor issues on arrival in regards to checking in an hour after we should have been able to and also after 2 hours having to ring down to find out where our case was. This was rectified quickly but, not what I expect...

Overall a pleasant stay, we had some minor issues on arrival in regards to checking in an hour after we should have been able to and also after 2 hours having to ring down to find out where our case was. This was rectified quickly but, not what I expect from a 5 star hotel and it doesn't change the fact that it happened. Due to the above issues we were upgraded to red level, you can eat breakfast in a different place and also access to a little hidden away room with free drinks / snacks all day which i though was excellent. Breakfast was fairly good, the only issue was the breakfast you got in the "red level" had a much smaller selection compared to the normal area...which makes no sense to me, also the service in the red level was far slower. We ended up just eating breakfast in the normal area everyday as it better overall. My only other complaint was the gym / fitness studio or whatever you want to call it, equipment is poor/lacking, we ended up using a gym on the city instead. Now for the good stuff! Location - Fantastic, smack back in the centre of everything but also far enough away from the main tourist areas! The hotel lobby is also quite a sight to see, spacious and tastefully decorated. Good selection of cocktails and some great shows in the evening! Pianist / Flamenco. Rooms - Very nice, spacious, great shower, also lots of sockets to plug various things in to the TV which I thought was a good touch. Red Level - We didn't have a red level room but, the little room you have access to for drinks / snacks is a great little hideaway when you need a break. So overall a nice hotel, I would definitely go back but on this occasion for me it didn't quite live up to the 5 stars it boasts.

The Hotel Colon is a top shelf hotel in every respect. The staff from reception to restaurants were all very friendly and professional and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. The breakfast was an excellent combination of buffet and a la carte service. The Red Level club made for relaxing drinks and snacks when taking a break from walking the beautiful city. The restaurant was just superb with outdoor seating beneath the aromatic orange trees - the Pulpo was about the best we've had anywhere! Enjoy Seville from the solid foundation of the Hotel Colon. The location, room, and hotel personnel were excellent. Centrally located, near everything. The room was adequate, very well maintained and always clean. The personnel always professional, courteous and helpful. The stay at the Colon surpassed our expectations. Highly recomended.

The concierge Asiel was particularly helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat. The staff was always friendly, cheerful, and willing to assist. The breakfast stands out as one of the best we’ve ever had in Europe. The à la carte choices were a welcomed addition. We highly recommend this hotel.
