Great location! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The pool and Rooftop Bar are very nice. The breakfast had a lot of options. The concierge was very knowledgeable. The reason for the low review is parking. The only option is valet parking at $42 a day. Too expensive.

The hotel is super sleek, inviting, and the staff are all personally invested in your stay there. We were greeted by each employee we encounter any time we left or came back to the room. The morning breakfast crew were superb. Spring was very pleasant and such a joy to talk to. Tashell, Maddie and Shahadq were all very helpful as well. I can't say enough good things about my stay here, the location was great, the accommodations were great, and the staff were all helpful.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Homewood Suites. The river view suite was spacious and clean. The water pressure was awesome! A/C cooled the suite perfectly and worked very well: to 68 degrees at night! The fan over the bed was great. Breakfast was very appetizing and offered a variety. The 4 staff members keeping up with breakfast everyday do an awesome job: diligent, helpful, friendly, and out to please their customers. The Wednesday social saved us a dinner price for two; very nice addition. We had gumbo, salad, bread sticks, cheese & crackers, wine ... so very nice. TJ at the front desk went out of his way to help us during our stay. Thank you! The valet parking needs improvement, but Hilton already knows that. We were one of 8 cars sitting in line in the street waiting to enter the driveway, just to get our car valet-parked. (Parking is valet only for $50 a night.) There were already four cars inside the circular entrance. Two of them were left abandoned as guests signed in and went to their rooms to unload. HELLO!! For 30 minutes nothing moved due to the plugged-up cars. The valets are pretty helpless when drivers just leave their cars sitting idle. When they do take your vehicle, the valet must travel across the HIlton property, cross the street, enter the parking garage and run to the third or fourth floor. It is not instantaneous! The parking garage has just opened (Hilton called it "ours"), so we asked the attendant there the price for overnight parking (without the HIlton valet) and we were told $60 per night. I would much rather self-park, take care of my own vehicle and have my hotel bill inclusive to cover it all. The parking price is ridiculous.

Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Tashell Yarlin, Steve Spring. Visiting Savannah Georgia with my wife and it was helpful to start the day with access to an easy breakfast prior to walking around the downtown and river area. It would have been inconvenient to find a got spot nearby.

The only ding I have is the valet parking. Hubby doesn't like to have his car touched. Thankfully they have self parking up the street for cheaper. Definitely would stay here again when in the area.

Hotel is right on river street and near all the shops. Within walking distance to old city. Be aware there is a lot of construction next to the hotel and soon they will be building in front of hotel. Parking is 49.00 a day

Great hotel, great location, and absolutely the best staff. Breakfast was wonderful, full of variety, and the serving dining areas were spotless. Kudos to Maddie, Tashell, Spring, and Shahada. Hey Hilton corporate-Spring is an asset to your corporation.

The entire staff was so friendly and made you feel very welcome. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Yarlin, Steve, Shahada, and Spring did an amazing job with breakfast. The food was delicious. We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay at Homewood Suites.

Shower was great, had the best water pressure we have had in a Hotel in a long time. Didn't really use any of the hotel amenities. There was construction as per some of the reviews, but never really bothered by it.

Great staff love the cleanness of the room and hotel breakfast was great everything was top notch from the bar to breakfast staff love me some (Spring)beautiful soul very nice lady she went up and beyond to make sure me and my family was good thanks Spring

Tashell, Steve, Spring, Amy and Shahada at breakfast were all amazing! Very clean space, delicious meal, and friendly staff! We will definitely be staying here again and would recommend this stay to anyone coming to Savannah. Close to everything, very walkable.

Staying at the Homewood Suites was a pleasure. Seeing the big boats pass by on the river was amazing to my husband and I. The valet service was superb, & I’d like to give a Special thanks to the valet named Lee; he made the visit that much more pleasant.

The breakfast was delicious and Spring was a breath of fresh air. She was so kind, upbeat, johnny on the spot with anything you needed. She kept the dining area very clean. She kindly spoke to everyone that came into eat breakfast. A very kind soul. Always smiling. The food was refreshed often as well as the coffee and hot water. I had waffles both days and they were delicious with so many choices to complement them. I would also like to thank Yarlin, Amy, Steve, and Shahada for making our breakfast a wonderful treat. The staff at the front desk were kind and competent. I didn’t have time to use the workout room but it looked great. The lobby was very clean and inviting with the fireplace and the seating around it. The little snack area was there if needed. We had an excellent stay all around. It’s nice to hear the positive. Your excellent work through the hotel did not go unnoticed. Have a blest day and we would love to come back some day.

The room was more than I expected .very pleasant staff especially Tashell Spring. Great location clean hotel. The rooftop bar and pool were amazing. We would definitely stay again we are looking forward to exploring the shopping restaurant and the historic downtown
