I've booked this hotel for my partners 40th birthday. I've used booking.com and had messaged the hotel few times before we eventually got there. They were ever so friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. They even given us a new room as I'd preferred a room with a shower. I booked an XL room. Was very spacious, light, comfy bed and a mini bar. Staff were excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast options were great, from continental options through beef goulash to salmon was all fantastic. Tobias our chef was a cheeky chap, couldn't do anymore for us. There were complimentary snacks and beer between 3 and 5 which was great. The hotel was 5 minute away from the centre, full of beautiful buildings, churches, museums. Very clean streets and very friendly people . We visited the Schönnbrunn castle and used the hop on hop off bus. Will highly recommend and definitely will return. Thank you again!!!

Loved the hotel and the very friendly and helpful staff. We really had a perfect time in the hotel and Vienna. Breakfast was perfect and we loved the location of the hotel and all the additional services the hotel was offering (sauna, bicycles, etc.).

I’ve stayed at Hollmann Beletage maybe 5 or 6 times over the past 15 years. It’s very welcoming…a unique, comfortable home-away-from-home (if you are lucky to live in a very happy, well-run home.) Everyone is friendly and helpful. The grand, high quality breakfast is delicious, organic, plentiful and there are made to order options prepared for you in the breakfast area. Complimentary tea and coffee available all day; happy hour too with beer. Rooms are modern in design and clean. Beds are comfortable. Makes me happy just thinking about the place.

Location is perfect for walking to all of the sites. Room was very clean and comfortable. This is a place to revisit again and again - like your own private residence in Vienna!

The Hollmann Beletage in Vienna is one of our favorite hotels. When my wife and I were planning a vacation to visit the Christmas markets in Central Europe, we knew we had to stop off in Vienna and stay again at the Hollmann Beletage. The rooms are beautiful - we stayed in a standard/M room and it was the perfect size for my wife and I. The color scheme and room layout made it a very interesting room. The hotel is in the Innere Stadt area so that you are within walking distance to all the main sites (be it for the Christmas markets, the Hofburg Palace, the Opera or Musikverein) and close to Metro stations to take you to other parts of the city. The made to order breakfasts are legendary at the Hollmann; they are a great start to your day. The chefs who have been there when we have visited are talented and so cordial. All the little special touches make a stay at the Hollmann such a treat. The room colors and decor separate this hotel from others. The hotel personnel are so personable and make you feel at home. On this last visit, we received a notice in our room that December 5 was the night when St. Nicholas of Myra traditionally distributed treats to those who cleaned their shoes or boots and put them outside their doors at bedtime. We were asked to do that and "be excited". We were excited and it made our stay just that more special.

A very stylish hotel in a great neighborhood. The staff were very attentive and they offered very good local suggestions on restaurants and other things to do. We loved the breakfast and the honesty refrigerator in the evenings. The rooms were clean and well designed.

Fantastic accommodation, ideal for sightseeing in Vienna. Great service and breakfast. The staff were pleased to assist on anything and even supplied us with a European adaptor as we had brought an American one in error:( Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in Vienna.

Staying for 5 nights during a conference in Vienna, we thought booking at Hollmann Beletage Design and Boutique Hotel was the best decision ever! Very central in the "Innenstadt", a short walking distance to the St. Stephen's Cathedral, but also around the corner from the U-Bahn/underground station with direct line to the Austria Centre Vienna (large conference venue) as well as the Donaupark Parkrun, the location was just perfect. The hotel is small, quirky and feels very individualised. It's so lovely, being greeted by name (and spoiled with little treats), having luxurious home-made breakfast; and staying in super cute rooms with great bathtub and shower. The bed was amazing - one of the rare places with perfect pillows! We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything about the stay was perfect, from the welcoming staff and yummy breakfasts 😋 The rooms were really spacious with a lovely bath and we would highly recommend staying here to our friends and family!

This was a very unique hotel for us. The service was great. The folks behind the counter were quick and pleasant. The breakfast, which was included with the stay, was fabulous and fresh. And in the afternoon there were happy hours beers and appetizers, though we never made it there due to all the other activities. The rooms were unique. They were clean and had enough space for us as a couple. The bed was close to the floor and the TV (which we would've barely used) was smaller than a computer monitor. We always felt like people could hear us becuase of the hard floors and relatively small rooms. The shower had a half piece of glass that made it very difficult to keep the water in, which I understand is somewhat common in Europe. I would definitely stay here again. Two words of caution. It has a small elevator to get up to the room and we consistently used the stairs. If you can't easily get up the stairs, there may be more convenient hotels. The couple we were traveling with had a more unique room set up that they were less pleased with.

My husband and I loved the unique room design, not quite something we have seen elsewhere. The location was great too, and we loved being able to walk to the nearby grocery store that serves the best sandwich. Not to mention the friendly, super helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel in an excellent location! Check-in was easy and we were given a tour of the hotel and it's facilities. The room was very clean and although our view was just another building we didn't care as we were out most of the time. They have a happy hour between 3pm and 5pm with FREE beer. We took advantage of that and had our beers on their patio. Nice touch! Breakfast was included and it's a sit down and order service which was excellent as well. Totally recommend this place!

The hotel deserves all the great reviews. The location is perfect to get to all the major sites and close to public transport. The hotel is unique, unfussy, but still chic. The staff were all very helpful and nice but the breakfast crew deserves extra kudos. The food is delicious...

Second review as the first one referred to Venice instead of Vienna ! This is a beautiful small hotel in a great spot in Vienna to explore the whole city. Rooms are spacious. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is superb. All organic. Would definitely return here.

Excellent hotel with fantastic staff and superb breakfast. Laidback, original touches. We stayed in deluxe room with bath. Staff lets you feel at home and are very helpful. Breakfast is served at table with tasty and original choices. Glad we stayed here.

We have a lovely stay here, and really enjoyed the Beletage! The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was fabulous - recommend the goat cheese, as well as the smoked salmon! Afternoon snack was great as well - meatloaf, bread, potato chips, and Beer - all free! Staff...
